Detailed Description
In order to make the technical means, the creation characteristics, the achievement of the purpose and the effect of the present invention easy to understand, the following further describes how the present invention is implemented with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description.
The invention provides a detachable integrated wallboard, which comprises a foundation board main body and a foundation connecting piece, wherein the foundation board main body is detachably connected with a foundation wall 100 through the foundation connecting piece; wherein: the foundation plate main body comprises a foundation plate, an upper C-shaped card, a middle C-shaped card 5 and a lower C-shaped card 6, wherein the upper C-shaped card, the middle C-shaped card 5 and the lower C-shaped card 6 are respectively clamped and fixed in an upper groove 1a, a middle groove 1b and a lower groove 1C which are arranged on the back surface of the foundation plate, as shown in fig. 17 to 20; the foundation connecting piece comprises an upper hook piece, a middle hook piece and a lower hook piece, wherein the upper hook piece is matched and clamped with the upper C-shaped clamp, the middle hook piece is matched and clamped with the middle C-shaped clamp 5, and the lower hook piece is matched and clamped with the lower C-shaped clamp 6;
When the wallboard is installed, the upper hook piece, the middle hook piece and the lower hook piece of the foundation connecting piece are sequentially fastened on the foundation wall 100 through expansion bolts 15 or steel nails 16 respectively; the upper portion of foundation plate is connected with upper portion collude the piece block through upper portion C shape card, and the middle part of foundation plate is connected with the middle part collude the piece block through middle part C shape card 5, and the lower part of foundation plate is connected with the lower part collude the piece block through lower part C shape card 6, as shown in fig. 1 to 4.
The foundation plate in the present invention includes two types of a roof line foundation plate 1 and a roof line free foundation plate 2 as shown in fig. 18 and 20; the upper C-card includes two types, a top-line upper C-card 3 and a top-line-less upper C-card 4, as shown in fig. 21 and 22; the upper hook comprises four types of a top line high foot upper hook 7, a top line-free high foot upper hook 8, a top line wall-attaching upper hook 9 and a top line-free wall-attaching upper hook 10, as shown in fig. 24 to 27; the middle hook comprises a high middle hook 11 and a wall-attached middle hook 12, as shown in fig. 28 and 29; the lower hook members include two types, namely a high foot lower hook member 13 and a wall-mounted lower hook member 14, as shown in fig. 7, 10, 13 and 16.
According to the actual indoor decoration needs:
When the foundation board is a top line foundation board 1, the upper C-shaped clamp connected with the top line foundation board 1 is a top line upper C-shaped clamp 3, the upper hook piece can be a top line high foot upper hook piece 7 or a top line wall pasting upper hook piece 9, the middle hook piece can be a high foot middle hook piece 11 or a wall pasting middle hook piece 12, and the lower hook piece can be a high foot lower hook piece 13 or a wall pasting lower hook piece 14, as shown in fig. 1 and 3;
in practical application, an installation space of a room roof line 400 is reserved between the top of the roof line foundation plate 1 and the room top surface 200; the installation space of the room skirting line 500 is reserved between the bottom of the jacked line foundation plate 1 and the room ground 300; when the top line foundation plate 1 is installed, the upper part of the top line foundation plate 1 is in clamping connection with a top line high foot upper hook 7 or a top line wall-attaching upper hook 9 through a top line upper C-shaped clamp 3 arranged on the back surface, and the middle part of the top line foundation plate 1 is in clamping connection with a high foot middle hook 11 or a wall-attaching middle hook 12 through a middle C-shaped clamp 5 arranged on the back surface; the lower part of the jacked foundation plate 1 is connected with the lower hook 13 of the upper foot or the lower hook 14 of the wall by the lower C-shaped clamp 6 arranged on the back, the room jacked 400 is connected with the upper C-shaped clamp 3 arranged on the back of the jacked foundation plate 1 by the jacked fixing piece 17, the jacked self-tapping screw 18 or the upper hook 9 of the jacked upper foot or the upper wall, and the room skirting 500 is connected with the lower C-shaped clamp 6 arranged on the back of the jacked foundation plate 1 by the skirting fixing piece 19 and the skirting self-tapping screw 20.
