The invention discloses a profiling trimming automatic adjusting device of an edge bonding machine, which comprises a trimming cutter mechanism, a propelling device for driving the trimming cutter mechanism to move and a base for bearing the propelling device, wherein the propelling device comprises a propelling mechanism and a driving mechanism for driving the propelling mechanism, and the propelling mechanism is provided with a pressure adjusting device for adjusting propelling pressure. The profiling trimming automatic adjusting device of the edge banding machine realizes automatic adjustment and trimming of equipment.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the invention provides an automatic profile modeling trimming adjusting device of an edge banding machine, which comprises a trimming cutter mechanism, a propelling device for driving the trimming cutter mechanism to move and a base for bearing the propelling device, wherein the propelling device comprises a propelling mechanism and a driving mechanism for driving the propelling mechanism, and the propelling mechanism is provided with a pressure adjusting device for adjusting propelling pressure.
Based on the technical characteristics, the driving device is arranged to move the trimming knife mechanism, the driving mechanism is arranged to move the trimming knife mechanism, the device is different from the traditional manual operation for moving the trimming knife, and the automatic adjustment of equipment can be realized through the operation of the driving mechanism.

The driving mechanism driving device comprises an adjustable base 11, a driving motor 12 arranged on the adjustable base 11, a driving wheel 13 connected with the driving motor 12 and a driven wheel 14 connected with the driving wheel 13 through a synchronous belt 15; the driven wheel 14 is abutted to the push rod 4 through a screw rod 16, the height of the driving motor 12 is set through the adjustable base 11 to be provided with different workpieces, the driven wheel 14 is driven through the driving wheel 13 through the synchronous belt 15, and when the driven wheel 14 rotates through the connection of the driven wheel 14 and the screw rod 16, the push of the screw rod 16 is realized to drive the push rod 4.
The driving motor is connected with the driving wheel 13 through a ball spline 17, the driving wheel 13 is provided with a ball nut 18 connected with the ball spline 17, and the movement stability of the driving mechanism is realized through the cooperation between the ball nut 18 and the roller spline 17.
