本发明属于一种玻璃钢制造相关领域,具体涉及一种新型玻璃钢复合材料。
背景技术
玻璃具有硬但易碎,具有很好的透明性以及耐高温、 耐腐蚀等性能;同时钢铁很硬并且不易碎,也具有耐高温的特点。于是人们开始想,如果能制造一种既具有玻璃的硬度、耐高温、抗腐蚀的性质,又具有钢铁一样坚硬不碎的特点,那这种材料一定会大有用途。人们经过研究试验,终于制出了这样一种复合材料,它,就是能与钢铁比肩而立的玻璃钢。但玻璃钢普遍存在弹性模量低、长期耐温性差、老化现象突出以及剪切强度低等问题。
现有的玻璃钢材料,材料性能一般,普遍存在原材料配比复杂,加工成本高,不环保等问题,不符合实际生产要求。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种性能优异,环保,易加工的新型玻璃钢复合材料。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,采用以下技术方案:一种新型玻璃钢复合材料,按重量份数计,它包括,
(1)玻璃短纤维 32-53份;
(2)正硅酸乙酯 7-16份;
(3)碳化硅 15-29份;
(4)二环氧丙烷乙基醚 5-15份;
(5)脲醛胶 3-9份;
(6)氧化镁 3-8份;
(7)氯化铵 1-4份。
进一步,所述的一种环保型玻璃钢复合材料,按重量份数计,它包括,(1)玻璃短纤维45份;(2)正硅酸乙酯13份;(3)碳化硅23份;(4)二环氧丙烷乙基醚6份;(5)脲醛胶4份;(6)氧化镁7份;(7)氯化铵2.7份。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明通过精确的原料配比,使成品材料性能优异,并且配比简单,采用芳纶纤维,环保耐用,本产品使用寿命长,易加工,给企业带来的经济效果好。

实施例1:一种新型玻璃钢复合材料,按重量份数计,它包括,(1)玻璃短纤维36份;(2)正硅酸乙酯9份;(3)碳化硅17份;(4)二环氧丙烷乙基醚10份;(5)脲醛胶6份;(6)氧化镁4.2份;(7)氯化铵1.8份。
实施例2:一种环保型玻璃钢复合材料,按重量份数计,它包括,(1)玻璃短纤维45份;(2)正硅酸乙酯13份;(3)碳化硅23份;(4)二环氧丙烷乙基醚6份;(5)脲醛胶4份;(6)氧化镁7份;(7)氯化铵2.7份。
本发明通过精确的原料配比,使成品材料性能优异,并且配比简单,采用芳纶纤维,环保耐用,本产品使用寿命长,易加工,符合实际生产要求。
