In the above exemplary embodiment, after obtaining the request of accessing the FVP from the user, the user input receiver 16 sends the device identifier of the tv terminal or the user identifier of the user in the request to the main processor 15, and the main processor 15 determines whether the current tv terminal has accepted the FVP service protocol according to the request.
Referring to fig. 4, in an alternative embodiment, the step of determining whether the current tv terminal has accepted the FVP service agreement includes:
step S21: and inquiring whether the equipment identifier of the television terminal or the user identifier of the user is stored or not according to the equipment identifier of the television terminal or the user identifier of the user in the access request of the FVP.
Step S22: if the equipment identification of the television terminal or the user identification of the user is stored, judging that the current television terminal has accepted the FVP service protocol; and if the equipment identifier of the television terminal or the user identifier of the user is not stored, judging that the current television terminal does not accept the FVP service protocol.
After the user accepts the FVP service agreement, the device identification of the television terminal or the user identification of the user is stored.
In the above exemplary embodiment, after the main processor 15 obtains the verification information such as the device identifier of the television terminal or the user identifier of the user from the user input receiver 16, it is queried in the memory of the television terminal or the server whether the verification information such as the device identifier of the television terminal or the user identifier of the user has been stored, and if yes, the main processor 15 determines that the current television terminal has accepted the FVP service protocol; otherwise, the main processor 15 determines that the current tv terminal does not accept the FVP service protocol. After the user input receiver 16 obtains that the user accepts the FVP service protocol, the storage 17 or the server of the television terminal stores the verification information such as the device identifier of the television terminal or the user identifier of the user.
Step S3: and if the current television terminal does not accept the FVP service protocol, displaying at least one guide interface for guiding the user to select the FVP service protocol.
In the exemplary embodiment as described above, when the main processor 15 determines that the current tv terminal does not accept the FVP service agreement, it controls the display 13 to display at least one guide interface for guiding the user to select the FVP service agreement, according to which the user can select to accept the FVP service agreement.
In an alternative embodiment, the directing interface is a pop-up window; and the pop-up window displays a link for acquiring the FVP service protocol and image-text information. And the user clicks the link and accepts the FVP service protocol according to the image-text information, and the user can quickly learn the related operation in a guidance mode with luxuriant images and texts, so as to accept the FVP service protocol and realize the access to the application of the FVP.
In the above exemplary embodiment, when the main processor 15 determines that the current tv terminal does not accept the FVP service protocol, it will control the display 13 to display a pop-up window, the user can click a link on the pop-up window, and the user input receiver 16 will receive the triggering operation of the link, thereby acquiring the signal of accepting the FVP service protocol.
Referring to fig. 5, in order to facilitate the user to quickly obtain the FVP service protocol, reduce the user operation, and enable the user to conveniently and quickly obtain the usage right of the FVP, in an alternative embodiment, the guidance interface is a pop-up window; the pop-up window comprises a display area for displaying the FVP service protocol, a first option for accepting the FVP service protocol, and a second option for rejecting the FVP service protocol;
after the step of displaying at least one guidance interface for guiding the user to select the FVP service agreement, the method further comprises:
when the triggering operation of the first option is received, acquiring a signal for receiving an FVP service protocol, and storing the equipment identifier of the television terminal or the user identifier of the user; and when the triggering operation of the second option is received, acquiring a signal for refusing to accept the FVP service protocol, and displaying the information of access failure.
In the above exemplary embodiment, when the main processor 15 determines that the current television terminal does not accept the FVP service protocol, the main processor 15 controls the display 13 to display a pop-up window, and when the user clicks or touches or remotely controls the first option, the user input receiver 16 receives the triggering operation of the first option, so as to obtain a signal of accepting the FVP service protocol, and stores the device identifier of the television terminal or the user identifier of the user to the memory through the main processor 15; when the user clicks or touches or remotely controls the second option, the user input receiver 16 receives the triggering operation of the second option, and further obtains a signal for refusing to accept the FVP service protocol, and controls the display 13 to display the access failure information through the main processor 15.
According to the invention, when the user does not select to accept the FVP service protocol when the television terminal is started for the first time, but subsequently requests to access the FVP, the guide interface is displayed after the request of the user for accessing the FVP is acquired through the FVP access page, and the user is guided to accept the FVP service protocol, so that the user does not need to re-enter the FTI menu selection through menu reset, the user operation is reduced, the user can conveniently use the FVP, and the user experience is enhanced.
