When the insect attracting plate is disassembled, the extending part of the bolt can be rotated to the second position, the insect attracting plate net rack is opened, and then the insect attracting plate is taken down from the insect attracting plate net rack. In the process of manually installing and detaching the whole insect attracting plate, contact of hands and glue substances on the insect attracting plate can be reduced or even completely avoided, and convenience in installing and detaching the insect attracting plate is improved.
Bolt
As shown in fig. 3, the latch 2 comprises a cross bar 201 for connecting with the insect-attracting plate net frame, the cross bar 201 is provided with an extension part 202 with a first position and a second position relative to the insect-attracting plate net frame, and when the extension part 202 is in the first position, the extension part can enable the insect-attracting plate net frame to be closed; when the extension 202 is in the second position, the insect attracting board basket is open.
In some embodiments, for example as shown in fig. 3, the extension 202 is fixedly connected to the crossbar 201. When the extension part is fixedly connected with the cross rod, the insect attracting plate net rack is rotationally connected with the cross rod. When the extending part is converted between the first position and the second position relative to the insect attracting plate net rack, the cross rod rotates along with the extending part; because insect-attracting plate net frame rotates with the horizontal pole to be connected, consequently the extension can take place the position transformation relative insect-attracting plate net frame to carry out the switch between first position and the second position.
In some embodiments, the extension may be movably coupled to the cross bar. For example, the extension may be rotatably coupled to the cross bar. At this time, when the extension is changed between first position and second position relative to the insect attracting plate net rack, the cross bar and the insect attracting plate net rack can both not rotate along with the extension. That is, the change of the position of the extension part is irrelevant to the cross bar and the insect-attracting plate net frame, and the change of the relative position of the extension part and the insect-attracting plate net frame can be realized by only changing the position of the extension part.
In some embodiments, the extension is integrally formed with the crossbar: for example, as shown in fig. 3, the extension is integrally formed with the cross bar and the extension is fixedly connected to the cross bar; or the extension part and the cross rod are integrally formed and movably connected, for example, the bolt can be a part which is plastic in shape and has certain mechanical strength, the extension part can rotate relative to the cross rod through twisting the extension part, and the extension part can be converted between a first position and a second position relative to the insect attracting board net frame through twisting the extension part.
In some embodiments, the extension is removably connected to the crossbar: for example, the cross rod is provided with a clamping piece clamped with the extension part, the extension part is provided with a fixing piece matched with the clamping piece, and after the cross rod is clamped with the extension part, the extension part is fixedly connected with the cross rod or the extension part is movably connected with the cross rod. The movable connection can be that the extension part is rotationally connected with the cross rod; or the extending part is provided with a first clamping position and a second clamping position relative to the cross rod, when the extending part is positioned at the first clamping position relative to the cross rod, the extending part is positioned at the first position relative to the insect attracting plate net frame after clamping; when the extension part is positioned at a second clamping position relative to the cross rod, the extension part is positioned at a second position relative to the insect attracting plate net frame after clamping.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the extension 202 is at right angles to the crossbar 201. The trap net rack is usually located in one plane, and when the trap net rack is closed, the trap net rack is folded actually. When the extension part is right-angled with the cross bar, the extension part has larger force application area to the insect-attracting plate net frame, and the stability of the extension part to the fixation of the free end of the insect-attracting plate net frame is increased.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the extension 202 is disposed at one end of the crossbar 201, one end of the extension 202 is connected to the crossbar, and the other end of the extension 202 is a free end. The arc transition between the extension 202 and the crossbar 201.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the cross bar 201 is provided with a fixing portion 203 for contacting with the support bar, and when the latch 2 is inserted into the through hole, the fixing portion 203 and the extension portion 202 are located at both sides of the through hole, respectively. When the latch is inserted into the through hole, the cross bar is in clearance fit with the through hole and is rotatably connected with the through hole, and the fixing portion is exposed out of the through hole of the support rod and is in contact with the back surface of the support rod, as shown in fig. 4. The back of the support rod is the surface of the support rod, which is opposite to the insect attracting plate net rack. When the extension part is switched from the first position to the second position or from the second position to the first position, the cross rod rotates in the through hole of the support rod, and in the process, the fixing part is clamped with the back of the support rod or the bolt is hooked on the back of the support rod through the fixing part, so that the bolt is prevented from falling out of the through hole of the support rod.
