In the electronic evidence anti-counterfeiting method provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the terminal equipment obtains the original space-time information, the information code stream corresponding to the original space-time information is obtained according to the original space-time information, the information code stream corresponding to the original space-time information is firstly placed at the information header of the electronic data information by calling a preset interleaving coding technology, and is interleaved with the electronic data information from the header position of the electronic data information, and the information code stream corresponding to the original space-time information is embedded into the electronic data information. The code stream corresponding to the original time-space information and the electronic data information can be interleaved according to a preset interleaving coding rule, and when the information code stream corresponding to the original time-space information is embedded into the electronic data information, the electronic data information can be considered to be encrypted.
It should be noted that, when the interleaving coding technology is invoked to embed the original spatio-temporal information into the electronic data information, a preset interleaving coding rule may be used to interleave the information code stream corresponding to the original spatio-temporal information. For example, a certain number of interleaving times is set, and interleaving of each row and each column is performed according to the number of interleaving times, wherein the larger the number of interleaving times is, the more complicated the interleaving encoding rule is. By using the interleaving coding technology, the information code stream corresponding to the original space-time information is completely embedded into the electronic data information, so that the electronic data information can be encrypted.
Optionally, during the process of embedding the information code stream corresponding to the original spatio-temporal information into the electronic data information, interleaving may be performed from any position of the electronic data information, or interleaving may be performed from a header of the electronic data information.
By applying the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the original space-time information can be embedded into electronic data information by calling an interleaving coding technology. If the electronic data information is modified or intercepted, the original space-time information in the electronic data information cannot be recovered, so that the counterfeit electronic data information is prevented from being used as anti-counterfeiting evidence, and the reliability and credibility of the anti-counterfeiting evidence are improved.
In the method provided in the foregoing embodiment, matching the spatiotemporal information with pre-stored original spatiotemporal information specifically includes:
and when the spatiotemporal information is not consistent with the original spatiotemporal information in a matching way, the electronic data information is characterized to be forged, and the forged electronic data information is cancelled.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the spatiotemporal information is matched with the original spatiotemporal information to determine whether the electronic data information is forged or not, a preset interleaving coding technology can be called to extract the spatiotemporal information from the electronic data information and match the spatiotemporal information with the original spatiotemporal information. And when the matching is consistent, determining that the electronic data information is valid. And if the spatiotemporal information is inconsistent with the original spatiotemporal information in a matching way, the electronic data information is proved to be forged, namely the electronic data information is falsified or intercepted by other users. When the electronic data information is forged, the electronic data information cannot be used as anti-counterfeiting evidence to form a spatiotemporal evidence chain with other evidence, and meanwhile, the terminal equipment can cancel the forged electronic data information.
It should be noted that, when the interleaving encoding technique is invoked to extract the spatio-temporal information in the electronic data information, the decoding rule in the interleaving encoding preset in the interleaving encoding technique may be applied to extract the spatio-temporal information from the electronic data information.
Furthermore, when it is required to verify whether the electronic data information is forged, the spatiotemporal information in the electronic data information may also be extracted by invoking the interleaving encoding technique, so as to obtain the spatiotemporal information. It is possible to verify whether the spatiotemporal information is complete and determine that the electronic data information is not forged when the spatiotemporal information is not damaged or the complete spatiotemporal information is identical to the original spatiotemporal information. And if the spatio-temporal information is damaged, namely the spatio-temporal information is incomplete or cannot form effective spatio-temporal information, the electronic data information is proved to be falsified or intercepted, and the electronic data information is forged electronic data information.
When the electronic data information is verified to be falsified, it is possible to verify whether the electronic data information is changed by another user such as falsification or interception during a process of being used as a general purpose. When the space-time information in the electronic data information is extracted by using an interleaving coding technology and the space-time information is determined to be consistent with the original space-time information or the space-time information is complete space-time information, the electronic data information is proved to be not tampered or intercepted.
By applying the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the spatiotemporal information is inconsistent with the original spatiotemporal information, the electronic data information cannot be used as an anti-counterfeiting evidence, and a spatiotemporal evidence chain cannot be formed by the electronic data information and other evidences, so that the reliability and the credibility of the anti-counterfeiting evidence are improved.