Since the FVP needs to access the internet to acquire data, in order to enable the user to normally use the FVP, in an embodiment, the step of acquiring the request of the user for accessing the FVP by triggering the FVP access page by the user further includes:
judging whether the current television terminal is connected with a network or not, if so, executing a step of judging whether the current television terminal receives the FVP service protocol or not; and if the current television terminal is not connected with the network, displaying the access failure information.
In the above exemplary embodiment, after the user input receiver 16 obtains the request of the user for accessing the FVP, the main processor 15 controls to start the signal receiver 11, and if the signal receiver 11 can obtain data from the internet through the second connector 18, the main processor 15 determines that the current television terminal is connected to the network, and then performs an operation of determining whether the current television terminal has accepted the FVP service protocol; if the signal receiver 11 cannot acquire data from the internet through the second connector 18, the main processor 15 determines that the current television terminal is not connected to the network, and controls the display 13 to display the access failure information.
Referring to fig. 6, in order to implement secure access to the FVP application, in an optional embodiment, the request for accessing the FVP further includes information of the FVP application requesting to open; after the step of guiding the user to accept the FVP service agreement through the guidance interface, the method further includes:
step S4: and acquiring a signal for receiving the FVP service protocol through the guide interface, and sending data for identifying whether the television terminal is legal or not to the server.
The FVP application information may include an application identification of the FVP application or a location of the application, or any other information that may identify the application.
After acquiring the signal for receiving the FVP service protocol, the tv terminal will actively send the data indicating whether the tv terminal is legal to the server. The data indicating whether the television terminal is legal includes a UA field (a field identifying whether the TV is legal).
In the exemplary embodiment described above, the user input receiver 16 acquires the signal of accepting the FVP service protocol and notifies the main processor 15, the main processor 15 sends a control signal to the second connector 18, and the second connector 18 sends data for identifying whether the television terminal is legitimate to the server.
Step S5: and when the television terminal is identified as legal, acquiring the data information of the FVP transmitted by the server.
After acquiring data of whether the television terminal is legal or not, the server compares the data with data in a database, and if the data is the same as the data in the database, the server identifies that the television terminal is legal; and if the data is not the same as the data in the database, identifying the television terminal as illegal, and feeding back information of access failure.
The data information of the FVP includes information of type, number, arrangement order, application icon, application link, etc. of each application.
In the exemplary embodiment as described above, when the television terminal 10 is recognized as being legitimate, the signal receiver 11 receives the data information of the FVP transmitted by the server through the first connector 18 and transmits the data information of the FVP to the signal processor 12 for signal processing for the main processor 15 to recognize and process. When the television terminal 10 is identified as legal, the signal receiver 11 receives the access failure information fed back by the server through the first connector 18, and after the main processor 15 receives the access failure information, the main processor controls the display 13 to display the access failure information.
Step S6: and accessing the corresponding FVP application according to the data information and the FVP application information.
And acquiring the application to be accessed according to the FVP application information, linking to the application link of the corresponding application according to the data information, and further accessing the corresponding FVP application. When the user enters the FVP access page again, the updated FVP access page is displayed, and the access to the corresponding FVP application can be realized by acquiring the application icon triggered by the user through clicking or touching and the like.
In the exemplary embodiment as described above, the main processor 15 updates the FVP access page upon receiving the data information, stores the updated FVP access page through the memory 17, accesses the corresponding FVP application according to the application link of the application requesting access, and displays the accessed FVP application through the display 13.
In an optional embodiment, after the step of obtaining the signal of refusing to accept the FVP service protocol, the method further includes:
and displaying the information of the access failure.
And the user can visually learn the access condition of the current FVP by displaying the information of the access failure.
In the exemplary embodiment as described above, the user input receiver 16 acquires the user's refusal to accept the FVP service protocol and notifies the main processor 15, and the main processor 15 controls the display 13 to display the access failure information.
In an optional embodiment, the request for accessing the FVP further includes FVP application information requesting to open; after the step of judging whether the current television terminal has accepted the FVP service agreement, the method further comprises:
and if the current television terminal has accepted the FVP service protocol, accessing the corresponding FVP application according to the FVP application information.
The FVP application information may include an application identification of the FVP application or a location of the application, or any other information that may identify the application.
