本发明公开了一种具有防火报警功能的新型墙板，包括墙板本体、墙板上盖板、墙板下盖板、格栅、防火保温棉、防火报警装置，所述的墙板本体中间设有上下连通的保温槽，所述的保温槽内设有格栅，所述的格栅将保温槽分隔处若干个独立的防火保温棉安装腔，所述的防火保温棉安装腔内填充有防火保温棉，所述的墙板本体上一端设有防火报警装置，所述的墙板本体下端面设有墙板下盖板，所述的墙板本体上端面设有墙板上盖，本发明通过将墙板本体内设置防火报警装置，当室内有火源时，离子式烟雾传感器可以检测到烟雾然后将信号传输给蜂鸣报警器，蜂鸣报警器发出蜂鸣声警告，提醒人们，通过将墙板本体内设置防火保温棉可以提高防火性能和保温性能。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及室内装修材料的技术领域，特别是墙板的技术领域。
【背景技术】
墙板是现代家居装修十分普遍的一种装修材料，现代公共建筑追求人性时尚，经久耐用又便于维修，而作为现代室内装饰科技的成果墙板系统成为了最好的选择。为了提高安全性能，墙板的防火性能越来越被人们所重视，现有墙板防火性能较为一般，且没有报警功能，当室内有火源时不能第一时间发出警报起到警醒作用。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题，提出一种具有防火报警功能的新型墙板，能够提高墙板的防火性能，增加防火报警装置，当室内有火源时能够第一时间发出警报起到警醒作用。
为实现上述目的，本发明提出了一种具有防火报警功能的新型墙板，包括墙板本体、墙板上盖板、墙板下盖板、格栅、防火保温棉、防火报警装置，所述的墙板本体中间设有上下连通的保温槽，所述的保温槽内设有格栅，所述的格栅将保温槽分隔处若干个独立的防火保温棉安装腔，所述的防火保温棉安装腔内填充有防火保温棉，所述的墙板本体上一端设有防火报警装置，所述的墙板本体下端面设有墙板下盖板，所述的墙板本体上端面设有墙板上盖板，所述的墙板上盖板将防火保温棉和防火报警装置覆盖。
作为优选，所述墙板本体、墙板上盖板、墙板下盖板、格栅、防火保温棉、防火报警装置，所述的墙板本体中间设有上下连通的保温槽，所述的保温槽内设有格栅，所述的格栅将保温槽分隔处若干个独立的防火保温棉安装腔，所述的防火保温棉安装腔内填充有防火保温棉，所述的墙板本体上一端设有防火报警装置，所述的墙板本体下端面设有墙板下盖板，所述的墙板本体上端面设有墙板上盖板，所述的墙板上盖板将防火保温棉和防火报警装置覆盖。
作为优选，所述的墙板上盖板上均匀设有若干可以与离子式烟雾传感器和蜂鸣报警器配合的上盖板通孔。
作为优选，所述的墙板上盖板与墙板本体之间可拆卸连接，所述的墙板下盖板与墙板本体之间通过胶水粘接连接。
作为优选，所述的墙板上盖板与墙板本体之间可拆卸连接，所述的墙板下盖板与墙板本体之间通过胶水粘接连接。
作为优选，所述的防火保温棉为岩棉。
作为优选，所述的墙板本体、墙板上盖板、墙板下盖板、格栅均为防火材料制成。
本发明一种具有防火报警功能的新型墙板的有益效果：本发明通过将墙板本体内设置防火报警装置，当室内有火源时，离子式烟雾传感器可以检测到烟雾然后将信号传输给蜂鸣报警器，蜂鸣报警器发出蜂鸣声警告，提醒人们，通过将墙板本体内设置防火保温棉可以提高防火性能和保温性能。

参阅图1、图2、图3和图4，本发明一种具有防火报警功能的新型墙板，包括墙板本体1、墙板上盖板2、墙板下盖板3、格栅4、防火保温棉5、防火报警装置6，所述的墙板本体1中间设有上下连通的保温槽11，所述的保温槽11内设有格栅4，所述的格栅4将保温槽11分隔处若干个独立的防火保温棉安装腔111，所述的防火保温棉安装腔111内填充有防火保温棉5，所述的墙板本体1上一端设有防火报警装置6，所述的墙板本体1下端面设有墙板下盖板3，所述的墙板本体1上端面设有墙板上盖板2，所述的墙板上盖板2将防火保温棉5和防火报警装置6覆盖，所述的防火报警装置6包括蓄电池61