Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the first network device can be triggered to send the first information of the first terminal device to the second network device through the first instruction sent by the first terminal device, so that the first information of the first terminal device is synchronized with the second network device, the process of the first terminal device joining the second network is simplified, and the efficiency of accessing the second network when the first terminal device cannot be connected with the first network is improved.

wherein the first network device belongs to a first network; the second network device belongs to a second network; wherein the first terminal device belongs to the first network before obtaining the first information of the first terminal device.
Here, the third network device may be a server; specifically, the server may be a cloud server or a remote device, or a terminal device that does not belong to the first network and the second network, and so on.
Therefore, the first information stored in the first terminal device of the first network device can be synchronized to the second network device through the server, so that the second network device can determine whether the first terminal device can join the second network based on the first information, the verification process of the first terminal device and the second network device is greatly simplified, and the verification efficiency is improved.
In other embodiments, the method further comprises:
establishing a corresponding relation between the first network and the second network;
the correspondence between the first network and the second network includes at least one of:
the user identifications of the first network and the second network are the same;
the extended network identifications of the first network and the second network are the same.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the network switching of the first terminal device can be performed only by establishing the corresponding relationship between the first network and the second network and determining that the first network and the second network belong to the network of the same user, so that the security of switching the terminal device from one network to another network is improved.

In some embodiments, the obtaining unit 31 is configured to obtain the first information from the first network device after the first terminal device and the first network device are unable to connect.
In some embodiments, the apparatus further comprises a first receiving unit 33; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the first receiving unit 33 is configured to receive, before the sending of the first determination message, a first request message sent by the first terminal device after the first terminal device cannot connect to the first network.
In some embodiments, the first sending unit 32 is configured to, if it is determined that the first information matches the device identification information of the first terminal device carried in the first request message, send the first determination message based on the first request message; wherein the first information comprises: device identification information of the first terminal device.
In some embodiments, the obtaining unit 31 is configured to obtain the first information from the first network device after the first terminal device joins the first network.
In some embodiments, the first receiving unit 33 is configured to receive, before the sending of the first determination message, a second request message sent by the first terminal device before the first terminal device cannot connect to the first network.
In some embodiments, the first sending unit 32 is configured to send a second determination message returned based on the second request message if it is determined that the first information matches the capability information required by the second network device; wherein the first information comprises: capability identification information of the first terminal device;
the first sending unit 32 is further configured to send the first determination message if a third request message sent by the first terminal device based on the second determination message is received; the third request message carries the device identification information of the first terminal device.
In some embodiments, the network identification of the first network is different from the network identification of the second network, and the extended network identification of the first network is the same as the extended network identification of the second network.
In some embodiments, the obtaining unit 31 is configured to receive first information of a first terminal device synchronized by the first network device using a third network device.
In some embodiments, the apparatus further comprises: a determination unit 34, a storage unit 35; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the determining unit 34 is configured to determine that the storage resource of the second network device includes a first storage space and a second storage space; the first storage space is a reserved storage space; the second storage space is used for storing information of the equipment of the second network;
the storage unit 35 is configured to store the first information in the first storage space.
As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present application further provides an information processing apparatus, including: a second receiving unit 41, a processing unit 42; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the second receiving unit 41 is configured to receive a first determination message sent by a second network device; the first determination message carries a first network identifier which is distributed by the second network equipment to the first terminal equipment;
the processing unit 42 is configured to access the first terminal device to a second network based on the first network identifier if it is determined that the first terminal device cannot be connected to the first network;
the first determining message is sent after the second network device determines that the first terminal device is allowed to join the second network based on first information; the first information is from a first network device; wherein the first network device belongs to the first network; the second network device belongs to the second network; before the second network device obtains the first information of the first terminal device, the first terminal device belongs to the first network.
In some embodiments, the network identification of the first network is different from the network identification of the second network, and the extended network identification of the first network is the same as the extended network identification of the second network.
In some embodiments, the first terminal device is not connectable to the first network, including but not limited to at least one of:
the first network device fails;
the quality of the communication signal of the first terminal device with the first network is less than a first threshold.
In some embodiments, the apparatus further comprises a second transmitting unit 43; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the second sending unit 43 is configured to send a first request message before receiving the first determination message; the first request message is sent after the first request message cannot be connected with the first network; the first request message carries equipment identification information of the first terminal equipment;
the first determining message is sent after the second network device determines that the first information is matched with the device identification information of the first terminal device carried in the first request message; the first information includes: device identification information of the first terminal device.
In some embodiments, the second sending unit 43 is configured to send a second request message before receiving the first determination message; the second request message is sent before the second request message can not be connected with the first network;
the second sending unit 43 is further configured to send a third request message after receiving a second determination message returned by the second network device based on the second request message; the third request message carries the terminal identification information of the first terminal equipment;
the second determining message is sent after the second network equipment determines that the first information is matched with the capacity information required by the second network equipment; the first information includes: and the capability identification information of the first terminal equipment.
In some embodiments, the second sending unit 43 is further configured to send a first instruction to the first network device if it is determined that the first terminal device and the first network cannot be connected; the first instruction is used for the first network device to send the stored first information of the first terminal device to a third network device.
In some embodiments, the second sending unit 43 is further configured to send a first instruction to the first network device before the second network device sends the first determination message; the first instruction is used for the first network device to send the stored first information of the first terminal device to a third network device.
Here, it should be noted that: the following description of the storage medium and apparatus embodiments, similar to the description of the method embodiments above, has similar advantageous effects as the method embodiments. For technical details not disclosed in the embodiments of the storage medium and apparatus of the present application, reference is made to the description of the embodiments of the method of the present application for understanding.
The present application provides a computer storage medium, which stores computer instructions, and when the instructions are executed by a processor, the instructions implement the steps of an information processing method applied to a terminal device or a network device, for example, one or more of the methods shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a terminal device or a network device, and as shown in fig. 5, the terminal device or the network device includes: a processor 51, a communication interface 52, and a memory 53; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the processor 51 generally controls the overall operation of the terminal device or the network device.
The communication interface 52 may enable the terminal device or the network device to communicate with other terminals or servers through a network.
The Memory 53 is configured to store instructions and applications executable by the processor 51, and may also buffer data (e.g., image data, audio data, voice communication data, and video communication data) to be processed or already processed by the processor 31 and modules in the terminal, and may be implemented by a FLASH Memory (FLASH) or a Random Access Memory (RAM).
It will be appreciated that the processor 51 described herein may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware or instructions in the form of software in the processor 51. The storage medium is located in the memory 53, and the processor 51 reads the information in the memory 53 and performs the steps of the above method in combination with the hardware thereof.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The above-described device embodiments are merely illustrative, for example, the division of the unit is only a logical functional division, and there may be other division ways in actual implementation, such as: multiple units or components may be combined, or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. In addition, the coupling, direct coupling or communication connection between the components shown or discussed may be through some interfaces, and the indirect coupling or communication connection between the devices or units may be electrical, mechanical or other forms.
The above-mentioned separate components may or may not be physically separate, and the components shown may or may not be physical units; can be located in one place or distributed on a plurality of network units; some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, all functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may be separately regarded as one unit, or two or more units may be integrated into one unit; the integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for realizing the method embodiments can be completed by hardware related to program instructions, the program can be stored in a readable storage medium, and the program executes the steps comprising the method embodiments when executed; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a removable Memory device, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, and an optical disk.
Alternatively, the integrated unit may be stored in a readable storage medium if it is implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a separate product. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application may be essentially or partially implemented in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions to make a terminal execute all or part of the methods described in the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a removable storage device, a ROM, a RAM, a magnetic or optical disk, or various other media that can store program code.
It should be noted that: the technical solutions described in the embodiments of the present application can be arbitrarily combined without conflict.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present application, and shall be covered by the scope of the present application. Claims (10)

