In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a sharpness detection module connected between the scanning module 220 and the uploading module 230, the sharpness detection module comprising:
the detection unit is used for detecting whether the definition of the electronic file meets the preset definition or not;
the adjusting unit is used for entering a function of uploading the electronic file of the paper file by the uploading module 230 when the requirement is met; when the current ambient brightness is not met, acquiring current ambient brightness, adjusting the brightness parameter of the scanning application when the current ambient brightness is greater than first preset brightness, and starting a flash lamp when the current ambient brightness is less than or equal to the first preset brightness; and entering the function of executing the scanning module 220 to scan the corresponding paper document through the scanning application in the scanning mode to generate the electronic document of the paper document.
In one embodiment, the adjusting unit decreases the brightness parameter of the scanning application when the current ambient brightness is greater than a second preset brightness; the second preset brightness is greater than the first preset brightness; and when the current environment brightness is less than or equal to a second preset brightness and greater than a first preset brightness, increasing the brightness parameter of the scanning application.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a first application download module comprising:
the screening unit is used for screening out a candidate scanning application set from the application downloading platform according to the input application keywords when no scanning application exists locally;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the installation times, the total comment times and the comment times of each grading interval of each candidate scanning application in the candidate scanning application set;
the quality score calculating unit is used for calculating the quality score of each candidate scanning application according to the installation times, the total comment times and the comment times of each scoring interval of each candidate scanning application;
and the installation unit is used for screening out the candidate scanning application with the highest quality score from the candidate scanning application set, installing and starting the screened scanning application.
In one embodiment, the quality score calculation unit comprises:
a selecting subunit, configured to select a candidate scanning application from the candidate scanning application set;
the normalization subunit is used for performing normalization processing on the installation times of the candidate scanning application;
a scoring interval marking unit for characterizing each scoring interval of the candidate scanning application with a different weight;
the first calculation unit is used for multiplying the weight corresponding to each scoring interval of the candidate scanning application by the comment times and then summing the weights to obtain a sum value of the candidate scanning application;
the second calculation unit is used for dividing the summation value of the candidate scanning application and the total number of times of comments to obtain the weight of the candidate scanning application;
a quality score obtaining unit, configured to multiply the weight of the candidate scanning application by the normalized installation frequency to obtain a quality score of the candidate scanning application;
and the selection subunit selects another candidate scanning application from the candidate scanning application set, and enters a function of executing normalization processing of the installation times of the candidate scanning applications by the normalization subunit until all the candidate scanning applications are selected.
In another embodiment, the device further comprises a second application downloading module, and when the second application downloading module does not locally scan the application, the second application downloading module generates a search keyword of the scan application according to a preset electronic file uploading requirement; and searching out matched scanning application from an application downloading platform according to the search keyword, installing the scanning application and starting the scanning application.
In one embodiment, the upload module 230 includes:
the network speed detection unit is used for detecting the current uploading network speed;
the first uploading unit is used for directly uploading the electronic file of the paper file when the uploading network speed is greater than a first preset network speed;
the second uploading unit is used for dividing the electronic file of the paper file into each first data block when the uploading network speed is less than or equal to a first preset network speed and greater than a second preset network speed, and uploading each first data block, the electronic file to which each first data block belongs and the position information of each first data block in the electronic file;
the third uploading unit is used for dividing the electronic file of the paper file into second data blocks when the uploading network speed is less than or equal to a second preset network speed, and uploading the second data blocks, the electronic file to which the second data blocks belong and the position information of the second data blocks in the electronic file; the storage space of the second data block is smaller than that of the first data block.
