Description

Head-mounted display device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a head-mounted display device.
Background
With the development of display devices, the size and weight of the display devices are miniaturized, and therefore, the head-mounted display devices are often used to view images of virtual reality to meet various requirements.
Currently, head-mounted display devices do not have a friendly use condition for people with visual needs, such as people wearing glasses. For example, when a user wearing glasses wears the head-mounted display device, the visual side profile of the head-mounted display device, the worn glasses, and the facial profile of the user are often inconsistent with each other, which causes discomfort and inconvenience to the user.
Moreover, the above situation may also change with the state and visual condition of the user, and the body of the head-mounted display device cannot be modified correspondingly with the above requirement of the user. Therefore, the application range of the head-mounted display device is further limited, and the popularization is not facilitated.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a head-mounted display device, which provides a detachable lens frame to improve the convenience of people needing vision use.
The invention discloses a head-mounted display device, which comprises a body, at least one mirror bracket and at least one lens. The machine body is provided with a visible side and a first combination mechanism positioned on the visible side. The lens is arranged on the spectacle frame, and the spectacle frame is provided with a second combination mechanism. Through the mutual cooperation of first coupling mechanism and second coupling mechanism, the mirror holder detachably assembles in the visual side of organism.
Based on the above, the head mounted display device enables the lens holder to be assembled and disassembled on the visible side of the body by the mutual matching of the first combining mechanism and the second combining mechanism. Therefore, a person with visual requirements, for example, a user who needs to wear glasses, can select a proper frame and lenses arranged on the frame according to the requirements, and assemble the frame on the visible side of the machine body. Once a different user is replaced, the frame can be removed from the body and the desired frame and lens can be selected separately. Therefore, the head-mounted display device can be suitable for users with various visual requirements without arranging special combination (such as a focal length adjusting mechanism) in the machine body, thereby effectively improving the application range and improving the convenience and the comfort when the user operates.
In order to make the aforementioned and other features and advantages of the invention more comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a head-mounted display device according to an embodiment of the invention. Fig. 2 is an assembly schematic diagram of the head mounted display device of fig. 1. Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the head-mounted display device 100 includes a body 110, at least one frame and at least one lens, a strap 140, and a fastener 150. In the present embodiment, a pair of frames 120A and 120B and a pair of lenses 130A and 130B are taken as an example, wherein the lenses 130A and 130B are respectively disposed on the frames 120A and 120B, it should be mentioned that, as shown in fig. 2, the frames 120A and 120B are respectively assembled on the machine body 110 separately, so that those skilled in the art can also know the assembling and using states of only a single frame and a single lens.
In the present embodiment, the body 110 has a viewing side F1, that is, when the user wears the head-mounted display device 100, the user can view the image presented inside the body 110 through the window (or lens) 112 from the viewing side F1, that is, the user can wear the head-mounted display device 100 to attach to the head by the fastening strap 140 connected to the fastening member 150, so that the support portion 114 is attached around the eye sockets, and the support portion 118 is attached to the bridge of the nose of the user, so as to achieve the use state of viewing the image.
As described above, when the user has a visual need, for example, the user needs to wear glasses, the three contours of the user's face, the glasses, and the visible side F1 of the head mounted display device 100 do not match with each other, and therefore, if the user wears the head mounted display device 100 with the glasses as they are, the user may not wear the glasses firmly or feel uncomfortable in use, and once the glasses worn by the user are removed, the user may be in a state where the image cannot be clearly recognized. Accordingly, in the present embodiment, the body 110 is configured with the detachable frame and the detachable lens, so that the head-mounted display device 100 can be applied in a wider range, that is, according to different visual requirements of users, only the corresponding frame and the corresponding lens are needed to be configured, so that the frame and the lens are detachably assembled on the visible side F1 of the body 110, and thus users with all visual requirements can be satisfied. Furthermore, as the frames 120A and 120B and the lenses 130A and 130B are independently assembled to and disassembled from the body 110, it is also possible to effectively conform to users with parallax between both eyes, thereby improving convenience in use.
The assembling relationship between the frame and the body is described below.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, a space 116 is further formed between the window 112 of the body 110 and the supporting portion 114, so that the lens frames 120A and 120B can be accommodated in the space 116 and generate a corresponding assembling relationship with the structure of the body 110 around the space 116.
As shown in fig. 2, the frame 120A includes a frame 122 and a protrusion 124, wherein the frame 122 has a first side E1 adjacent to the bridge of the user's nose and a second side E2 away from the bridge of the user's nose, and the protrusion 124 extends from the second side E2 out of the frame 122. Furthermore, the frame 122 further includes a plurality of accommodating grooves C1, C2, and C3, and magnetic members M1, M2, and M3, wherein the accommodating groove C1 is located on the first side E1, the accommodating grooves C2 and C3 are located on the protrusion 124, and the magnetic members M1 to M3 are respectively disposed in the accommodating grooves C1 to C3. The frame 120A further includes guides 122a respectively located at the upper and lower portions of the frame 122, so that when the frame 120 is moved into the space 116, the guides 122a are brought into contact with the upper and lower edges 114a of the receiving portion 114, thereby allowing the user to smoothly insert the frame 120A into the space 116.
