The airing machine comprises a main machine part 1 and an airing component as shown in figure 1. The main unit 1 is typically mounted to a ceiling, and the clothes drying assembly is located below the main unit 1. It is of course not excluded that the main unit 1 of some airing machines on the market is fixed to a side wall, and the airing assembly is located below or beside the main unit 1. The clothes airing component is connected with the main machine component 1 through a lifting mechanism, and a driving component, an electric element, wiring and necessary mechanical connecting mechanisms, including a motor and other driving components, some lighting elements and the like, are arranged in the main machine component 1. The host part 1 of the present invention is substantially the same as the conventional structure.
In the first use state of the clothes airing machine, the clothes airing component descends to a lower position through the lifting mechanism, so that people can hang washed clothes to the clothes airing component conveniently. And in a second use state of the clothes airing machine, the clothes airing component is lifted to a higher position through the lifting mechanism in an idle state or in a airing state, so that space is saved and clothes on the clothes airing component are fully irradiated by sunlight.
The clothes airing component in the clothes airing machine is particularly shown in fig. 2 to 5, and comprises a telescopic clothes airing rod 2 and a airing frame 3, wherein the telescopic clothes airing rod 2 is a deformation expansion of a traditional clothes airing machine, and can effectively increase the use area of the clothes airing machine for airing clothes. And in the idle state of the clothes airing machine, the telescopic clothes airing rod does not increase the occupied space. The airing machine with the telescopic airing rod 2 is not an innovation point of the invention, and the airing machine with the structure already exists on the market and is the content of the prior art. The telescopic clothes-horse 2 according to the present invention includes a fixed bar 2a and a telescopic bar 2b, and the telescopic bar 2b is telescopically movable with respect to the fixed bar 2 a. That is, when the positioning end 5 of the frame moves along with the telescopic rod 2b, the movable end 4 of the frame is not limited by the fixed rod 2a, and the movable end 4 of the frame moves along with the positioning end 5 synchronously, that is, the movable end 4 of the frame slides on the fixed rod 2 a.
The present invention considers that the movable end 4 needs to slide on the fixed rod 2a, and therefore the movable end 4 is provided with a sliding member 6 that can smoothly move on the fixed rod 2 a. Thereby avoiding the phenomenon of clamping when the telescopic rod 2b moves relative to the fixed rod 2a due to the arrangement of the frame body structure. The telescopic rod 2b in the present invention is smoothly moved.
The clothes airing machine comprises two telescopic clothes airing rods 2 which are parallel to each other, two movable ends 4 and two positioning ends 5 are arranged on the airing frame 3, the two positioning ends 5 are respectively connected to the telescopic rods 2b, and the two movable ends 4 are respectively connected to the fixed rods 2 a. At this time, the airing frame 3 can be installed on the airing machine through the two telescopic airing rods 2, the structure of the airing frame 3 is more stable relative to the structure of the airing frame installed on the single telescopic airing rod 2, and small clothes such as socks, underwear and the like can be aired in the airing frame 3.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the above-mentioned specific structure of the airing frame 3 is shown, and the airing frame 3 is detachably mounted on a telescopic clothes-horse. The airing frame 3 comprises a frame body, wherein a movable end 4 connected with a fixed rod 2a and a positioning end 5 connected with a telescopic rod 2b are arranged on the frame body; the movable end 4 is provided with a slide member 6 that can smoothly move on the fixed rod 2 a.
The frame body is a grid-shaped frame body with a preferable structure; the frame body is a metal frame body or a plastic frame body, and is a preferable material in the market.
The sliding component 6 realizes smooth movement of the movable end 4 on the fixed rod 2a, and the sliding component 6 can adopt a plurality of rollers or bearings or steel balls, for example, the sliding component 6 in fig. 8 adopts a three-roller structure, and three rollers synchronously roll. The sliding member 6 may also be a roller or a bearing or a steel ball, and the roller or the bearing or the steel ball can also realize smooth movement of the movable end 4 on the fixed rod 2 a. The roller or the bearing or the steel ball is contacted with the surface of the fixed rod 2 a.
The movable end 4 comprises a hasp part 7 which is integrated with the frame body and can be connected to the fixed rod 2a, and the hasp part 7 and the frame body are integrally formed, so that the structural strength of the airing frame 3 is effectively improved. In addition, compared with the method for separately producing, forming and assembling the hasp part 7, the airing frame 3 has lower production cost and labor cost.
The snap part 7 is provided with a mounting part 8 for mounting the slide member 6, and the mounting part 8 is designed to mount the slide member 6 in addition, in consideration of the fact that the slide member 6 cannot be integrally formed with the frame structure.
