Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cigarette processing, and particularly relates to a cigarette with various cross-sectional shapes and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the prior art, most cigarettes are cylindrical, and Chinese patent 'square cigarette and square cigarette manufacturing equipment' CN2001710169040.9 discloses a square cigarette, but the cross-sectional shape of the cigarettes is the same from the front end of the cigarette to the subsequent cigarette, so that the change of the cross-sectional shape is difficult to be found by visual observation of people, and the characteristic of changing the cigarette structure is not needed. In real life, cigarette enterprises spend huge manpower, material resources and financial resources for anti-counterfeiting and counterfeiting, but the effect is not very obvious. Articles are made on the outer surface or package of the small cigarettes, and a large number of anti-counterfeiting marks are difficult to play a strong warning role because the volume of the cigarettes is really too small. However, it has never been thought of to change the cross-sectional shape so that a particular brand of product can be identified at a glance. Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a cigarette with various cross-sectional shapes and a preparation method thereof, which effectively solve the problems of low identification degree and inconvenient use of the existing cigarette, and simultaneously provide a preparation method of the cigarette with the cross-sectional shape in a changing state.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the length of the cigarette 7 is 45-150 mm, wherein the length of the filter segment 1 is 5-80 mm, the length of the tobacco segment 2 is 25-100 mm, and the circumference of the cross section of the cigarette 7 is 17-26 mm.
The second aspect of the invention relates to a method for preparing cigarettes with various cross-sectional shapes, comprising the following steps:
(1) Dropping the existing cylindrical cigarettes into the first molding die box and the second molding die box through the cigarette dropping channel;
(2) When the upper half part 3 of the first molding die box and the lower half part 4 of the first molding die box extrude cigarettes, the second molding die box is in an open state, and meanwhile, the quality detection camera probe 10 is used for detecting the non-extruded parts and coding and marking the cigarettes with wrinkles or cigarette stems punctured by cigarette paper;
(3) When the upper half part 5 of the second molding die box and the lower half part 6 of the second molding die box extrude cigarettes, the first molding die box is in an open state, and simultaneously the quality detection camera probe 10 is used for detecting the extruded parts and marking the cigarettes with wrinkles or the cigarettes with the tobacco stems punctured by cigarette paper by code;
(4) Repeating the extrusion actions of the step (2) and the step (3) until a cigarette 7 with different cross-sectional shapes of the suction end of the filter tip section 1 and the cross-sectional shape of the ignition end of the cut tobacco section 2 is obtained;
(5) And finally, utilizing a blowing system to blow out cigarettes (7) with quality meeting requirements in cigarettes (7) with different cross-sectional shapes, wherein defective cigarettes marked by coding are not blown out and are leaked from the screening device, so that the defective cigarettes are removed.
The invention prepares the cigarette with circular cross section according to the conventional process and method, the parts to be shaped are respectively put into the corresponding shaping mould boxes, the round cigarette is extruded from the periphery of the round cigarette to the central line thereof by applying external force once or for a plurality of times, the round cross section generates the deformation required by the design, and the cross section still maintains the shape required by the design after the external force is cancelled.
When the external force is applied to squeeze cigarettes by using the moulding mould box, at least one moulding mould box is in a state of clamping the cigarettes at any time, so that the quality detection of unclamped parts is conveniently carried out by using the quality detection camera probe 10, coding marks are carried out on cigarettes with quality problems, and detected defective products, such as cigarettes with cigarette paper punctured by tobacco stems, are removed in subsequent procedures.
The cigarette 7 with inconsistent cross-sectional shapes at two ends of the prepared cigarette is not in a cylinder shape common in the prior art, and is not in a square cylinder shape disclosed in the published patent, and the cigarette 7 with completely different cross-sectional shapes of the tobacco section part 2 and the filter tip part 1 can be obtained by using different shaped mould boxes and arranging the mould boxes at different positions as shown in figures 7, 10, 12 and 13, as shown in figures 1, 2 and 3. Or the cross-sectional shape of the middle section of the cigarette 7 is completely different from that of the suction end 8 and the ignition end 9, as shown in fig. 4. Or the types and the number of the mould boxes are increased, so that three or more cross-sectional shapes of cigarettes are completely different, as shown in figure 5.
The cigarette of the invention not only has all functions of a cylindrical cigarette, but also has special performances of a square cylindrical cigarette. Firstly, it can be favorable for people to identify the new variety in special shapes, and provides conditions for enterprises to create famous brand special products. And secondly, due to the special cross-sectional shape change effect, the cigarettes with inconsistent cross-sectional shapes are easier to pack and suck by lips, are easier to clamp by fingers, and can save the space for packaging and storing. Thirdly, the manufacturing method provided by the invention provides quality detection capability, and is beneficial to ensuring that the output finished products meet the quality requirements. Fourth, the manufacturing method provided by the invention is simple, ingenious and efficient, and is beneficial to batch manufacturing and production of cigarettes 7 with inconsistent cross-sectional shapes.
The beneficial effects are that:

3. The cross section of the filter tip section prepared by the invention is different from the cross section of the tobacco shred section, so that the cigarette is easier to wrap and suck by lips, is easier to clamp by fingers, and can save the space for packaging and storing.
4. In the invention, during quality detection, at least one shaping mould box clamps the cigarettes 7, so that the cigarettes 7 can select an optimal angle to ensure that the required number of the quality detection camera probes 10 is minimum, and circumferential detection of the extrusion quality of the cigarettes can be finished simultaneously only by arranging one quality detection camera probe 10 up and down without arranging more quality detection camera probes 10.

(4) Repeating the extrusion actions of the step (2) and the step (3) until a cigarette 7 with different cross-sectional shapes of the suction end of the filter tip section 1 and the cross-sectional shape of the ignition end of the cut tobacco section 2 is obtained;
(5) And finally, utilizing a blowing system to blow out cigarettes (7) with quality meeting requirements in cigarettes (7) with different cross-sectional shapes, wherein defective cigarettes marked by coding are not blown out and are leaked from the screening device, so that the defective cigarettes are removed.

(3) When the upper half part (5) of the second molding die box and the lower half part (6) of the second molding die box extrude cigarettes, the first molding die box is in an open state, and simultaneously, the extruded parts are detected by using a quality detection camera probe (10) and code printing and marking are carried out on the cigarettes with wrinkles or cigarettes with the stems punctured by cigarette paper;
(4) Repeating the extrusion actions of the step (2) and the step (3) until cigarettes (7) with different cross-sectional shapes of the suction end of the filter tip section (1) and the cross-sectional shape of the ignition end of the cut tobacco section (2) are obtained;
(5) Finally, the cigarettes (7) with the quality meeting the requirements in the cigarettes (7) with different cross-sectional shapes are blown out by using a blowing system, and defective cigarettes marked by coding are not blown out and leaked from the screening device so as to be removed;