、离子式烟雾传感器62、蜂鸣报警器63，所述的墙板本体1上设有可以与蓄电池61配合的蓄电池安装腔12，所述的蓄电池61设于蓄电池安装腔12内，所述的墙板本体1上靠近蓄电池安装腔12处还设有离子式烟雾传感器62和蜂鸣报警器63，所述的离子式烟雾传感器62和蜂鸣报警器63均与蓄电池61电性连接，所述的离子式烟雾传感器62与蜂鸣报警器63控制连接，所述的墙板上盖板2上均匀设有若干可以与离子式烟雾传感器62和蜂鸣报警器63配合的上盖板通孔21，所述的墙板上盖板2与墙板本体1之间可拆卸连接，所述的墙板下盖板3与墙板本体1之间通过胶水粘接连接，所述的墙板本体1一侧侧边设有连接卡块13，所述的墙板本体1上远离连接卡块13的一侧侧边设有可以与连接卡块13配合的卡接槽14，所述的墙板与墙板之间可以通过连接卡块13与卡接槽14的配合可拆卸连接，所述的防火保温棉5为岩棉，所述的墙板本体1、墙板上盖板2、墙板下盖板3、格栅4均为防火材料制成。
本发明工作过程：
本发明一种具有防火报警功能的新型墙板在工作过程中，将墙板安装到墙壁上，防火保温棉5可以提高保温性能和防火性能，当有火源时，烟雾通过上盖板通孔21传入离子式烟雾传感器62，离子式烟雾传感器62发出信号驱动蜂鸣报警器63发出蜂鸣声警告。

1.一种具有防火报警功能的新型墙板，其特征在于：包括墙板本体(1)、墙板上盖板(2)、墙板下盖板(3)、格栅(4)、防火保温棉(5)、防火报警装置(6)，所述的墙板本体(1)中间设有上下连通的保温槽(11)，所述的保温槽(11)内设有格栅(4)，所述的格栅(4)将保温槽(11)分隔处若干个独立的防火保温棉安装腔(111)，所述的防火保温棉安装腔(111)内填充有防火保温棉(5)，所述的墙板本体(1)上一端设有防火报警装置(6)，所述的墙板本体(1)下端面设有墙板下盖板(3)，所述的墙板本体(1)上端面设有墙板上盖板(2)，所述的墙板上盖板(2)将防火保温棉(5)和防火报警装置(6)覆盖。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有防火报警功能的新型墙板，其特征在于：所述的防火报警装置(6)包括蓄电池(61)、离子式烟雾传感器(62)、蜂鸣报警器(63)，所述的墙板本体(1)上设有可以与蓄电池(61)配合的蓄电池安装腔(12)，所述的蓄电池(61)设于蓄电池安装腔(12)内，所述的墙板本体(1)上靠近蓄电池安装腔(12)处还设有离子式烟雾传感器(62)和蜂鸣报警器(63)，所述的离子式烟雾传感器(62)和蜂鸣报警器(63)均与蓄电池(61)电性连接，所述的离子式烟雾传感器(62)与蜂鸣报警器(63)控制连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种具有防火报警功能的新型墙板，其特征在于：所述的墙板上盖板(2)上均匀设有若干可以与离子式烟雾传感器(62)和蜂鸣报警器(63)配合的上盖板通孔(21)。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种具有防火报警功能的新型墙板，其特征在于：所述的墙板上盖板(2)与墙板本体(1)之间可拆卸连接，所述的墙板下盖板(3)与墙板本体(1)之间通过胶水粘接连接。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种具有防火报警功能的新型墙板，其特征在于：所述的墙板本体(1)一侧侧边设有连接卡块(13)，所述的墙板本体(1)上远离连接卡块(13)的一侧侧边设有可以与连接卡块(13)配合的卡接槽(14)，所述的墙板与墙板之间可以通过连接卡块(13)与卡接槽(14)的配合可拆卸连接。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种具有防火报警功能的新型墙板，其特征在于：所述的防火保温棉(5)为岩棉。