In the exemplary embodiment described above, when the main controller 15 determines that the television terminal receives the FVP service protocol, the main controller 15 obtains the FVP application information requested to be opened from the user input receiver 16, and accesses the corresponding FVP application according to the FVP application information.
The following specific examples illustrate the scheme of the present application:
referring to fig. 7, when the television terminal is turned on for the first time, a selection window indicating whether to accept the FVP service protocol is displayed in an FTI (start guide) menu to remind the user to select to accept the FVP service protocol, and at this time, the user may refuse to accept the FVP service protocol or may select to accept the FVP service protocol; when the user selects to accept the FVP service protocol, the television terminal or the server acquires and stores the equipment identification of the television terminal or the user identification of the user. In the FVP access page, when a triggering operation of an application icon in the FVP access page is received, acquiring a request of a user for accessing the FVP, judging whether the current television terminal is connected with a network or not, and feeding back information of access failure if the current television terminal is not connected with the network; and if the current television terminal is connected with the network, judging whether the current television terminal accepts the FVP service protocol. At this time, according to the device identifier of the television terminal or the user identifier of the user included in the request, if the device identifier of the television terminal or the user identifier of the user is inquired and stored in the television terminal or the server, it is judged that the current terminal accepts the FVP service protocol, and the application of FVP can be normally accessed; if the device identification of the television terminal or the user identification of the user is not inquired and stored in the television terminal or the server, displaying at least one guide interface; the guide interface is a pop-up window; the pop-up window comprises a display area for displaying the FVP service protocol, a first option for accepting the FVP service protocol, and a second option for rejecting the FVP service protocol; when the triggering operation of the first option is received, acquiring a signal for receiving an FVP service protocol, and sending data for identifying whether the television terminal is legal or not to a server; when the television terminal is identified to be legal, acquiring data information of the FVP transmitted by the server; and accessing the corresponding FVP application according to the data information. And when the triggering operation of the second option is received, acquiring a signal for refusing to accept the FVP service protocol, and displaying the information of access failure.
Referring to fig. 8, the present invention further provides a system 2 for obtaining service agreement permission of FVP, comprising:
an access request obtaining module 21, configured to obtain, by a user triggering an FVP access page, a request for the user to access the FVP;
a judging module 22, configured to judge whether the current television terminal accepts the FVP service protocol;
and the guidance module 23 is configured to display at least one guidance interface for guiding the user to select the FVP service protocol when the current television terminal does not accept the FVP service protocol.
According to the invention, when the user does not select to accept the FVP service protocol when the television terminal is started for the first time, but subsequently requests to access the FVP, the guide interface is displayed after the request of the user for accessing the FVP is acquired through the FVP access page, and the user is guided to accept the FVP service protocol, so that the user does not need to re-enter the FTI menu selection through menu reset, the user operation is reduced, the user can conveniently use the FVP, and the user experience is enhanced.
Referring to fig. 9, in an alternative embodiment, the request for the user to access the FVP includes a device identifier of the television terminal or a user identifier of the user; the judging module comprises:
the query unit is used for querying whether the equipment identifier of the television terminal or the user identifier of the user is stored or not according to the equipment identifier of the television terminal or the user identifier of the user in the request;
the judging unit is used for judging that the current television terminal receives the FVP service protocol if the equipment identifier of the television terminal or the user identifier of the user is stored; and if the equipment identifier of the television terminal or the user identifier of the user is not stored, judging that the current television terminal does not accept the FVP service protocol.
Referring to fig. 10, in an alternative embodiment, the access request obtaining module includes:
a display unit for displaying an FVP access page, the FVP access page including at least one application icon of an FVP;
and the access request acquisition unit is used for acquiring a request of a user for accessing the FVP when the trigger operation of the application icon is received.
In an alternative embodiment, the directing interface is a pop-up window; and the pop-up window displays a link for acquiring the FVP service protocol. And the user clicks the link and accepts the FVP service protocol according to the image-text information, and the user can quickly learn the related operation in a guidance mode with luxuriant images and texts, so that the FVP service protocol realizes the access to the FVP.
In order to facilitate the user to quickly acquire the FVP service protocol, reduce the user operation, and enable the user to conveniently and quickly acquire the usage right of the FVP, in an optional embodiment, the guidance interface is a pop-up window; the pop-up window comprises a display area for displaying the FVP service protocol, a first option for accepting the FVP service protocol, and a second option for rejecting the FVP service protocol; the guide module acquires a signal for receiving an FVP service protocol when receiving the triggering operation of the first option, and stores a device identifier of the television terminal or a user identifier of a user; and when receiving the triggering operation of the second option, the guide module acquires a signal for refusing to accept the FVP service protocol and displays the information of access failure.