Other technical features of the electronic file uploading device for mobile government affairs are the same as those of the electronic file uploading method for mobile government affairs, and are not described herein again.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the electronic file uploading method for mobile government affairs described in any one of the above. The storage medium includes, but is not limited to, any type of disk (including floppy disks, hard disks, optical disks, CD-ROMs, and magneto-optical disks), ROMs (Read-Only memories), RAMs (Random AcceSS memories), EPROMs (erasable Programmable Read-Only memories), EEPROMs (electrically erasable Programmable Read-Only memories), flash memories, magnetic cards, or optical cards. That is, a storage medium includes any medium that stores or transmits information in a form readable by a device (e.g., a computer). Which may be a read-only memory, magnetic or optical disk, or the like.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a terminal, where the terminal includes:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the electronic file upload method for mobile government affairs of any one of the above items.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of the terminal of the present application, which includes a processor 320, a storage device 330, an input unit 340, a display unit 350, and the like. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the structural devices illustrated in fig. 3 do not constitute a limitation of all terminals and may include more or less components than those illustrated, or some components in combination. The storage 330 may be used to store the application 310 and various functional modules, and the processor 320 executes the application 310 stored in the storage 330, thereby performing various functional applications of the device and data processing. The storage 330 may be an internal memory or an external memory, or include both internal and external memories. The memory may comprise read-only memory, Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), flash memory, or random access memory. The external memory may include a hard disk, a floppy disk, a ZIP disk, a usb-disk, a magnetic tape, etc. The memory devices disclosed herein include, but are not limited to, these types of memory devices. The memory device 330 disclosed herein is provided by way of example only and not by way of limitation.
The input unit 340 is used for receiving input of signals, receiving an electronic file uploading instruction, and the like. The input unit 340 may include a touch panel and other input devices. The touch panel can collect touch operations of a user on or near the touch panel (for example, operations of the user on or near the touch panel by using any suitable object or accessory such as a finger, a stylus and the like) and drive the corresponding connecting device according to a preset program; other input devices may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (e.g., play control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and the like. The display unit 350 may be used to display information input by a user or information provided to the user and various menus of the computer device. The display unit 350 may take the form of a liquid crystal display, an organic light emitting diode, or the like. The processor 320 is a control center of the computer device, connects various parts of the entire computer using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions and processes data by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the storage device 330 and calling data stored in the storage device.
In one embodiment, the terminal includes one or more processors 320, and one or more storage devices 330, one or more applications 310, wherein the one or more applications 310 are stored in the storage device 330 and configured to be executed by the one or more processors 320, and the one or more applications 310 are configured to perform the electronic file upload method of mobile government affairs described in the above embodiment.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of the figures are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and may be performed in other orders unless explicitly stated herein. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in the flow chart of the figure may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
It should be understood that each functional unit in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing module, each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units may be integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode.
The foregoing is only a partial embodiment of the present application, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present application, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A method for uploading electronic files of mobile government affairs is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when an input electronic file uploading instruction is received, starting a local scanning application according to the type of a preset electronic file to be uploaded, and starting a corresponding scanning mode;
under the scanning mode, scanning a corresponding paper file through the scanning application to generate an electronic file of the paper file;
uploading the electronic file of the paper file;
wherein, if the scanning application comprises a plurality of levels of scanning modes, then starting the corresponding scanning mode comprises:
if the lowest level of the scanning application has a scanning mode matched with the type of the electronic file, directly starting the scanning mode of the lowest level;
and if the lowest level of the scanning application does not have the scanning mode matched with the type of the electronic file, sequentially searching upwards layer by layer until the scanning mode matched with the type of the electronic file is found.
2. The electronic file uploading method for mobile government according to claim 1, wherein the generating of the electronic file of the paper file, thereafter, the uploading of the electronic file of the paper file, and previously, further comprises:
detecting whether the definition of the electronic file meets a preset definition or not;
if yes, entering a step of uploading the electronic file of the paper file;
if not, acquiring the current environment brightness; if the current environment brightness is larger than a first preset brightness, adjusting the brightness parameter of the scanning application, otherwise, starting a flash lamp; and scanning the corresponding paper file by the scanning application in the scanning mode to generate the electronic file of the paper file.
