The silicon wafer guiding device is used for guiding a moving silicon wafer in an automatic device, the silicon wafer contacts with the side face of the guiding strip in the walking process, a cutting line is formed on the side face of the guiding strip because the silicon wafer moves rapidly, the guiding strip needs to be replaced after a groove is formed in the guiding strip, and labor, material resources and time consumption are increased.
