Information of a plurality of specific locations is acquired. Similarly, the location-specific information may be obtained from the GIS server 4 via a network or directly from within the service processing unit 22. The specific sites are grouped to obtain a plurality of groups. Each group of which may include at least one specific location. It is noted that, in some embodiments, the distance between each specific location in each group is smaller than the predetermined value. In other words, different specific locations will be divided into the same group when they approach each other.
As shown in fig. 3, the specific locations LM1, LM2, LM3, LM4, and LM5 are close to each other, and the specific locations LM6, LM7, and LM8 are close to each other. Therefore, the specific sites LM1, LM2, LM3, LM4, and LM5 are divided into the same group, and the specific sites LM6, LM7, and LM8 are divided into the same group. Then, for each group, the map scale is adjusted so that the initial map can include all of the specific locations in the group. Similarly, in some embodiments, the map scale may be adjusted according to the resolution of the display unit of the service processing unit 22 or the additional device, so that the initial map may include all the specific locations in the group when displayed in the display unit. And then, the initial map is used as a center to extend outwards to form an extension map, and the extension map is downloaded and stored by the GIS server 4 through the network. Similarly, in some embodiments, the range of resolutions of the respective display units may be extended outward, respectively, centered on the initial map to become an extended map. In some embodiments, the initial map may be downloaded and stored directly by the GIS server 4 without adjustment. Then, it is determined whether all groups have been processed. If not all groups have been processed, the groups that have not been processed are selected and the operation is repeated. If all groups have been processed, the process is ended. Similarly, the map stored in the geographic information storage unit 32 can provide location data retrieval of a corresponding specific location without the service processing unit 22 connecting to the GIS server 4.
Example 3: a system for generating a traffic map for a traffic order management platform, which is different from embodiment 1 in that, in this embodiment, each specific location can individually perform a map information download operation.
Information of a plurality of specific locations is acquired. Similarly, the location-specific information may be obtained from the GIS server 4 via a network or directly from within the service processing unit 22. Then, for each specific location, the map scale is adjusted so that the initial map is centered on the specific location and includes streets around the specific location. In other words, this initial map is the map information of the street level. And then judging whether all the location data has been processed. If not, selecting the location data which has not been processed, and repeating the operation. If all the location data have been processed, the process is ended. Similarly, the map stored in the geographic information storage unit 32 can provide a map information retrieval of a corresponding specific location without the service processing unit 22 connecting to the GIS server 4.
Example 4: a system for traffic map generation for a traffic order management platform is different from embodiment 1 in that, as shown in fig. 4, a GIS server 4 is located outside a geographic information management system. The geographic information processing unit 31 of the geographic information management system is connected in communication with the GIS server 4.
The above description is intended to be illustrative of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, which is defined by the appended claims.
