aiming at the condition that a plurality of authentication records exist on the same invoice on the authentication service system, the authentication records are required to be arranged in a positive sequence according to the authentication result, and a first record is selected as a summary basis. Because the normal invoice passing the authentication only possibly becomes the abnormal invoice out of control after the authentication, and the change is to directly change the authentication result from 0 to 4 without increasing the authentication record, the first positive order is selected as a summary basis, if the authentication result is 0, the invoice is considered to pass the authentication, otherwise, the summary data of the abnormal invoice failing to pass the authentication is counted.

aiming at the condition that a plurality of authentication records exist on the same invoice on the authentication server, the authentication records need to be arranged in a positive sequence according to the authentication result, and the first record is selected to be recorded into the detailed information. Because the invoice passing the authentication is only possibly changed into the abnormal invoice out of control after the authentication, and the change is to directly change the authentication result from 0 to 4 without increasing the authentication record, the first piece of positive sequence is selected as a summary basis, if the authentication result is 0, the invoice is considered to pass the authentication, otherwise, the invoice is considered to be the abnormal invoice. Because the detailed inquiry does not need to distinguish whether the invoice passes the authentication or is an abnormal invoice, only the first invoice is selected in a sorting mode, other filtering conditions are not needed, and the subsequent authentication client can distinguish whether the invoice is the abnormal invoice according to the returned result. The record can be directly recorded into invoice inquiry detail data; or the detailed data of the invoice is collected to the normal invoice inquiry detailed data or the abnormal invoice inquiry detailed data according to the judgment of the authentication result in the invoice authentication record.

According to the method and the device, the client side is used for decrypting the inquired invoice detail inquiry data result file and analyzing the XML message to obtain the normal invoice inquiry detail data and the abnormal invoice inquiry detail data which pass all authentications of the inquiry month, and the abnormal invoice condition of the current inquiry month of the enterprise can be inquired from the local database after the normal invoice inquiry detail data and the abnormal invoice inquiry detail data are stored in the client side local database, so that the state change condition between the current authentications of the enterprise and the abnormal invoices is known, and the enterprise can conveniently and timely make a coping strategy.
Key point of the invention
All invoice information covered by the abnormal invoices of the enterprise can be acquired;
by adopting a mode of simultaneously downloading the invoice passing the authentication and the abnormal invoice, the problem that the invoice passing the authentication becomes an uncontrolled invoice after the authentication, or the abnormal invoice passing the authentication is changed into an invoice passing the authentication after the re-authentication, so that the invoice of the user is disordered is prevented;
the implementation mode of the invention fully considers that most enterprises can intensively carry out invoice authentication and result query work needing deduction in the same month at the end of the month, and the authentication service system has higher pressure every month, so that the remote detail query mode that the invoice passing the authentication and the abnormal invoice are respectively queried and compared with the local data of the client side is adopted, and all the invoice passing the authentication and the abnormal invoice are downloaded again only when the comparison is not accordant is adopted, thereby reducing the invoice query and download amount and relieving the pressure of the authentication service system.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for parsing a query request by an authentication service system according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the embodiment of the invention, the authentication service system analyzes the query request of the client, and for the query request of invoice summarization, the authentication service system queries the summary data of normal invoices and abnormal invoices for the client; otherwise, for the query request which is not invoice summary, the authentication service system queries the detailed data of the normal invoice and the abnormal invoice for the client.

The first result unit 407 is configured to determine that the local summary data of the abnormal invoice does not need to be changed if the comparison between the query summary data of the normal invoice and the local summary data of the normal invoice is consistent, and the comparison between the query summary data of the abnormal invoice and the local summary data of the abnormal invoice is consistent.