In some embodiments, such as shown in fig. 3, the axis of the fixed portion 203 and the axis of the crossbar 201 lie in a first plane, the axis of the extension 202 and the axis of the crossbar 201 lie in a second plane, the first plane intersects the second plane, and the axis of the crossbar 201 lies in the intersection of the first plane and the second plane. That is, the axis of the fixed portion and the axis of the extended portion lie in different planes, and the axis of the fixed portion and the axis of the extended portion are neither parallel nor intersecting. The projection of the axis of the fixing part on the projection plane is acute angle with the projection of the axis of the extending part on the projection plane. When the bolt rotates in the through hole of the support rod and the extending part carries out switching between the first position and the second position, the fixing part and the extending part form an included angle relatively, so that shaking of the bolt in the through hole of the support rod is reduced, and stability of the bolt in the through hole of the support rod is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the securing portion 203 is at right angles to the crossbar 201. Therefore, when the fixing part is hooked on the back of the support rod, the fixing part and the support rod have larger contact surfaces, so that the relative positions of the bolt and the support rod are more stable.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the securing portion 203 is integrally formed with the crossbar 201. The fixed part 203 is positioned at one end of the cross bar 201, one end of the fixed part 203 is connected with the cross bar 201, the other end of the fixed part 203 is a free end, and the fixed part 203 and the cross bar 201 are in arc transition. When the bolt is inserted into the support rod through hole, the free end of the fixing part is inserted into the support rod through hole, then the fixing part, the connecting part of the fixing part and the transverse rod sequentially penetrate through the support rod through hole, and finally the transverse rod is in clearance fit with the support rod through hole. When the bolt is pulled out of the through hole of the support rod, the cross rod, the joint of the cross rod and the fixing part sequentially penetrate out of the through hole of the support rod. The arc transition between the fixed part and the cross rod can facilitate the connection part of the fixed part and the cross rod to pass through the through hole.
In some embodiments, the securing portion is removably coupled to the cross bar. When the fixed part is detachably connected with the cross rod, the cross rod can be inserted into the through hole, and the fixed part is arranged at one end of the cross rod exposed from the back of the support rod, so that the fixed part is connected with the cross rod.
In some embodiments, for example, as shown in fig. 3, a limiting protrusion 204 is disposed on the cross bar 201, and when the latch is inserted into the through hole, the limiting protrusion 204 and the fixing portion 203 are located on two sides of the support bar respectively. The fixing part is clamped with the back of the support rod, and the limiting protrusion is clamped with the front of the support rod, so that the relative displacement of the bolt and the support rod is limited together, and the bolt is prevented from falling out of the through hole in the use process. The front side of the support rod is opposite to the back side of the support rod, and the support rod is opposite to one side of the insect attracting plate net rack.
In some embodiments, for example, as shown in fig. 3, the limiting protrusion 204 is annular, and the annular limiting protrusion is sleeved on the cross bar, and the limiting protrusion 204 is fixedly connected with the cross bar 201. The outer diameter of the limit projection 204 is larger than the inner diameter of the bracket through hole 101. The axis of the limit projection 204 is on the same line as the axis of the crossbar 201.
Insect attracting board net rack
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the insect attracting plate rack includes a first rack 301 and a second rack 302, the first rack 301 is rotatably connected to the cross bar, one end of the second rack 302 is rotatably connected to the first rack 301, and the other end of the second rack 302 is a free end.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, one end of a first rack 301 is connected to the crossbar 201 and the other end of the first rack 301 is connected to a second rack 302.
In some embodiments, such as shown in fig. 5, one end of the first net mount is provided with a hanger 304 for hanging on a rail. The hanger 304 is rotatably coupled to the cross bar. That is, the first net frame is rotatably connected with the latch through the hanger. The junction of suspension member and first rack is located the axis of first rack. For example, as shown in fig. 6, the hanging piece is a ring which is used for being sleeved on the bolt, and when the ring is sleeved on the bolt, the ring is rotationally connected with the bolt. The inner hole of the circular ring is cylindrical, and the periphery of the circular ring is pentagonal prism or hexagonal prism. The wrench is sleeved on the periphery of the circular ring, and the position of the circular ring on the bolt can be adjusted by rotating the circular ring through the wrench, and the circular ring is sleeved into the bolt or is taken down from the bolt.
The first net rack 301 is detachably connected with the hanging piece 304. For example, as shown in fig. 6, a protrusion 3041 is provided on the ring 304, a first screw hole 3042 for inserting a bolt is provided on the protrusion 3041, a second screw hole aligned and matched with the first screw hole 3042 is provided on the first net frame 301, and the ring and the first net frame are detachably connected by the bolt.
In some embodiments, the first net mount is fixedly connected to the hanger. For example, the first net mount may be welded to the hanger.
In some embodiments, the hanger is rotatably coupled to the limit projection. That is, the hanging piece hangs on the limit projection. For example, as shown in fig. 7, the inner hole of the circular ring is matched with the shape of the limiting protrusion, and the circular ring is sleeved on the limiting protrusion through the inner hole and is rotationally connected with the limiting protrusion.
In some embodiments, for example as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the insect attracting board rack includes a collar 303 for connecting the first rack 301 and the second rack 302, the first rack 301 includes a first frame 3011, the second rack 302 includes a second frame 3021, and the collar 303 is sleeved outside the first frame 3011 and the second frame 3021. Thus, the first net rack and the second net rack are rotationally connected through the lantern ring. In some embodiments, the collar has one, the collar is located on the centerline of the first rack and the second rack; the number of the two lantern rings is two, and the symmetry axes of the two lantern rings are positioned on the central line of the first net rack and the second net rack, for example, as shown in fig. 2 and 5; the lantern rings are a plurality of, and a plurality of lantern rings are equidistant to be distributed.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, for example, a plurality of grids 3012 of equal area are disposed within the first grid 301. The second net frame is provided with a plurality of grids 3022 with the same area.