The electronic evidence anti-counterfeiting method provided based on the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, specifically includes:
s301: when the terminal equipment receives the anti-counterfeiting authentication request, acquiring electronic data information;
s302: calling an interleaving coding technology to extract spatiotemporal information in the electronic data information;
s303: acquiring pre-stored original space-time information;
s304: matching the spatiotemporal information with the original spatiotemporal information;
s305: the matching is consistent, the electronic data information is effective information, and the electronic data information can be used as anti-counterfeiting evidence;
s306: and if the matching is inconsistent, the electronic data information is forged electronic data information.

a matching unit 403, configured to match the spatio-temporal information with pre-stored original spatio-temporal information, determine that the electronic data information is valid information when the spatio-temporal information matches the pre-stored original spatio-temporal information, and perform an anti-counterfeit operation using the electronic data information; the original spatiotemporal information includes time information and spatial position information corresponding to the electronic data information when generated.
In the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, when the terminal device receives an anti-counterfeit authentication request, the electronic data information corresponding to the anti-counterfeit authentication request may be acquired by the acquiring unit. Wherein the electronic data information can be applied as anti-counterfeiting evidence in an anti-counterfeiting process. After the terminal equipment acquires electronic data information through the acquisition unit, a preset interleaving coding technology is called through the extraction unit, spatio-temporal information contained in the electronic data information is extracted from the electronic data information, and the spatio-temporal information is matched with original spatio-temporal information stored in the terminal equipment in advance through a matching unit. And when the spatiotemporal information is matched with the original spatiotemporal information, determining that the electronic data information is valid information and taking the electronic data information as anti-counterfeiting evidence. The original space-time information comprises corresponding time information and space position information when the electronic data information is generated.
In the device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the extraction unit is mainly used for extracting the space-time information contained in the electronic data information, and the matching unit is used for matching the space-time information with the original space-time information to determine whether the electronic data information can be used as anti-counterfeiting evidence or not, so that the reliability and credibility of the anti-counterfeiting evidence are improved.
In the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus may be further configured to:
the embedded unit is used for acquiring original space-time information currently recorded by navigation equipment corresponding to the acquisition equipment when the electronic data information is acquired by the acquisition equipment; and calling the preset interleaving coding technology, embedding the original space-time information into the electronic data information, and hiding the original space-time information and the embedded information generated when the original space-time information is embedded into the electronic data information in the electronic data information.
In the electronic evidence camouflage preventing device provided by the embodiment of the invention, an embedding unit is specifically configured, and the embedding unit is used for embedding the original spatiotemporal information into the process of the electronic data information. Specifically, when the terminal device acquires the electronic data information in the current scene by using the acquisition device, the terminal device may acquire the currently recorded original spatiotemporal information through a preset navigation device, and then call an interleaving coding technique to embed the original spatiotemporal information into the electronic data information. Wherein, after the electronic data information is embedded into the original spatio-temporal information, the terminal device may embed the original spatio-temporal information and embedded information generated when the original spatio-temporal information is embedded into the electronic data information, and hide the embedded information in the electronic data information.
In the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the matching unit may be configured to:
a judgment subunit, configured to judge whether the temporal-spatial information includes time information and spatial position information corresponding to the electronic data information;
a matching subunit, configured to, when the spatio-temporal information includes time information and spatial position information corresponding to the electronic data information, match time information included in the spatio-temporal information with time information corresponding to when the electronic data information included in the original spatio-temporal information is generated, and match spatial position information included in the spatio-temporal information with spatial position information corresponding to when the electronic data information included in the original spatio-temporal information is generated;
and the determining subunit is used for determining the electronic data information as valid information when the electronic data information is matched and consistent.
In the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the matching unit may be configured as a judgment subunit, a matching subunit, and a determination subunit. And the judging subunit judges whether the time-space information contains time information and space position information corresponding to the electronic data information, if so, the matching subunit matches the time information contained in the time-space information with the time information corresponding to the electronic data information contained in the original time-space information when the electronic data information is generated, matches the space position information contained in the time-space information with the space position information corresponding to the electronic data information contained in the original time-space information when the electronic data information is generated, and if so, the determining subunit determines the electronic data information to be effective information. The electronic data information may serve as anti-counterfeiting evidence.
In the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the embedding unit may be configured to:
the execution subunit is used for acquiring an exposure time pulse corresponding to the electronic data information and a PPS time pulse of the navigation equipment, and performing clock synchronization on the exposure time pulse and the PPS time pulse to acquire synchronized clock information;
and the adjusting subunit is used for adjusting the current time information and the current spatial position information of the navigation equipment according to the synchronous clock information to obtain the original space-time information currently recorded by the navigation equipment.
