Claims (12)

1. A status prompting method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring terminal working state indication information;
determining the working state of the terminal based on the obtained terminal working state indication information;
determining the current state of a local area network to which the terminal belongs based on the working state of the terminal;
judging whether the current state of the local area network is matched with a preset first state matching range value or not;
when the current state of the local area network is matched with the preset first state matching range value, outputting first prompt information;
the first prompt message represents that the terminal cannot be normally matched with the local area network currently.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the terminal operating state indication information includes at least one of:
receiving terminal working state indication information sent by the terminal; or
The method comprises the steps of collecting display signals of a display area of working state indicating information of the terminal, and determining the working state indicating information of the terminal corresponding to the display signals based on the collected display signals.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the operating state of the terminal based on the obtained operating state indication information of the terminal comprises:
acquiring first working state indication information of the terminal at a first acquisition time point;
acquiring second working state indication information of the terminal at a second acquisition time point;
calculating the difference value of the working state indicating information of the terminal in unit time based on the first working state indicating information and the second working state indicating information;
matching the calculated difference value of the working state indication information of the terminal in unit time with a preset difference value threshold value to obtain a matching result;
and determining the working state of the terminal corresponding to the matching result based on the obtained matching result.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein before obtaining the terminal operation status indication information, the method further comprises:
and acquiring the model information of the terminal and/or the equipment attribute information of the terminal.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the local area network working state accords with the preset working state matching range, outputting second prompt information;
and the second prompt information is used for representing that the terminal equipment is in a normal working state.
6. A status prompting device, the device comprising:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring the indication information of the working state of the terminal;
the information processing module is used for determining the working state of the terminal based on the acquired terminal working state indication information;
the information processing module is used for determining the current state of a local area network to which the terminal belongs based on the working state of the terminal;
the information processing module is used for judging whether the current state of the local area network is matched with a preset first state matching range value or not;
the information output module is used for outputting first prompt information;
the first prompt message represents that the terminal cannot be normally matched with the local area network currently.
7. The apparatus of claim 6,
the information acquisition module is used for receiving terminal working state indication information sent by the terminal;
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring display signals of a display area of the working state indication information of the terminal;
and the information processing module is used for determining the working state indicating information of the terminal corresponding to the display signal based on the acquired display signal.
8. The apparatus of claim 6,
the information processing module is used for acquiring first working state indication information of the terminal at a first acquisition time point;
the information processing module is used for acquiring second working state indication information of the terminal at a second acquisition time point;
the information processing module is used for calculating the difference value of the working state indicating information of the terminal in unit time based on the first working state indicating information and the second working state indicating information;
the information processing module is used for matching the calculated difference value of the working state indicating information of the terminal in unit time with a preset difference value threshold value to obtain a matching result;
and the information processing module is used for determining the working state of the terminal corresponding to the matching result based on the obtained matching result.
9. The apparatus of claim 6,
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring the model information of the terminal and/or the equipment attribute information of the terminal.
10. The apparatus of claim 6,
the information output module is used for outputting second prompt information;
and the second prompt information is used for representing that the terminal equipment is in a normal working state.
11. A status prompting device, the device comprising:
a processor and a memory for storing a computer program capable of running on the processor,
wherein the processor is configured to perform the following operations when running the computer program:
acquiring terminal working state indication information;
determining the working state of the terminal based on the obtained terminal working state indication information;
determining the current state of a local area network to which the terminal belongs based on the working state of the terminal;
judging whether the current state of the local area network is matched with a preset first state or not;
when the current state of the local area network is matched with the preset first state, outputting first prompt information;
the first prompt message represents that the terminal cannot be normally matched with the local area network currently.
12. A computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, the computer program being executable by a processor to:
acquiring terminal working state indication information;
determining the working state of the terminal based on the obtained terminal working state indication information;
determining the current state of a local area network to which the terminal belongs based on the working state of the terminal;
judging whether the current state of the local area network is matched with a preset first state or not;
when the current state of the local area network is matched with the preset first state, outputting first prompt information;
the first prompt message represents that the terminal cannot be normally matched with the local area network currently.