On the other hand, fig. 3 is an assembly schematic view of part of the components of the head mounted display device of fig. 1. Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, in the present embodiment, a part of the fastening member 150 is locked inside the body 110 by the locking members 151 and 152, and the other part of the fastening member 150 is allowed to pass through the opening 111 of the body 110, so that the fastening strap 140 can be connected to the fastening member 150, as shown in fig. 1. Here, the locking pieces 151 and 152 are, for example, screws with magnetic conductivity, so that when the frame 120A moves into the space 116, the magnetic pieces M2 and M3 and the locking pieces 151 and 152 correspond to each other, so that the second side E2 of the frame 122, i.e., the protrusion 124, can be magnetically attracted by the mutual matching of the magnetic pieces M2 and M3 and the locking pieces 151 and 152, so that the second side E2 of the frame 122 can complete the combining action with the body 110. As shown in fig. 2, the main body 110 further has a magnetic conductive portion 117 disposed above the supporting portion 118, so that the lens holder 120A moving into the space 116 can be attracted by the magnetic member M1 located at the first side E1 of the frame 122 and the magnetic conductive portion 117, thereby completing the coupling operation between the first side E1 of the frame 122 and the main body 110.
Thus, the user can easily assemble the frame 120A on the body 110 by using the magnetic members M1-M3 and the magnetic conductive parts 117 of the body 110 or the locking members 151 and 152 having magnetic conductivity on the fastener 150.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment, the locking pieces 151 and 152 of the fastener 150 form part of the first coupling mechanism of the body 110, and the magnetic conduction portion 117 forms another part of the first coupling mechanism, so that the first coupling mechanism can be magnetically attracted and assembled with the second coupling mechanism of the lens frame 120A, i.e., the protrusion 124, the accommodating grooves C1-C3, and the magnetic pieces M1-M3. It should be noted that the present embodiment does not limit the arrangement means of the magnetic member or the magnetic conductive member. For example, magnetic members (such as the position of the magnetic conducting member 117 and the magnetic property of the locking accessories 151 and 152) may be disposed on the body 110, and the accommodating grooves C1-C3 of the frame 120 are replaced with the magnetic conducting members, so as to achieve the above-mentioned magnetic attraction effect. After the technical features of the present embodiment are seen, a person skilled in the art can understand that the magnetic member and the magnetic conductive member can be interchanged with each other on the premise of achieving the magnetic attraction effect.
Further, in order to make the machine body 110 and the lens frames 120A and 120B mutually attached and assembled, a part of the machine body 110 includes a magnetic material or a magnetic material, and at least a part of the lens frames 120A and 120B includes a magnetic material or a magnetic material.
On the other hand, in another embodiment, the fastener 150 itself can also have magnetism or magnetic conductivity, so as to increase the magnetic absorption area between the fastener 150 and the protrusion 124, and to secure the assembly structure between the frame 120A and the body 110. In other words, the first coupling mechanism disposed on the body 110 may be a structure or a component of the head-mounted display device 100 disposed on the body 110, that is, a fastening portion (e.g., the fastener 150) or a locking portion (e.g., the locking accessory 151, 152) that is disposed originally, so that an additional design process can be omitted, and an increase in weight of the head-mounted display device 100 can be avoided.
Referring to fig. 3, it should be noted that, in order to clearly show the corresponding relationship between the frame 120A and the body 110 and the fastener 150, the frame 120A is added to the assembly schematic diagram of the fastener 150 and the body 110, but the assembly line is broken to show that the assembly relationship between the frame 120A and the body 110 is still based on that shown in fig. 2.
In the embodiment, the frame 120A includes a plurality of guiding portions G1, G2 disposed on the convex portion 124 of the second side E2 of the frame 122, and after the fastener 150 has been assembled to the convex posts 113, 115 of the body 110 through the locking pieces 151, 152, and before the user wants to be correspondingly attracted to the locking pieces 151, 152 through the magnetic pieces M2, M3, the user can guide and abut against the upper and lower edges of the fastener through the guiding portions G1, G2 during the moving process, so that the magnetic pieces M2, M3 smoothly and correctly correspond to the locking pieces 151, 152. This is because, for the user, as shown in fig. 2, the fastener 150 is substantially shielded by the supporting portion 114, and thus the required alignment operation is completed by the above-mentioned guiding effect. Here, the guides G1, G2 and 122a can form part of the second coupling mechanism for the frame 120A, and the upper edge and the lower edge 114a of the supporting portion 114 and the upper edge 153 and the lower edge 154 of the fastener 150 can also be part of the first coupling mechanism for the body 110.
Correspondingly, the frame 120B also has the same accommodating slots C4-C6 and the magnetic members M4-M6, and the magnetic conductive portion 117 of the frame 110 and the fastener 150 have the same guiding and combining relationship as above, so that the detailed description thereof is omitted here.
In addition, since the frames 120A and 120B conform to the contour of the viewing side F1 of the body 110, that is, after the frames 120A and 120B are assembled to the body 110, the frames 120A and 120B form an included angle θ different from 180 degrees, preferably 100 degrees to 130 degrees, to conform to the contour of the user's face and provide the maximum viewing angle, and conform to the contour of the viewing side F1, the user needing to wear glasses can use the head mounted display device 100 without wearing glasses (replacing the user's glasses) by selecting the proper lenses 130A and 130B.
In summary, in the embodiments of the invention, the head-mounted display device utilizes the detachable frame and the detachable lens, so that the user with visual requirement is not limited to the situation that the profile of the visual side of the head-mounted display device is not consistent with the profile of the glasses worn by the user. That is, a user with visual needs, for example, a user who needs to wear glasses, can select a proper frame and lenses arranged thereon according to the needs, and assemble the frame on the visible side of the machine body.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above embodiments, it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made therein by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