In the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the embedding unit may be configured to:
the acquisition subunit is used for acquiring an information code stream corresponding to the original time-space information;
and the embedding subunit is used for calling a preset interleaving coding technology, interleaving the information code stream corresponding to the original space-time information with the electronic data information from the header position of the electronic data information, and embedding the information code stream into the electronic data information.
In the apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the embedding unit may be configured as an execution subunit, an adjustment subunit, an acquisition subunit, and an embedding subunit. The acquiring subunit acquires an information code stream corresponding to the original time-space information, and the embedding unit embeds the information code stream into the electronic data information.
In the apparatus provided in the implementation of the present invention, the apparatus may be further configured to: and a unit is withdrawn.
And the revocation unit is used for representing that the electronic data information is forged and revoking the forged electronic data information when the spatiotemporal information is not matched with the original spatiotemporal information.

calling a preset interleaving coding technology to extract the current spatiotemporal information contained in the electronic data information;
matching the spatio-temporal information with pre-stored original spatio-temporal information, determining the electronic data information as effective information when the spatio-temporal information is consistent with the pre-stored original spatio-temporal information, and applying the electronic data information to perform anti-counterfeiting operation; the original spatiotemporal information includes time information and spatial position information corresponding to the electronic data information when generated.
The above method, optionally, further includes a process of embedding the spatiotemporal information into the electronic data information, including:
when the electronic data information is acquired by an application acquisition device, acquiring original space-time information currently recorded by a navigation device corresponding to the acquisition device;
and calling the preset interleaving coding technology, embedding the original space-time information into the electronic data information, and hiding the original space-time information and the embedded information generated when the original space-time information is embedded into the electronic data information in the electronic data information.
Optionally, the matching the spatiotemporal information with pre-stored original spatiotemporal information, and determining that the electronic data information is valid information when the matching is consistent, includes:
judging whether the time-space information contains time information and space position information corresponding to the electronic data information;
when the time-space information contains time information and space position information corresponding to the electronic data information, matching the time information contained in the time-space information with the time information corresponding to the electronic data information contained in the original time-space information when generated, and matching the space position information contained in the time-space information with the space position information corresponding to the electronic data information contained in the original time-space information when generated;
and when the electronic data information is matched and consistent, determining the electronic data information as valid information.
Optionally, the obtaining of the original spatiotemporal information currently recorded by the navigation device corresponding to the acquisition device includes:
acquiring an exposure time pulse corresponding to the electronic data information and a PPS time pulse of the navigation equipment, and carrying out clock synchronization on the exposure time pulse and the PPS time pulse to acquire synchronized clock information;
and adjusting the current time information and the current space position information of the navigation equipment according to the synchronous clock information to obtain the current recorded original space-time information of the navigation equipment.
Optionally, the invoking the preset interleaving encoding technique to embed the original spatio-temporal information into the electronic data information includes:
obtaining an information code stream corresponding to the original time-space information;

An electronic device is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and the structural diagram of the electronic device is shown in fig. 5, which specifically includes a memory 501 and one or more instructions 502, where the one or more instructions 502 are stored in the memory 501, and are configured to be executed by one or more processors 503 to perform the following operations according to the one or more instructions 502:
when an anti-counterfeiting authentication request is received, electronic data information corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting authentication request is obtained and used as anti-counterfeiting evidence in an anti-counterfeiting process;
calling a preset interleaving coding technology to extract the current spatiotemporal information contained in the electronic data information;
matching the spatio-temporal information with pre-stored original spatio-temporal information, determining the electronic data information as effective information when the spatio-temporal information is consistent with the pre-stored original spatio-temporal information, and applying the electronic data information to perform anti-counterfeiting operation; the original spatiotemporal information includes time information and spatial position information corresponding to the electronic data information when generated.

