Abstract

Referring to fig. 9, the column head 3 is a hollow column head, and a hollow channel of the hollow column head comprises an upper channel 3a and a lower channel 3b, wherein a frustum-shaped channel 3c is arranged between the upper channel and the lower channel, and the inner diameter of the upper channel is smaller than that of the lower channel. It should be noted that the hollow channel of the hollow cylinder head may be used for mounting the clothing pole carrier, for example, the lower channel is provided with an internal thread structure, while the top of the clothing pole carrier is provided with an external thread structure, so that the two are assembled by the thread structure. In addition, as the clothes pole carrier seat adopts the cylinder coaxially arranged with the column head, and the external threaded rod (visible in fig. 9) is axially arranged at the top of the cylinder, the annular structure sleeved at the bottom of the column head is circumferentially arranged at the top edge of the cylinder, and the annular structure not only has good guiding and mounting effects, but also can form a contact surface between the annular structure and the bottom of the column head, thereby slowing down the problem that external erosion medium enters into the thread assembly structure between the clothes pole carrier and the column head, and further slowing down the occurrence of rust and the like.
It should be noted that referring to fig. 7 and 9, a limit post 1d disposed on the mounting seat is disposed above the bearing platform 5, and the head of the cylindrical limit post 1d is a round head, so as to avoid scratching the laminate waiting for a mounting piece, and also improve the safety of the mounting of an operator, wherein the limit post 1d is substantially disposed between two mounting holes, and the limit post 1d is disposed perpendicular to the vertical main board of the mounting seat, so that a laminate mounting gap is formed between the limit post 1d and the bearing platform, and thus the laminate mounting stability is improved.
Referring to fig. 8, the ply support is provided with a hollow channel 6 extending from the vertical ridge to the front end of the horizontal rod-shaped part, the hollow channel is a rectangular channel, the height of the rectangular channel gradually increases from the front end of the horizontal rod-shaped part to the rear end, and an inlet communicated with the rectangular channel of the cover is arranged at the back of the mounting seat. The cross section of the horizontal rod-shaped part 2 is square, and the height of the horizontal rod-shaped part 2 gradually increases from front to back, so that the horizontal rod-shaped part can effectively adapt to the variable cross-section structure of the internal rectangular channel.
The horizontal rod-shaped part 2 and the column head are of an integrated structure, and the mounting seat and the horizontal rod-shaped part are of an integrated structure, for example, metal extrusion molding is adopted, and the metal comprises, but is not limited to, stainless steel and the like. The laminate support has high structural strength and can bear the load placed by the laminate.
The laminate support is installed in the following manner:
aligning the mounting seat of the laminate support to the upright post mounting groove of the cabinet body, and fixing the laminate support to the upright post by using a screw (entering into the mounting hole 1c and the threaded hole of the upright post mounting groove).
And secondly, arranging the laminate on the bearing platform and the column head, wherein the upper part of the laminate is pressed by the limiting column and does not displace upwards.
If desired, the shank carrier of the deck support base may be assembled to the post head base using a threaded configuration.
