Abstract

本发明涉及一种磁吸式端子短接装置,磁吸式端子短接装置包括若干个依次排列并用于与接线端子螺丝一一对应的连接单元和将所述连接单元相互导通的导通部,所述导通部上设有用于接地的地线,所述连接单元包括抗磁导电体,所述抗磁导电体具有用于与接线端子螺丝接触导通的接触侧,所述抗磁导电体上背离所述接触侧设有磁吸结构。与现有技术相比,通过抗磁导电体将磁铁与接线端子螺丝隔离开,避免磁吸结构接触接线端子以防止碎屑吸附在接线端子螺丝上,抗磁导电体自身材料(如铜、铝或银)难以被磁化,进一步避免磁化吸附在接线端子螺丝上的碎屑,解决上述的磁化碎屑容易吸附在接线端子螺丝上而造成安全隐患的技术问题。

Description

一种磁吸式端子短接装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种磁吸式端子短接装置。
背景技术
国内GIS/HGIS等高压开关,在进行出厂试验时,都需要进行耐压测试,耐压测试之前需要将电流互感器的二次侧端子短接并接地,以起到保护作用。进行短接接地时,需要将端子排上的各个端子逐一松开,然后再将短接线逐一将其连接起来,最后接地,在这个过程中,需要使用工具对各个端子逐一松开,接线后又需要对各个端子逐一上紧,需要花费大量时间;并且,松开和上紧过程中容易产生金属碎屑,而这些金属碎屑在耐压测试时或工作时遭遇雷击时容易形成放电现象,造成严重的安全隐患,因此高压开关领域中需要严格避免金属碎屑的产生;而对于一些将接线端子布置在外侧的变压器,还需要工作人员登高作业,存在安全隐患。
授权公告号为CN203232794U的专利文件公开了一种套管式电流互感器二次端子短路接地装置,该装置由若干圆筒形磁连接单元、多股连线和连接夹构成,磁连接单元通过多股连线连接在一起并通过多股连线末端的连接夹与地线相连接,磁连接单元由外部的绝缘层、中部的可磁化金属层以及嵌入在可磁化金属层内部的强力磁铁构成,在使用时,将磁连接单元与接线端子螺丝连接,以实现多个端子相互连通并通过末端连接夹接地。
但上述装置每次连接接线端子螺丝时,磁铁和可磁化金属层均会受到振动,长时间的使用可能导致磁铁和可磁化金属层表面发生脱落,而脱落下的碎屑具有磁性,很容易附着在接线端子螺丝上,造成安全隐患;另外,该装置需要逐一将磁连接单元与接线端子螺丝配合,操作较为麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种磁吸式端子短接装置,以解决现有技术中磁铁和可磁化金属层表面能够产生碎屑并附着在接线端子螺丝上造成安全隐患的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供磁吸式端子短接装置采用如下技术方案:一种磁吸式端子短接装置,包括若干个依次排列并用于与接线端子螺丝一一对应的连接单元和将所述连接单元相互导通的导通部,所述导通部上设有用于接地的地线,所述连接单元包括抗磁导电体,所述抗磁导电体具有用于与接线端子螺丝接触导通的接触侧,所述抗磁导电体上背离所述接触侧设有磁吸结构。
本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,通过抗磁导电体将磁铁与接线端子螺丝隔离开,避免磁吸结构接触接线端子以防止碎屑吸附在接线端子螺丝上,抗磁导电体自身材料(如铜、铝或银)难以被磁化,进一步避免磁化吸附在接线端子螺丝上的碎屑,解决上述的磁化碎屑容易吸附在接线端子螺丝上而造成安全隐患的技术问题。
优选的,所述导通部为铜板主体,所述抗磁导电体为铜板主体上一体设有的突起。抗磁导电体为铜板主体上一体设有的突起,由于铜板主体具有一定韧性和强度,使用时不需要将抗磁导电体逐一与接线端子螺丝配合,使得使用更加方便快捷;并且能够有效防止磁铁相互吸合,避免磁铁吸合的麻烦。
对磁吸式端子短接装置的一种改进,所述抗磁导电体为板状的突起。板状的突起能够保证磁吸结构的磁场得以穿过,进而使抗磁导电体牢固地与接线端子螺丝吸附在一起以保证短接的可靠性。
所述磁吸结构为固设于所述抗磁导电体上的磁铁。
优选的,所述磁铁为钕铁硼强磁磁铁。钕铁硼强磁磁铁能够提供足够的吸附力,以使抗磁导电体能够有效地将各个接线端子导通。
优选的,所述磁铁通过胶水固定在所述抗磁导电体上。
对磁铁的一种改进,所述磁铁上覆盖设有保护胶。由于磁铁为易碎品,尤其是在自身磁力作用下撞击到其他铁制品上时很容易发生破碎损坏,在磁铁上覆设保护胶以起到缓冲作用,并且,保护胶还可以有效防止磁铁吸附周围环境中的铁屑,更进一步避免接线端子螺丝上吸附导电杂质。
优选的,所述保护胶为玻璃胶。
对抗磁导电体的一种改进,所述抗磁导电体上设有用于防止划伤的圆角。
所述地线背离所述导通部一端设有鳄鱼夹。通过鳄鱼夹方便快捷地对磁吸式端子短接装置进行接地。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施方式作进一步说明。
本发明提供磁吸式端子短接装置实施例1,如图1所示,该实施例包括若干个依次排列并与接线端子螺丝一一对应并形成梳齿状的连接单元和将连接单元相互导通的导通部1,导通部上设有地线4,地线的一端设有鳄鱼夹5,连接单元为抗磁导电体2,其中难以被磁化的材料(如铜、铝或银)被称为抗磁材料,由该种材料制成的导电体即为抗磁导电体,抗磁导电体具有与接线端子螺丝接通的接触侧,抗体导电体2背离接触侧设有磁吸结构,磁吸结构具体是材料为钕铁硼的强磁磁铁3,磁铁3通过工业胶水粘接在抗磁导电体2上,其中,导通部1为铜板主体,抗磁导电体2为铜板主体上一体设有的突起,并且抗磁导电体为板状的突起;进一步的,磁铁3上覆盖设有保护胶,保护胶具体为玻璃胶。
该实施例在使用时状态如图2所示,将抗磁导电体2放置在电流互感器6上的接线端子螺丝7上,利用磁铁3使抗磁导电体2与接线端子螺丝7导电连接,将鳄鱼夹5与大地连接,之后即可开始耐压测试。
该实施例中通过抗磁导电的铜板将磁铁与接线端子螺丝隔离,避免磁铁受到振动和碰撞后表面脱离出磁性碎屑而吸附在接线端子螺丝上;并且,铜材质本身不会被磁化,即使发生表面磨损,脱落下的碎屑也不会吸附在接线端子螺丝上,容易清理干净,进一步避免碎屑所带来的放电的安全隐患;进一步的,通过玻璃胶将磁铁封装起来,一来可以防止磁铁意外吸附地面上的铁屑,更进一步避免接线端子螺丝上吸附铁屑的问题,二来可以防止磁铁直接与其他铁质面发生撞击而导致磁铁的碎裂;另外,抗磁导电体为铜板主体上一体设有的板状突起,而铜板主体具有一定韧性和强度,在使用短接装置时不需要逐一将抗磁导电体与接线端子连接,大大节省了操作时间,铜板也能够有效防止各个磁铁相互吸附在一起,避免了将磁铁拆开的麻烦。
该磁吸式端子短接装置实施例制作过程为:根据端子排的型号、端子间距绘制短接装置的图纸,根据图纸将0.3mm的铜板加工成型,使用工业胶水将圆形钕铁硼强磁磁铁固定在铜板的突起部分上,将玻璃胶涂在磁铁上,晾干后形成保护涂层,从铜板上引出一根长度合适的铜线作为地线并安装鳄鱼夹。
本发明提供磁吸式端子短接装置的实施例2,如图2所示,导通部1取消突起,通过弯折或冲压使铜板上具有与接线端子螺丝相适配的突起或凹陷,并在突起或凹陷上设置磁铁3和保护胶。本实施例中取消了突起,弥补了上述实施例中各个磁铁之间的空隙,进一步防止磁铁上吸附的碎屑通过振动落到接线端子螺丝上。
上述磁吸式端子短接装置的实施例中采用工业胶将磁铁粘接在抗磁导电体上,在其他事实施例中可使用热缩管将磁铁固定在抗磁导电体上,并在抗磁导电体上于接线端子螺丝处的热缩管上开设相应的孔即可;另外,在其他实施中也可采用其他方式将磁铁固定在抗磁导电体上。
上述磁吸式端子短接装置实施例中采用铜板加工而成,在其他实施例中可采用其他导电性能优良并且抗磁性较强的金属板,例如铝板、铝合金板等。