Claims (8)

1. An electronic evidence anti-counterfeiting method, comprising:
when an anti-counterfeiting authentication request is received, electronic data information corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting authentication request is obtained and used as anti-counterfeiting evidence in an anti-counterfeiting process;
calling a preset interleaving coding technology to extract the current spatio-temporal information contained in the electronic data information, wherein the current spatio-temporal information contained in the electronic data information is hidden in the electronic data information;
matching the spatio-temporal information with pre-stored original spatio-temporal information, determining the electronic data information as effective information when the spatio-temporal information is consistent with the pre-stored original spatio-temporal information, and applying the electronic data information to perform anti-counterfeiting operation; the original space-time information comprises corresponding time information and space position information when the electronic data information is generated;
a process for embedding spatiotemporal information into said electronic data information comprising:
when the electronic data information is acquired by an application acquisition device, acquiring original space-time information currently recorded by a navigation device corresponding to the acquisition device;
and calling the preset interleaving coding technology, embedding the original space-time information into the electronic data information, and hiding the original space-time information and the embedded information generated when the original space-time information is embedded into the electronic data information in the electronic data information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein matching the spatiotemporal information with pre-stored raw spatiotemporal information, and determining the electronic data information as valid information when the matches are consistent comprises:
judging whether the time-space information contains time information and space position information corresponding to the electronic data information;
when the time-space information contains time information and space position information corresponding to the electronic data information, matching the time information contained in the time-space information with the time information corresponding to the electronic data information contained in the original time-space information when generated, and matching the space position information contained in the time-space information with the space position information corresponding to the electronic data information contained in the original time-space information when generated;
and when the electronic data information is matched and consistent, determining the electronic data information as valid information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the raw spatiotemporal information currently recorded by the navigation device corresponding to the acquisition device comprises:
acquiring an exposure time pulse corresponding to the electronic data information and a PPS time pulse of the navigation equipment, and carrying out clock synchronization on the exposure time pulse and the PPS time pulse to acquire synchronized clock information;
and adjusting the current time information and the current space position information of the navigation equipment according to the synchronous clock information to obtain the current recorded original space-time information of the navigation equipment.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein said invoking said pre-configured interleaving encoding technique to embed said original spatiotemporal information into said electronic data information comprises:
obtaining an information code stream corresponding to the original time-space information;
and calling a preset interleaving coding technology, interleaving an information code stream corresponding to the original space-time information with the electronic data information from the header position of the electronic data information, and embedding the information code stream into the electronic data information.
5. The method of claim 2 or 4, further comprising:
and when the spatiotemporal information is not consistent with the original spatiotemporal information in a matching way, the electronic data information is characterized to be forged, and the forged electronic data information is cancelled.
6. An electronic evidence anti-counterfeiting device, comprising:
the anti-counterfeiting authentication system comprises an acquisition unit, a verification unit and a verification unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring electronic data information corresponding to an anti-counterfeiting authentication request when the anti-counterfeiting authentication request is received, and the electronic data information is used as anti-counterfeiting evidence in an anti-counterfeiting process;
the extraction unit is used for calling a preset interleaving coding technology and extracting the current spatio-temporal information contained in the electronic data information, wherein the current spatio-temporal information contained in the electronic data information is hidden in the electronic data information;
the matching unit is used for matching the spatio-temporal information with pre-stored original spatio-temporal information, determining the electronic data information as effective information when the spatio-temporal information is consistent with the pre-stored original spatio-temporal information, and applying the electronic data information to perform anti-counterfeiting operation; the original space-time information comprises corresponding time information and space position information when the electronic data information is generated;
the embedded unit is used for acquiring original space-time information currently recorded by navigation equipment corresponding to the acquisition equipment when the electronic data information is acquired by the acquisition equipment; and calling the preset interleaving coding technology, embedding the original space-time information into the electronic data information, and hiding the original space-time information and the embedded information generated when the original space-time information is embedded into the electronic data information in the electronic data information.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the matching unit comprises:
a judgment subunit, configured to judge whether the temporal-spatial information includes time information and spatial position information corresponding to the electronic data information;
a matching subunit, configured to, when the spatio-temporal information includes time information and spatial position information corresponding to the electronic data information, match time information included in the spatio-temporal information with time information corresponding to when the electronic data information included in the original spatio-temporal information is generated, and match spatial position information included in the spatio-temporal information with spatial position information corresponding to when the electronic data information included in the original spatio-temporal information is generated;
and the determining subunit is used for determining the electronic data information as valid information when the electronic data information is matched and consistent.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the embedding unit comprises:
the acquisition subunit is used for acquiring an information code stream corresponding to the original time-space information;
and the embedding subunit is used for calling a preset interleaving coding technology, interleaving the information code stream corresponding to the original space-time information with the electronic data information from the header position of the electronic data information, and embedding the information code stream into the electronic data information.