(II) when the foundation plate is the non-roof line foundation plate 2, the upper C-shaped clamp connected with the non-roof line foundation plate 2 is the non-roof line upper C-shaped clamp 4, the upper hook piece can be a non-roof line high-foot upper hook piece 8 or a non-roof line wall-attaching upper hook piece 10, the middle hook piece can be a high-foot middle hook piece 11 or a wall-attaching middle hook piece 12, and the lower hook piece can be a high-foot lower hook piece 13 or a wall-attaching lower hook piece 14, as shown in figures 2 and 4;
In practical application, the top of the non-roof line foundation plate 2 is directly attached to and leveled with the room top surface 200, and a room skirting line 500 installation interval is reserved between the bottom of the non-roof line foundation plate 2 and the room ground 300; when the non-jacking line foundation plate 2 is installed, the upper part of the non-jacking line foundation plate 2 is connected with a non-jacking line upper hook 8 or a non-jacking line wall-attaching upper hook 10 through a non-jacking line upper C-shaped clamp 4 arranged on the back surface, the middle part of the non-jacking line foundation plate 2 is connected with a high foot middle hook 11 or a wall-attaching middle hook 12 through a middle C-shaped clamp 5 arranged on the back surface, the lower part of the non-jacking line foundation plate 2 is connected with a high foot lower hook 13 or a wall-attaching lower hook 14 through a lower C-shaped clamp 6 arranged on the back surface, and a room skirting line 500 is connected with a lower C-shaped clamp 6 arranged on the back surface of the non-jacking line foundation plate 2 through skirting line fixing pieces 19 and skirting line tapping nails 20.

In this application embodiment, the foundation board is a top-line foundation board 1, as shown in fig. 1, 5 to 7, the upper C-shaped card connected to the top-line foundation board 1 is a top-line upper C-shaped card 3, the upper hook is a top-line upper hook 7, the middle hook is a middle hook 11, and the lower hook is a lower hook 13.

The present application embodiment differs from the first application embodiment in that: as shown in fig. 2 and 19, the base board is a topless base board 2, and the upper C-card connected to the topless base board 2 is a topless upper C-card 4; wherein the height of the non-roof line foundation plate 2 is different from the height of the roof line foundation plate 1; when the topless foundation plate 2 is installed, the top of the topless foundation plate 2 is in direct contact with the room top surface 200; when the top line foundation plate 1 is installed, a space is reserved between the top of the top line foundation plate 1 and the top surface 200 of the room, so that the top line is convenient to install in the later stage; as shown in fig. 8, 9 and 22, the toppless upper C-shaped card 4 has the same structure as the middle C-shaped card 5 and both comprise a middle C-shaped fixing card 5.1 and a middle hook piece fixing card 5.2; wherein, the middle C-shaped fixing card 5.1 in the C-shaped card 4 on the upper part of the non-top line is clamped in the upper groove 1a arranged on the upper part of the back surface of the non-top line foundation plate 2 through the middle semicircular bulges 5.3 arranged on the upper part and the lower part of the C-shaped fixing card, as shown in figures 19 and 20; the middle hook piece fixing clip 5.2 in the non-top line upper C-shaped clip 4 is arranged at the lower part of one side of the C-shaped fixing clip 5.1 facing the foundation wall 100, and correspondingly is in snap connection with the L-shaped high foot foundation plate upper fixing clip 8.2 arranged on the non-top line high foot upper hook piece 8; the middle C-shaped fixing card 5.1 in the middle C-shaped card 5 is clamped and fixed in the middle groove 1b arranged at the upper part of the back surface of the wireless foundation plate 2 through the middle semicircular bulges 5.3 arranged at the upper part and the lower part of the middle C-shaped fixing card, as shown in fig. 19 and 20; the middle hook piece fixing clip 5.2 in the middle C-shaped clip 5 is arranged at the lower part of one side of the C-shaped fixing clip 5.1 facing the foundation wall 100, and correspondingly connected with the L-shaped middle hook piece 11 in the high foundation plate in a snap-in way.