Claims (10)

1.一种磁吸式端子短接装置,包括若干个依次排列并用于与接线端子螺丝一一对应的连接单元和将所述连接单元相互导通的导通部,所述导通部上设有用于接地的地线,其特征在于:所述连接单元包括抗磁导电体,所述抗磁导电体具有用于与接线端子螺丝接触导通的接触侧,所述抗磁导电体上背离所述接触侧设有磁吸结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁吸式端子短接装置,其特征在于:所述导通部为铜板主体,所述抗磁导电体为铜板主体上一体设有的突起。
3.根据权利要求2所述的磁吸式端子短接装置,其特征在于:所述抗磁导电体为板状的突起。
4.根据权利要求1所述的磁吸式端子短接装置,其特征在于:所述磁吸结构为固设于所述抗磁导电体上的磁铁。
5.根据权利要求4所述的磁吸式端子短接装置,其特征在于:所述磁铁为钕铁硼强磁磁铁。
6.根据权利要求4所述的磁吸式端子短接装置,其特征在于:所述磁铁通过胶水固定在所述抗磁导电体上。
7.根据权利要求4至6中任意一项所述的磁吸式端子短接装置,其特征在于:所述磁铁上覆盖设有保护胶。
8.根据权利要求7所述的磁吸式端子短接装置,其特征在于:所述保护胶为玻璃胶。
9.根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的磁吸式端子短接装置,其特征在于:所述抗磁导电体上设有用于防止划伤的圆角。
10.根据权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的磁吸式端子短接装置,其特征在于:所述地线背离所述导通部一端设有鳄鱼夹。
