An automatic feeding method of a plastic processing machine comprises an automatic feeding device of the plastic processing machine, and comprises a plastic raw material cylinder, a volume-fixed material cylinder, a mixer, a liquid color master machine and a control system, wherein the plastic raw material cylinder is positioned above the volume-fixed material cylinder, the volume-fixed material cylinder is also positioned above the mixer, the bottom of the plastic raw material cylinder is connected with the volume-fixed material cylinder through a pipeline, the bottom of the volume-fixed material cylinder is connected with the mixer through a pipeline, an upper valve is arranged on the pipeline between the plastic raw material cylinder and the volume-fixed material cylinder, a lower valve is arranged on the pipeline between the volume-fixed material cylinder and the mixer, a liquid color master feeding port is arranged above the mixer or on a mixer body, and the automatic addition of the liquid color master is completed by the liquid color master; the lower end of the mixer is connected with a plastic processing machine through a pipeline, and the opening or closing of the upper valve and the lower valve is controlled by an automatic program; the plastic raw material charging barrel has two forms of a plastic raw material drying charging barrel and a plastic raw material common charging barrel; the plastic raw material drying material cylinder has the function of heating materials in the drying cylinder, and the common plastic raw material cylinder does not have the function of heating materials in the drying cylinder; the volume of the fixed-volume charging barrel is constant, and the fixed-volume charging barrel has the function of adding plastic raw materials in a fixed volume; a material level sensor is arranged between the material cylinder with the fixed volume and the mixer or between the material cylinder with the fixed volume and the mixer, and when the material level sensor detects that no plastic particles exist, a signal is transmitted to a control system, so that the lower valve is closed, the upper valve is opened, and the plastic falls into the material cylinder with the fixed volume; the automatic control of the upper valve and the lower valve is realized by a delay switch, a singlechip or a PLC; the control system comprises a liquid color master machine, an upper valve, a lower valve and a control element of a material level sensor; the volume of the mixer is 0.1L-100L; the mixer is provided with a stirring shaft, and the stirring shaft is connected with a bar pin or a blade; the rod pin or the blade and the stirring shaft form an angle of 30-150 degrees; a material storage barrel is additionally arranged on a pipeline between the mixer and the plastic processing machine, and the lower outlet of the material storage barrel is arranged in a manual valve type or an automatic valve type; the pipeline between the mixer and the plastic processing machine is lengthened according to actual requirements; a second material feeding hole is arranged between the fixed-volume charging barrel and the plastic processing machine and is connected with the second charging barrel through a pipeline; the lower outlet of the second material feeding cylinder is in one of a communication type, a manual valve type or an automatic valve type; the material level sensor is arranged between the volume-fixed charging barrel and the mixer, or on the volume-fixed charging barrel, or on the mixer, or at the lower end of the mixer; the second material is plastic after coloring and is a plurality of water gap materials, leftover materials or defective products generated in the production process after crushing; when two materials need to be recycled, the two materials are directly put into a two-material barrel and pass through a two-material feeding hole, and then fall down automatically until entering a plastic processing machine; the automatic feeding device is suitable for injection molding and extrusion in the field of plastic processing;
the method is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps: step 1: opening a control system, setting corresponding parameters, starting a stirring shaft, automatically closing a lower valve by the system, opening an upper valve, enabling plastic particles in a plastic raw material cylinder to fall into a fixed-volume material cylinder, filling the fixed-volume material cylinder in a certain time, automatically closing the upper valve by the system, opening the lower valve, simultaneously adding a liquid color master into a mixer container through a liquid color master feeding hole, transmitting a signal to the control system when a material level sensor detects that no plastic particles exist, enabling the lower valve to be closed, opening the upper valve, enabling the plastic particles in the plastic raw material cylinder to fall into the fixed-volume material cylinder, filling the fixed-volume material cylinder in a certain time, automatically closing the upper valve by the system, opening the lower valve, simultaneously adding the liquid color master into the mixer container through the liquid color master feeding hole, and transmitting a signal to the control system when the material level sensor detects that no plastic particles exist, closing the lower valve, opening the upper valve, repeating the steps until the volume of the materials in the mixer reaches the required volume, and closing the lower valve;
step 2: the liquid color master batch and the plastic particles are stirred and uniformly mixed in a mixer under the driving of a stirring shaft, and the power of the stirring shaft comes from a motor; the mixed mixture falls to a storage barrel and then enters a plastic processing machine;
and step 3: when the material level sensor detects that no plastic particles exist, a signal is transmitted to the control system, the lower valve is closed, the upper valve is opened, and the actions are repeated, so that the liquid color masterbatch and the plastic particles are added in a timed and quantitative mode.
