A second platen device 5:
referring to fig. 15, the platen device 5 includes a platen cylinder 51, a platen 53 and a link 52, the platen cylinder 51 is vertically fixed on the auxiliary platform 44, a free end of a piston rod of the platen cylinder 51 is rigidly connected to one end of the link 52, the link 52 is horizontally disposed in the left-right direction (one end of the link 52 near the working platform 3 may also be disposed obliquely downward, instead of the link 52 being disposed horizontally), and the other end of the link 52 is rigidly connected to the platen 53.
The working process of the pressing plate device 5 is as follows: the up-and-down movement of the piston rod of the pressing plate cylinder 51 can directly drive the pressing plate to move up and down, thereby achieving the purpose of pressing the printed circuit board.
With the first type of platen device 5, any part of the platen is directly projected onto the work platform 3 in the state in which the platen is lifted, and thus the platen may hinder placement of the printed circuit board when the printed circuit board is placed on the work platform 3.
For the second type of pressing plate device 5, the pressing plate is directly above the working platform 3 in the lifted state, and when the printed circuit board is to be placed on the working platform 3, the printed circuit board can only be inserted from the side, which is troublesome.
To solve the interference problem of the above-mentioned pressing plate, the inventors also made the following improvements to the clip removing device 4:
the clamping disassembling device 4 further comprises a base platform 45, the base platform 45 is fixed on the frame, a third air cylinder and a second sliding rail 46 are fixed on the base platform 45, the third air cylinder and the second sliding rail 46 are arranged in the left-right direction, the auxiliary platform 44 is mounted on the base platform 45 through the second sliding rail 46, the auxiliary platform 44 can slide left and right relative to the base platform 45, the free end of a piston rod of the third air cylinder is connected with the auxiliary platform 44, and the third air cylinder drives the auxiliary platform 44 to move in the left-right direction.
Specifically, when the printed circuit board needs to be placed on the working platform 3, the auxiliary platform 44 is pulled leftwards (the clamping device 4 on the left side of the working platform 3) through the third air cylinder, and the pressing plate device 5 is fixed on the auxiliary platform 44, so that the pressing plate device 5 can move leftwards, the pressing plate is separated from the position right above the working platform 3, and the placement of the printed circuit board is not affected.
The number of the pressing plate devices 5 on each clamping disassembling device 4 is 2 or 3, so that the effect of pressing the printed circuit board is better achieved.
Limiting blocks are respectively connected to the left and right sides of the working platform 3 for relatively fixing the printed circuit board (mainly placing the printed circuit board to move on the horizontal position) on the working platform 3. The limiting block can be seen in patent numbers: the structure and function of the stopper in 201510026920.5 are not changed, and will not be described in detail here.
Other settings:
the safety grating 6 is further arranged above the working platform 3, and when the printed circuit board is placed on the working platform 3 manually, the safety grating 6 can automatically detect work, so that the clamp dismounting device 4 is controlled to stop acting, and workers are prevented from being injured.
The receiver 7 is arranged below the working platform 3, and the clips detached by the detaching clamp jaws 1 fall down and can automatically flow into the receiver 7 through the guide of the inclined hopper.
The working process of the clip removing machine is as follows:
the staff places the printed circuit board on work platform 3 to guarantee that the printed circuit board just in time blocks in both sides in the stopper, the third cylinder promotes supplementary work platform 3 to work platform 3 direction motion, after supplementary platform 44 moves in place, clamp plate device 5 work, the clamp plate is pressed down, the clamp plate presses the printed circuit board on work platform 3, second cylinder 42 promotes mounting platform 41 to work platform 3 direction motion, until just can cooperate with the clip on the work platform 3 tear clamping jaw 1 open, tear clamping jaw 1 work clamp in the beginning, second cylinder 42 reverse motion, drive tear clamping jaw 1 to move to the direction that keeps away from work platform 3, thereby realize tearing the purpose of clamp open, clamp plate device 5's clamp plate lifts, third cylinder drives supplementary platform 44 to work platform 3 direction motion that keeps away from, tear clamping jaw 1 open, the clip just can enter into receiver 7 through the swash plate, the staff takes out frame and printed circuit board can this reciprocally.

Claims (8)

1.