Because the FVP needs to access the internet to obtain data, in order to enable the user to normally use the FVP, in one embodiment, the method further comprises a networking judgment module for judging whether the current television terminal is connected to the network, and if the current television terminal is connected to the network, executing a step of judging whether the current television terminal has accepted the FVP service protocol; and if the current television terminal is not connected with the network, displaying the access failure information.
Referring to fig. 11, in order to implement secure use of the FVP application, in an embodiment, the system of the FVP service protocol further includes:
the data sending module 24 is configured to obtain a signal for accepting the FVP service protocol through the guidance interface, and send data for identifying whether the television terminal is legal to the server;
an FVP data information acquiring module 25, configured to acquire the FVP data information transmitted by the server when the television terminal is identified as being legitimate;
and the access module 26 is configured to access a corresponding FVP application according to the data information.
And linking to the application link of the corresponding application according to the data information, thereby realizing the access to the corresponding FVP application. And updating and storing an FVP access page according to the data information, and displaying all application icons with URLs in the FVP in sequence in the stored FVP access page. When the user enters the FVP access page again, the access to the corresponding FVP application can be realized by acquiring the application icon triggered by the user through clicking or touching and the like.
The present invention also provides a computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of acquiring an FVP service protocol as set forth in any of the above.
The present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more storage media including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like, having program code embodied therein. Computer readable storage media, which include both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement any method or technology for storage of information. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of the storage medium of the computer include, but are not limited to: phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technologies, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic tape storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium, may be used to store information that may be accessed by a computing device.
The television terminal of the present invention comprises a display, a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable by the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method for acquiring the FVP service protocol as described in any of the above when executing the computer program.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (12)

1. A method for acquiring an FVP service protocol, comprising the steps of:
when the television terminal is started for the first time and does not select to accept the FVP service protocol, triggering an FVP access page through a user to acquire a request of the user for accessing the FVP; the FVP service protocol is the management and control of a manufacturer at a television terminal; the FVP access page comprises a plurality of application icons of the FVPs which are arranged according to a preset sequence and quantity; when the FVP service protocol is not accepted, the application icons in the FVP access page have no application links, and the user cannot normally access the product applications;
judging whether the current television terminal receives the FVP service protocol or not according to the request for accessing the FVP;
if the current television terminal does not accept the FVP service protocol, displaying at least one guide interface for guiding the user to select the FVP service protocol;
the request of the user for accessing the FVP comprises an equipment identifier of the television terminal or a user identifier of the user;
the step of judging whether the current television terminal has accepted the FVP service agreement includes:
inquiring whether the equipment identifier of the television terminal or the user identifier of the user is stored or not according to the equipment identifier of the television terminal or the user identifier of the user in the request;
if the equipment identification of the television terminal or the user identification of the user is stored, judging that the current television terminal has accepted the FVP service protocol; if the equipment identification of the television terminal or the user identification of the user is not stored, judging that the current television terminal does not accept the FVP service protocol;
the request for accessing the FVP further comprises the information of the FVP application requesting to be opened;
after the step of displaying at least one guidance interface for guiding the user to select the FVP service protocol, the method further comprises the steps of:
acquiring a signal for receiving the FVP service protocol through the guide interface, and sending data for identifying whether the television terminal is legal or not to the server;
when the television terminal is identified to be legal, acquiring data information of the FVP transmitted by the server; the data information of the FVP comprises the type, the quantity, the arrangement sequence, an application icon and an application link of each application;
and updating the FVP access page according to the data information, accessing the corresponding FVP application link according to the FVP application information, and displaying the accessed FVP application.
2. The method for acquiring an FVP service protocol as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of acquiring the request for the user to access the FVP by the user-triggered FVP access page comprises:
displaying an FVP access page comprising application icons of at least one FVP;
and when the triggering operation of the application icon is received, acquiring a request of a user for accessing the FVP.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the direction interface is a pop-up window; the pop-up window comprises a display area for displaying the FVP service protocol, a first option for accepting the FVP service protocol, and a second option for rejecting the FVP service protocol;
after the step of displaying at least one guidance interface for guiding the user to select the FVP service protocol, the method further comprises the steps of:
when the triggering operation of the first option is received, acquiring a signal for receiving an FVP service protocol, and storing the equipment identifier of the television terminal or the user identifier of the user; and when the triggering operation of the second option is received, acquiring a signal for refusing to accept the FVP service protocol, and displaying the information of access failure.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the direction interface is a pop-up window; and the pop-up window displays a link for acquiring the FVP service protocol and image-text information.
