A front fork hook end assembly for fixing a bicycle hub shaft comprises a front fork hook and two replacement parts, wherein the two replacement parts can be alternatively arranged at the front fork hook end, different hub shafts are respectively fixed, a fixing hole is formed at the front fork hook end, a notch step surface is formed at one side of the fixing hole, a replacement part step surface capable of extending into the notch step surface is formed at one side of each of the two replacement parts, and the fixing hole and the corresponding replacement part are conveniently assembled; one of the replacement parts is provided with a first inner round hole for installing the open-type hub shaft, and one side of the replacement part is also provided with a chute which is radially communicated with the first inner round hole, so that the installation of the corresponding hub shaft is facilitated; the other replacement piece is provided with a second inner round hole for installing the penetrating type hub shaft, and different hub shafts (such as an open type wheel shaft and a penetrating type hub shaft) can be fixed after the front fork claw ends are assembled with different replacement pieces, so that the front fork claw can be assembled with the open type hub and the penetrating type hub in a compatible mode.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a fixing structure of a front fork claw and a hub shaft of a bicycle, in particular to a front fork claw end component of the bicycle, which can be fixed with different hub shafts.
Background
At present, the common mode of mounting and fixing the front fork claw and the hub shaft on the market is as follows: the front fork hook claw end forms a fixed hole with an open slot for loading and unloading the hub shaft, when the hub shaft is arranged on the fixed hole on the front fork hook claw end through the open slot, the two ends of the hub shaft are respectively locked and fixed with the corresponding front fork hook claw end through bolts and quick-release pieces, the hub shaft is also called an open type hub shaft (as shown in figure 5), the diameter of the end head of the hub shaft is relatively thin, and the hub shaft is jolted by a bicycle and is easy to break.
In order to avoid the problem, another mounting mode of the front fork hook claw and the hub shaft is adopted: the hub shaft is designed into a hub shaft sleeve capable of penetrating through a lock rod, fixing holes are formed at the front fork claw ends, the two ends of the hub shaft sleeve are penetrated through the fixing holes at the corresponding front fork claw ends, the two ends of the hub shaft are respectively locked and fixed with the corresponding front fork claw ends by the lock rod and the quick-release piece which are penetrated through the hub shaft sleeve, and the hub shaft is also called a penetrating hub shaft (shown in fig. 10) which is not easy to break, but the hub shaft sleeve and the lock rod are processed with high precision and high cost.
Therefore, different front fork claws are required to be arranged on different hub shafts, and whether the same front fork claw is used for assembling different hub shafts is always a problem to be solved by technicians.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a front fork claw end assembly for fixing a bicycle hub axle, wherein different hub axles (such as an open axle and a penetrating hub axle) can be fixed at the front fork claw end by assembling different replacement parts, so that the front fork claw can be assembled with the open hub and the penetrating hub in a compatible manner.

As a further improvement of the invention, the other sides of the two replacing parts are respectively provided with a convex ring which can extend into the fixing hole on the front fork claw end, so that the center of the corresponding replacing part and the shaft of the fixing hole can be conveniently positioned.
As a further improvement of the invention, the notch step surface on the fixing hole and the corresponding replacing piece step surface are respectively provided with an arc notch step surface and a replacing piece step ring surface which are convenient to install and match.
As a further improvement of the invention, one side of the first inner circular hole forms a step surface communicated with the sliding groove, so that the open type hub axle can slide into the first inner circular hole through the sliding groove.
As a further improvement of the invention, at least one raised line or groove is axially arranged on the inner periphery of the fixing hole, and corresponding grooves or raised lines are axially arranged on the outer periphery of the convex rings on the two replacing parts, so that the corresponding replacing parts and the center of the fixing hole shaft can be conveniently positioned.

Therefore, after the same front fork claw is assembled with different replacement parts, the open type hub shaft or the penetrating type hub shaft can be fixed.
In order to facilitate the positioning of the center of the fixing hole on the front fork claw and the center of the shaft of the inner circular hole on the corresponding replacement piece, the other sides of the two replacement pieces (2, 3) are respectively provided with convex rings (23, 33) which can extend into the fixing hole on the front fork claw end, so that the positioning of the center of the shaft of the corresponding replacement piece and the fixing hole 11 is facilitated. Furthermore, at least one protruding strip or groove is axially arranged on the inner periphery of the fixing hole 11, and corresponding grooves or protruding strips are axially arranged on the outer periphery of the convex rings (23, 33) on the two replacing parts, so that the corresponding replacing parts and the shaft center of the fixing hole 11 can be conveniently positioned.
