Abstract

Background
In the process of circumcision, the prior surgical instruments have various defects. The current surgical instrument relates to a cutting ring, which can realize the fixation and locking of foreskin, but can not be sutured after excision, the cutting ring is required to be left at an operation position, and the cutting ring is removed after healing. In this embodiment, the foreskin cutter is composed of two semi-annular cutter monomers 4, the two cutter monomers 4 are connected through two detachably arranged fixing sleeves 7, when the fixing sleeves 7 are connected with the cutter monomers 4, the cutter monomers 4 are fixedly arranged, and the blade parts of the cutter monomers are positioned in the foreskin fixer 1; when the fixing sleeve 7 is detached from the cutting knife unit 4, cutting is performed in a direction towards the penis fixing device 2, redundant foreskin is cut off, and the cutting depth is limited by the penis fixing device 2; the cutting knife units 4 are respectively provided with an operating handle 5 for feeding the cutting knife units 4 in the direction away from the penis fixing device 2; the operating handle 5 is also provided with a finger abdication hole 6.
Specifically, the clamping unit 3 passes through a bump arranged on the penis fixer 2, after determining the prepuce cutting position, the bump is pressed along one side facing the prepuce fixer 1 to fix the prepuce position; the convex blocks are clamped with the penis fixer 2, two clamping positions are arranged on the penis fixer 2, a first clamping position and a second clamping position are sequentially arranged along the direction close to the prepuce fixer 1, the prepuce position is finely adjusted after the first clamping position is matched with the convex blocks, and the prepuce is tightly clamped after the second clamping position is matched with the convex blocks; the protruding blocks are circumferentially arranged along the penis fixing device 2.
In order to facilitate suturing, the invention can also comprise a suture ring cover, wherein the suture ring cover comprises a fixed ring 8 matched with a gap between the penis fixer 2 and the foreskin fixer 1, and a suture device 9 penetrating through the fixed ring 8, the suture device 9 is also provided with a suture handle 10, the suture handle 10 is pressed, the suture device 9 ejects the fixed ring 8, and a suture is driven in to perform suturing; the suture handle 10 is connected with the suture device 9 arranged in the fixed ring 8 by a connecting belt 11 crossing the fixed ring 8; the suture handle 10 is also provided with an operation hole site 12, which is similar to the finger abdication hole 6 in position and structure, and is convenient for medical staff to operate.
The invention can provide two operation modes, for the prepuce which is reversely resected, the prepuce can be clamped between the penis fixer 2 and the prepuce fixer 1 by everting the prepuce, then the length of the prepuce is adjusted, after the prepuce is clamped by using the clamping unit 3, the fixing sleeve 7 is removed, and the operation handle 5 is used for feeding the cutting knife monomer 4 to resect redundant prepuce. Then the position of the cutting knife unit 4 is kept, the suture ring cover is sleeved, the fixing ring 8 is stretched into the gap between the penis fixer 2 and the foreskin fixer 1, then the suture handle 10 is pressed, the connecting belt 11 is pressed on the fixing ring 8, and the suture is nailed for suturing. See fig. 3 for the cutting position 13 and the suture position 14. After the suture operation, the suture handle 10 and the operation handle 5 can be loosened, and all the components can be directly taken down. The specific suture structure can refer to the suture structure of the existing suture device, the operation process of nailing the suture is similar to that of a stapler, and an annular rubber pad can be arranged on one side of the fixing ring, which faces the penis fixing device 2, so that the suture can be conveniently integrally dismantled after operation.
For the operation that the eversion operation is difficult to realize, such as the excision of the infant foreskin, the suture ring cover can be sleeved on the penis, then the foreskin is fixed and excised, the suture process is similar to the operation, and the fixing ring 8 is required to extend into the gap between the penis fixer 2 and the foreskin fixer 1, and then the suture operation is carried out. According to the invention, two operations of excision and suture are respectively realized through the two separated parts, so that prepuce excision with different operation processes can be performed.
The invention can realize the technical effect of completely visualizing the penis in the operation process, and can avoid the operation error caused by invisible penis in the operation process; the cut suture can be timely performed without carrying a cutting ring until the affected part heals; the observation and adjustment of the cutting position can be realized in various angle orientations, and excessive cutting of a certain part such as a lacing part can be avoided; the cutting knife 4 is effectively fixed before cutting, so that false cutting caused by pressing of the cutting knife in the operation process is avoided; the suture device 9 is effectively fixed, and subsequent suture failure caused by the fact that the suture device 9 is ejected out erroneously is avoided.
