本发明公开了一种双轴搅拌反应釜,包括釜体和釜盖、加料口、安装座、排料阀,在安装座上固设有主电机和减速电机,在安装座内设有轴套,轴套上段通过皮带轮传动机构与主电机的主轴相联,在釜体和釜盖内的轴套下段固联有搅拌悬架,在搅拌悬架下端中部设有套筒;在轴套内通过两内轴承座及两内轴承设有搅拌轴,搅拌轴上端通过联轴器与减速电机的主轴相联,位于釜体内的搅拌轴下端固联有叶轮,叶轮置于套筒内;本发明能使得物料得到充分的循环和搅拌、消除釜体底部中心处的搅拌盲区,从而提高物料混合的均匀性,改善反应效果,可满足水性物料生产的需要。

双轴搅拌反应釜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种反应釜,特别是生产水性物料的双轴搅拌反应釜。
背景技术
现有搅拌式反应釜,包括相联的釜体和釜盖、设于釜盖上的加料口及安装座、设于釜体底部的排料阀,在安装座上设有电机、搅拌轴,在釜体内的搅拌轴上联有搅拌架或叶片;该装置在使用时,仅依靠一个搅拌架或叶片,易在釜体底部中心处形成搅拌的盲区,高浓度的物料聚集在此区域、形成静流态,无法得到充分的循环和搅拌,影响反应效果,特别是对于混合均匀性要求高的水性油墨或油漆的生产,该装置完全无法满足要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的上述不足,提供一种双轴搅拌反应釜,它能使得物料得到充分的循环和搅拌、消除釜体底部中心处的搅拌盲区,从而提高物料混合的均匀性,改善反应效果,可满足水性物料生产的需要。
为达到上述目的,本发明的双轴搅拌反应釜,包括相联的釜体和釜盖、设于釜盖上的加料口及安装座、设于釜体底部的排料阀,其特征在于在安装座上固设有主电机和减速电机,在安装座内通过上轴承座和上轴承、下轴承座和下轴承设有轴套,轴套上段通过皮带轮传动机构与主电机的主轴相联,轴套下段位于釜体和釜盖内,在釜体和釜盖内的轴套下段固联有搅拌悬架,在搅拌悬架下端中部设有套筒;在轴套内通过两内轴承座及两内轴承设有搅拌轴,搅拌轴上端通过联轴器与减速电机的主轴相联,位于釜体内的搅拌轴下端固联有叶轮,叶轮置于套筒内。
本发明通过主电机和减速电机驱动搅拌悬架和叶轮做反向的旋转,可提高搅拌效果,且叶轮置于套筒内,使得釜体底部中心处的物料沿螺旋式上升、输送,物料得到充分的循环和搅拌、消除釜体底部中心处的搅拌盲区,从而提高物料混合的均匀性,改善反应效果,可满足水性物料生产的需要;
作为本发明装置的进一步改进,在釜体内的搅拌轴上固联有一个以上的分散盘;对于水性物料,分散盘可形成水包油的结构,利于水性物料的生产;
作为本发明装置的进一步改进,在釜体外设有夹套;可对釜体进行加热;
作为本发明装置的进一步改进,在釜盖上还设有观测口;可观测釜体内的工况;
综上所述,本发明能使得物料得到充分的循环和搅拌、消除釜体底部中心处的搅拌盲区,从而提高物料混合的均匀性,改善反应效果,可满足水性物料生产的需要。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,该双轴搅拌反应釜,包括通过法兰相联的釜体1和釜盖2、设于釜盖2上的加料口3、设有观测口4及安装座5、设于釜体1底部的排料球阀6,在釜体1外设有夹套22,在安装座上固设有主电机7和减速电机8,在安装座5内通过上轴承座9和上轴承10、下轴承座11和下轴承12设有轴套13,轴套13上段通过皮带轮传动机构14与主电机7的主轴相联,轴套13下段位于釜体1和釜盖2内,在釜体1和釜盖2的轴套13下段固联有搅拌悬架15,在搅拌悬架15下端中部设有套筒16;在轴套13内通过纵向设置两内轴承座17及两内轴承18设有搅拌轴19,搅拌轴19上端通过联轴器20与减速电机8的主轴相联,位于釜体1内的搅拌轴19下端固联有叶轮21,叶轮21置于套筒16,在釜体1内的搅拌轴19上固联有两个以上的分散盘23。
本发明通过主电机7和减速电机8驱动搅拌悬架15和叶轮21做反向的旋转,且叶轮21的转速高于搅拌悬架15,可提高搅拌效果,加上叶轮21置于套筒16内,可实现泵送的效果,使得釜体1底部中心处的物料沿螺旋式上升、输送,与四周物料混合得到充分的循环和搅拌、消除釜体底部中心处的搅拌盲区,从而提高物料混合的均匀性,加上分散盘23有助于水性物料形成水包油的结构,可满足水性物料生产的需要,提高反应效果;通过在夹套22内通入蒸汽,可对釜体1进行加热,满足不同的反应条件。

Claims (4)

1.一种双轴搅拌反应釜,包括相联的釜体和釜盖、设于釜盖上的加料口及安装座、设于釜体底部的排料阀,其特征在于在安装座上固设有主电机和减速电机,在安装座内通过上轴承座和上轴承、下轴承座和下轴承设有轴套,轴套上段通过皮带轮传动机构与主电机的主轴相联,轴套下段位于釜体和釜盖内,在釜体和釜盖内的轴套下段固联有搅拌悬架,在搅拌悬架下端中部设有套筒;在轴套内通过两内轴承座及两内轴承设有搅拌轴,搅拌轴上端通过联轴器与减速电机的主轴相联,位于釜体内的搅拌轴下端固联有叶轮,叶轮置于套筒内。
2.如权利要求1所述的双轴搅拌反应釜,其特征在于在釜体内的搅拌轴上固联有一个以上的分散盘。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的双轴搅拌反应釜,其特征在于在釜体外设有夹套。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的双轴搅拌反应釜,其特征在于在釜盖上还设有观测口。
