After the assembly, the whole anti-counterfeiting bottle cap is assembled. In order to facilitate assembly, the outer cover 1, the inner sleeve 2, the liquid guide sleeve 3, the plug sleeve 4, the sealing cover 5, the anti-counterfeiting cover 6 and the outer sleeve 8 are preferably made of plastic materials, so that the components are easy to elastically deform when being stressed, and the assembly is easy.
The anti-counterfeit bottle cap is to be mounted on a bottle mouth for use, referring to fig. 16, the bottle mouth 9 comprises a bottle mouth body 90, a retaining groove 91 is arranged at the upper part of the outer wall of the bottle mouth body 90, and a bottle mouth rotation stopping tooth 92 is arranged at the lower part of the outer wall of the bottle mouth body 9.
Referring to fig. 17, the anti-counterfeit bottle cap is pressed on the bottle mouth to seal the bottle mouth, the outer cap 1 is pressed, the top wall of the outer cap 1 pushes the inner sleeve 2, the lower cavity section 29 of the inner sleeve 2 is sleeved on the outer wall of the bottle mouth, the retaining claw 21 of the inner sleeve 2 is clamped into the retaining groove 91 to prevent the anti-counterfeit bottle cap from being separated from the bottle mouth, the inner sleeve 2 drives the liquid guide sleeve 3 to move downwards together through the convex teeth 30 in the process of sleeving the inner sleeve 2 on the bottle mouth, the plug sleeve 4 is plugged into the bottle mouth under the pushing of the ring rib 20 of the inner sleeve 2, namely, the bottle inner section 41 of the plug sleeve 4 is pressed into the bottle mouth, the boss 43 of the plug sleeve 4 is abutted on the top surface of the bottle mouth, and the sealing of the bottle mouth is realized through the plug sleeve 4. After the anti-counterfeiting bottle cap is pressed on the bottle mouth, the two-dimensional code on the anti-counterfeiting chip 7 can be scanned through the small hole of the step hole 12 on the outer cover 1, so that relevant commodity information can be obtained.
The anti-fake bottle cap can be opened by rotating the outer cap 1 in one direction, referring to fig. 17 and 18, the state of the anti-fake bottle cap for plugging the bottle mouth is shown in fig. 17, the state of the anti-fake bottle cap is shown in fig. 18, in the state shown in fig. 17, the outer cap 1 rotates anticlockwise to push the convex teeth 30 out of the open grooves 24 through the inner upper rotation stopping teeth 10, the convex teeth 30 are pushed by the inner upper rotation stopping teeth 10 to rotate along with the outer cap 1 in the rotating process of the outer cap 1, in the rotating process of the convex teeth 30, the convex teeth 30 rise along the spiral slope section 26 of the bottom wall of the notch 23 and finally reach the horizontal section 27, the convex teeth 30 can not rotate under the blocking of the side wall of the notch 23 after reaching the horizontal section 27, and at the moment, the convex teeth 30 of the outer cap 1 stops rotating to be stabilized on the horizontal section 27; that is, the convex teeth 30 slide and rise along the inner upper rotation stopping teeth 10 under the lifting action of the spiral slope section 26 during the rotation of the convex teeth 30 along with the outer cover 1; since the convex teeth 30 are fixedly connected to the liquid guiding sleeve 3, the convex teeth 30 can also lift up with the whole liquid guiding sleeve 3 in the process of rotating and lifting, the sealing cover 5 screwed on the liquid guiding sleeve 3 and the anti-counterfeiting cover 6 buckled on the sealing cover 5 are exposed out of the top wall of the outer cover 1 as a result of lifting the liquid guiding sleeve 3, namely, the thin top wall 13 is broken by the anti-counterfeiting cover 6 buckled on the sealing cover 5 in the process of lifting the liquid guiding sleeve 3, so that the sealing cover 5 and the anti-counterfeiting cover 6 are exposed out of the outer cover 1; because the plug bush 4 is inserted and mounted on the lower bush section 32 of the liquid guide bush 3 in a sealing way, the plug bush 4 also has a trend of rising along with the liquid guide bush 3 in the rising process of the liquid guide bush 3, but the bottle inner section 41 of the lower plug bush 4 still cannot be separated from the bottle mouth under the blocking of the ring rib 20 of the inner sleeve 2, and the lower bush section 32 of the liquid guide bush 3 also rises, but the lower bush section 32 cannot be completely separated from the bottle outer section 42 of the plug bush 4 due to the enough length of the lower bush section 32, so that the bottle mouth is still in a sealing state when the liquid guide bush 3 rises to burst the thin top wall 13 until the sealing cover 5 and the anti-counterfeiting cover 6 are exposed out of the outer cover 1; after the sealing cover 5 and the anti-counterfeiting cover 6 are exposed out of the outer cover 1, the sealing cover 5 is screwed off the liquid guide sleeve 3, and at the moment, the liquid in the bottle can be poured out through the liquid guide sleeve 3. The above-described opening process is described by taking the counterclockwise rotation of the outer cap as an example, if the one-way rotation stopping pawl 25 is designed to prevent the counterclockwise rotation of the outer cap so that the outer cap can only rotate clockwise, and accordingly the position of the opening groove 24 and the rotation direction of the spiral slope section 26 are changed, the opening of the bottle cap can be achieved by rotating the outer cap clockwise, but the opening of the bottle cap is usually achieved by rotating the outer cap counterclockwise.
As can be seen from the above description of the opening process of the tamper-evident closure, the opening of the present invention is easy and the entire closure cannot be reused once it has been broken by the bursting of the thin top wall 13, so that the tamper-evident effect is also excellent.

Claims (7)

1. 4. An anti-counterfeit bottle cap as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer wall of the outer cap (1) is provided with a jacket (8) which is non-rotatable and non-axially movable relative to the outer cap (1).

The anti-counterfeiting bottle cap according to claim 4, wherein the outer wall of the outer cap (1) is provided with an outer upper rotation stopping tooth, an upper blocking rib or an upper blocking table, a lower blocking rib or a lower blocking table; an inner rotating tooth is arranged at the upper part of the inner wall of the outer sleeve (8), and an anti-drop rib is arranged at the lower part of the inner wall of the outer sleeve; after the outer cover (8) is sleeved on the outer cover (1), the outer upper rotation stopping teeth are meshed with the inner rotation stopping teeth so that the outer cover (8) and the outer cover (1) cannot rotate relatively, the upper blocking rib or the upper blocking table is located below the inner rotation stopping teeth and can prevent the outer cover (8) from moving downwards along the outer cover (1), and the lower blocking rib or the lower blocking table is located above the anti-falling rib and can prevent the outer cover (8) from moving upwards along the outer cover (1).