3. The electronic file uploading method for mobile government according to claim 2, wherein said adjusting the brightness parameter of the scanning application comprises:
if the current environment brightness is larger than a second preset brightness, reducing the brightness parameter of the scanning application; the second preset brightness is greater than the first preset brightness;
and if the current environment brightness is less than or equal to a second preset brightness and greater than a first preset brightness, increasing the brightness parameter of the scanning application.
4. The electronic file uploading method of mobile government according to claim 1, further comprising:
if no scanning application exists locally, screening out a candidate scanning application set from the application downloading platform according to the input application keywords;
acquiring the installation times, the total comment times and the comment times of each grading interval of each candidate scanning application in the candidate scanning application set;
calculating the quality score of each candidate scanning application according to the installation times, the total comment times and the comment times of each scoring interval of each candidate scanning application;
and screening out the candidate scanning application with the highest quality score from the candidate scanning application set, installing and starting the screened out scanning application.

The electronic file uploading method for mobile government according to claim 4, wherein the calculating the quality score of each candidate scanning application according to the installation times, the total review times and the review times of each scoring interval of each candidate scanning application comprises:
selecting a candidate scanning application from the candidate scanning application set;
carrying out normalization processing on the installation times of the candidate scanning application;
characterizing each scoring interval of the candidate scanning application with a different weight;
multiplying the weight corresponding to each scoring interval of the candidate scanning application by the comment times and then summing to obtain a sum value of the candidate scanning application;
dividing the sum of the candidate scanning applications by the total number of the comments to obtain the weight of the candidate scanning applications;
multiplying the weight of the candidate scanning application by the normalized installation times to obtain the quality score of the candidate scanning application;
and selecting another candidate scanning application from the candidate scanning application set, and returning to the step of performing normalization processing on the installation times of the candidate scanning applications until all the candidate scanning applications are selected.
6. The electronic file uploading method of mobile government according to claim 1, further comprising:
if the scanning application does not exist locally, generating a search keyword of the scanning application according to a preset electronic file uploading requirement;
and searching out matched scanning application from an application downloading platform according to the search keyword, installing the scanning application and starting the scanning application.
7. The electronic file uploading method for mobile government according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the uploading of the electronic file of the paper file comprises:
detecting the current uploading network speed;
if the uploading network speed is greater than a first preset network speed, directly uploading the electronic file of the paper file;
if the uploading network speed is less than or equal to a first preset network speed and greater than a second preset network speed, dividing the electronic file of the paper file into various first data blocks, and uploading the various first data blocks, the electronic file to which the various first data blocks belong and the position information of the various first data blocks in the electronic file;
if the uploading internet speed is less than or equal to a second preset internet speed, dividing the electronic file of the paper file into second data blocks, and uploading the second data blocks, the electronic file to which the second data blocks belong and the position information of the second data blocks in the electronic file; the storage space of the second data block is smaller than that of the first data block.
8. An electronic file uploading device for mobile government affairs, comprising:
the scanning application starting module is used for starting a local scanning application according to the type of the electronic file to be uploaded which is preset when an input electronic file uploading instruction is received, and starting a corresponding scanning mode;
the scanning module is used for scanning the corresponding paper file through the scanning application in the scanning mode to generate an electronic file of the paper file;
the uploading module is used for uploading the electronic file of the paper file;
wherein, if the scanning application comprises a plurality of scanning modes, the scanning application starting module is used for executing the following steps:
if the lowest level of the scanning application has a scanning mode matched with the type of the electronic file, directly starting the scanning mode of the lowest level;
and if the lowest level of the scanning application does not have the scanning mode matched with the type of the electronic file, sequentially searching upwards layer by layer until the scanning mode matched with the type of the electronic file is found.
9. A computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, the program, when executed by a processor, implementing an electronic file upload method for mobile government according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A terminal, characterized in that the terminal comprises:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the electronic file upload method of mobile government according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