1. A method of obtaining enterprise exception invoice information, the method comprising:
generating an invoice summarizing and inquiring request comprising keywords;
generating an invoice summarizing query request message according to the invoice summarizing query request, encrypting the invoice summarizing query request message and sending the invoice summarizing query request message;
receiving encrypted normal invoice query summary data and encrypted abnormal invoice query invoice summary data;
decrypting the encrypted normal invoice query summary data and the encrypted abnormal invoice query summary data to obtain normal invoice query summary data and abnormal invoice query summary data;
acquiring local summarized data of normal invoices and local summarized data of abnormal invoices; comparing the normal invoice query summary data with the normal invoice local summary data, and comparing the abnormal invoice query summary data with the abnormal invoice local summary data;
if the comparison of the normal invoice query summary data and the normal invoice local summary data is consistent, and the comparison of the abnormal invoice query summary data and the abnormal invoice local summary data is consistent, the abnormal invoice local summary data does not need to be changed;
if the comparison of the normal invoice query summary data and the normal invoice local summary data is inconsistent, or the comparison of the abnormal invoice query summary data and the abnormal invoice local summary data is inconsistent, generating an invoice detail query request comprising keywords;
generating an invoice detail query request message according to the invoice detail query request, and encrypting and sending the invoice detail query request message; receiving encrypted normal invoice inquiry detail data and encrypted abnormal invoice inquiry invoice detail data;
and decrypting the encrypted normal invoice inquiry detail data and the encrypted abnormal invoice inquiry detail data to obtain the normal invoice inquiry detail data and the abnormal invoice inquiry detail data.
2. The method of claim 1, the keyword comprising: enterprise taxpayer identification number and query month.
3. A method of obtaining enterprise exception invoice information, the method comprising:
receiving a query request and parsing the query request;
when the query request comprises an encrypted invoice summary query request message,
decrypting the invoice summarizing and inquiring request message, and inquiring normal invoice inquiring and summarizing data and abnormal invoice inquiring and summarizing data from an authentication service system database; encrypting the normal invoice query summary data and the abnormal invoice query summary data, and sending the encrypted normal invoice query summary data and the encrypted abnormal invoice query summary data; the query of the normal invoice query summary data and the abnormal invoice query summary data from the authentication service system database comprises the following steps:
inquiring the authentication record of the invoice;
if only one invoice exists and only one authentication record exists in the authentication invoice, summarizing the summarized data of the invoice to normal invoice query summarized data or abnormal invoice query summarized data according to the authentication result in the authentication record of the invoice;
if a plurality of invoice authentication records exist in the same invoice, the invoice authentication records are subjected to positive sequence sorting according to authentication results, and the summarized data of the invoice is summarized to normal invoice inquiry summarized data or abnormal invoice inquiry summarized data according to the authentication result in the first invoice authentication record in the sorting;
when the query request comprises an encrypted invoice detail query request message, decrypting the invoice detail query request message, and querying normal invoice query detail data and abnormal invoice query detail data from an authentication service system database;
and encrypting the normal invoice query data information and the abnormal invoice query data information, and sending the encrypted normal invoice query detail data and the encrypted abnormal invoice query detail data.
4. The method of claim 1 or claim 3, wherein the normal invoice query summary data and the abnormal invoice query summary data are converted into extensible markup language (XML) format.
5. The method of claim 3, said querying normal invoice query detail data and abnormal invoice query detail data from an authentication service system database, comprising:
inquiring the authentication record of the invoice;
if only one invoice exists and the authentication invoice only has one authentication record, summarizing the detailed data of the invoice to the query detailed data of a normal invoice or the query detailed data of an abnormal invoice according to the authentication result in the authentication record of the invoice;
if a plurality of invoice authentication records exist in the same invoice, the invoice authentication records are subjected to positive sequence sequencing according to authentication results, and the detailed data of the invoice is collected to normal invoice query detailed data or abnormal invoice query detailed data according to the judgment of the authentication result in the first invoice authentication record in the sequencing.
6. A system for obtaining enterprise exception invoice information, the system comprising:
the first generation unit is used for generating an invoice summary query request comprising keywords;
the first request unit is used for generating the invoice summarizing query request message according to the invoice summarizing query request, encrypting the invoice summarizing query request message and sending the encrypted invoice summarizing query request message;
the first receiving unit is used for receiving encrypted normal invoice query summary data and encrypted abnormal invoice query invoice summary data; the first decryption unit is used for decrypting the encrypted normal invoice query summary data and the encrypted abnormal invoice query summary data to obtain normal invoice query summary data and abnormal invoice query summary data; the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring local summarized data of normal invoices and local summarized data of abnormal invoices; the first comparison unit is used for comparing the normal invoice query summary data with the normal invoice local summary data and comparing the abnormal invoice query summary data with the abnormal invoice local summary data; a first result unit, configured to determine that the local summary data of the abnormal invoice does not need to be changed if the comparison between the query summary data of the normal invoice and the local summary data of the normal invoice is consistent, and the comparison between the query summary data of the abnormal invoice and the local summary data of the abnormal invoice is consistent;

the second request unit is used for generating the invoice detail query request message according to the invoice detail query request, encrypting the invoice detail query request message and sending the encrypted invoice detail query request message; the second receiving unit is used for receiving the encrypted normal invoice inquiry detail data and the encrypted abnormal invoice inquiry invoice detail data; and the second decryption unit is used for decrypting the encrypted normal invoice inquiry detail data and the encrypted abnormal invoice inquiry detail data to obtain the normal invoice inquiry detail data and the abnormal invoice inquiry detail data.
7. The system of claim 6, the keyword comprising: enterprise taxpayer identification number and query month.

if a plurality of invoice authentication records exist in the same invoice, the invoice authentication records are subjected to positive sequence sorting according to authentication results, and the summarized data of the invoice is summarized to normal invoice inquiry summarized data or abnormal invoice inquiry summarized data according to the authentication result in the first invoice authentication record in the sorting;