In some embodiments, for example as shown in fig. 5, grid 3012 and grid 3022 are square; the size of the mesh 3012 and the mesh 3022 is 5cm×5cm or 1cm×1cm. Or other grid sizes may be designed as desired. Therefore, the pest can be conveniently measured, reported and counted according to the number of the pests on the pest attracting plate, and the specific process is as follows: after the insect attracting plate is arranged on the bracket and used for a certain period of time, a grid is selected from the first grid and/or the second grid, and the types and the amounts of pests in the selected grid are counted, so that the types and the amounts of the pests in the using area are estimated, the estimation of the types and the amounts of the pests on the whole insect attracting plate is not needed, and the efficiency of pest measurement, report and statistics is improved.
In some embodiments, for example as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the first rack 301 and the second rack 302 have the same shape and size. The axes of the first rack 301 and the second rack 302 are on the same line.
Support bar
The support rod 1 has two or more through holes 101, and for example, as shown in fig. 8, the central line of the two or more through holes 101 is parallel to the axis of the support rod. That is, in use, the plurality of through holes are arranged in the vertical direction, each of the through holes having a different height in the vertical direction. Therefore, the hanging height of the insect attracting plate net frame can be adjusted by inserting the bolts into the supporting rod through holes with different heights. In some embodiments, the support rod is provided with a tip 102 for insertion into the soil, as shown in fig. 8.
In some embodiments, for example, as shown in fig. 8, the support rod includes a first support rod 103 and a second support rod 104, where the first support rod 103 is sleeved outside the second support rod 104, the first support rod 103 and the second support rod 104 can be slidably connected, and the first support rod 103 and the second support rod 104 can be fixedly connected. The first support rod is sleeved outside the second support rod, an overlapping part is arranged between the first support rod and the second support rod, and when the first support rod is in sliding connection with the second support rod, the length of the overlapping part between the first support rod and the second support rod is changed: the longer the overlap length, the shorter the overall length of the brace. Thus, the whole length of the supporting rod can be adjusted by adjusting the relative positions of the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod. When the length of the supporting rod is adjusted to the ideal length, the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod are fixed, so that the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod form a whole.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the through hole 101 on the support rod includes a first through hole 1011 on the first support rod 103 and a second through hole 1012 on the second support rod 104, and the first through hole 1011 and the second through hole 1012 are respectively plural. Thus, the plug pin can be inserted into the support rod through hole at the overlapping part of the first support rod and the second support rod, and the plug pin needs to pass through the first through hole and the second through hole at the same time.
In some embodiments, for example, as shown in fig. 9, the first supporting rod 103 includes a first bottom plate 1031, the first through holes 1011 are disposed on the first bottom plate 1031, and the first limiting plates 1032 are disposed on the left and right sides of the first bottom plate 1031, respectively, and when the first supporting rod 103 is sleeved outside the second supporting rod 104, the second supporting rod 104 is located between the two first limiting plates 1032. The first strut is shaped like a through slot. If the first supporting rod is only formed by the first bottom plate, when the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod are connected through bolts, the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod are easy to rotate relatively around the bolts, so that the whole supporting rod is bent. When the first support rod is sleeved outside the second support rod, the first support rod and the second support rod rotate relatively around the bolt, so that the support rod can maintain good verticality in the use process. In some embodiments, the first stopper plate 1032 is perpendicular to the first bottom plate 1031.
In some embodiments, for example, as shown in fig. 9, a first screw hole 1033 is provided on the first limiting plate 1031. The central connecting line of the first screw holes 1033 on the two first limiting plates is perpendicular to the axis of the first bottom plate 1031. As shown in fig. 10, the second strut 104 includes a second bottom plate 1041, and the second through holes 1012 are disposed on the second bottom plate 1041; the second limiting plates 1042 are disposed on opposite sides of the second bottom plate 1041. The second limiting plate 1042 is provided with a second screw hole 1043 aligned with the first screw hole 1033, as shown in fig. 11, for example. Two or more second screw holes 1043 are formed in each second limiting plate 1042. The second limiting plate 1042 is perpendicular to the second bottom plate 1041. The second support rod is similar to a through groove in shape. When the first support rod is sleeved outside the second support rod, the first bottom plate is parallel to the second bottom plate, and the first limiting plate is parallel to the second limiting plate.
When the length of the support rod is adjusted, the first support rod is sleeved outside the second support rod, so that the second screw hole is aligned with the first screw hole, and then a bolt is sequentially inserted into the first screw hole on the left side of the first support rod, the second screw hole on the left side of the second support rod, the second screw hole on the right side of the second support rod and the first screw hole on the right side of the first support rod; the bolt is exposed from one end of the first screw hole on the right side of the first supporting rod, and a nut is sleeved on the exposed end of the bolt and screwed down to realize the relative fixation of the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod. The second screw holes with different heights are aligned with the first screw holes, so that the length of the support rod is adjusted.