5. The method for acquiring the FVP service protocol as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of acquiring the user request for accessing the FVP by the user triggered FVP access page further comprises the steps of:
judging whether the current television terminal is connected with a network or not, if so, executing a step of judging whether the current television terminal receives the FVP service protocol or not; and if the current television terminal is not connected with the network, displaying the access failure information.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the request for access to the FVP further includes information of the FVP application requesting to open; after the step of judging whether the current television terminal has accepted the FVP service agreement, the method further comprises:
and if the current television terminal has accepted the FVP service protocol, accessing the corresponding FVP application according to the FVP application information.
7. A system for acquiring an FVP service agreement, comprising:
the access request acquisition module is used for acquiring a request of a user for accessing the FVP by triggering the FVP access page through the user when the television terminal is started for the first time and does not select to accept the FVP service protocol; the FVP service protocol is the management and control of a manufacturer at a television terminal; the FVP access page comprises a plurality of application icons of the FVPs which are arranged according to a preset sequence and quantity; when the FVP service protocol is not accepted, the application icons in the FVP access page have no application links, and the user cannot normally access the product applications;
the judging module is used for judging whether the current television terminal receives the FVP service protocol or not;
the guide module is used for displaying at least one guide interface for guiding the user to select the FVP service protocol when the current television terminal does not accept the FVP service protocol;
the request of the user for accessing the FVP comprises an equipment identifier of the television terminal or a user identifier of the user; the judging module comprises:
the query unit is used for querying whether the equipment identifier of the television terminal or the user identifier of the user is stored or not according to the equipment identifier of the television terminal or the user identifier of the user in the request;
the judging unit is used for judging that the current television terminal receives the FVP service protocol if the equipment identifier of the television terminal or the user identifier of the user is stored; if the equipment identification of the television terminal or the user identification of the user is not stored, judging that the current television terminal does not accept the FVP service protocol;
the request for accessing the FVP further comprises the information of the FVP application requesting to be opened; the system further comprises:
the data sending module is used for acquiring a signal for receiving the FVP service protocol through the guide interface and sending data for identifying whether the television terminal is legal or not to the server;
the data information acquisition module of the FVP is used for acquiring the data information of the FVP transmitted by the server when the television terminal is identified to be legal; the data information of the FVP comprises the type, the number, the arrangement sequence, the application icon and the application link of each application
And the access module is used for updating the FVP access page according to the data information, accessing the corresponding FVP application link according to the FVP application information, and displaying the accessed FVP application.
8. The system for retrieving the FVP service protocol as claimed in claim 7, wherein the access request retrieving module comprises:
a display unit for displaying an FVP access page, the FVP access page including at least one application icon of an FVP;
and the access request acquisition unit is used for acquiring a request of a user for accessing the FVP when the trigger operation of the application icon is received.

The system for retrieving an FVP service agreement of claim 7, wherein the direction interface is a pop-up window; the pop-up window comprises a display area for displaying the FVP service protocol, a first option for accepting the FVP service protocol, and a second option for rejecting the FVP service protocol;
the guide module acquires a signal for receiving an FVP service protocol when receiving the triggering operation of the first option, and stores a device identifier of the television terminal or a user identifier of a user; and when receiving the triggering operation of the second option, the guide module acquires a signal for refusing to accept the FVP service protocol and displays the information of access failure.
10. The system for acquiring FVP service protocol as claimed in any one of claims 7 to 9, further comprising:
the data sending module is used for acquiring a signal for receiving the FVP service protocol through the guide interface and sending data for identifying whether the television terminal is legal or not to the server;
the data information acquisition module of the FVP is used for acquiring the data information of the FVP transmitted by the server when the television terminal is identified to be legal;
and the access module is used for accessing the corresponding FVP application according to the data information.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of acquiring an FVP service protocol according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
12. A television terminal, characterized in that it comprises a display, a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in said memory and executable by said processor, said processor implementing the steps of the method of acquiring an FVP service protocol according to any one of claims 1 to 6 when executing said computer program.