1. An information processing method comprising:
the second network equipment obtains first information of the first terminal equipment, wherein the first information is from the first network equipment; wherein the first network device belongs to a first network; the second network device belongs to a second network; before first information of the first terminal device is obtained, the first terminal device belongs to the first network;
if the first terminal equipment is determined to meet the condition of joining the second network based on the first information, sending a first determination message to the first terminal equipment; wherein the first determination message carries a first network identifier randomly allocated by the second network device to the first terminal device; the first network identifier is used for the first terminal device to access the second network.
2. The method of claim 1, the obtaining first information of a first terminal device, the first information from a first network device, comprising:
acquiring first information from first network equipment after the first terminal equipment cannot be connected with a first network; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
first information from the first network device after the first terminal device joins the first network is obtained.
3. The method of claim 1, prior to said sending the first confirmation message, further comprising:
receiving a first request message sent by the first terminal device after the first terminal device cannot be connected with the first network;
if the first terminal device is determined to meet the condition of allowing to join the second network based on the first information, sending a first determination message, further comprising:
if the first information is determined to be matched with the equipment identification information of the first terminal equipment carried in the first request message, sending the first determination message based on the first request message; wherein the first information comprises: device identification information of the first terminal device.
4. The method of claim 1, prior to said sending the first confirmation message, further comprising:
receiving a second request message sent by the first terminal device before the first terminal device cannot be connected with the first network; the second request message carries the capability identification information of the first terminal equipment;
if the first terminal device is determined to meet the condition of allowing to join the second network based on the first information, sending a first determination message, including:
if the first information is determined to be matched with the capability information required by the second network equipment, sending a second determination message returned based on the second request message; wherein the first information comprises: capability identification information of the first terminal device;
if a third request message sent by the first terminal device based on the second determination message is received, sending the first determination message; the third request message carries the device identification information of the first terminal device.
5. The method of claim 1, the network identification of the first network is different from the network identification of the second network, and the extended network identification of the first network is the same as the extended network identification of the second network.
6. An information processing method comprising:
the first terminal equipment receives a first determination message sent by second network equipment; the first determination message carries a first network identifier randomly allocated to the first terminal device by the second network device;
if the first terminal equipment is determined to be incapable of being connected with a first network, accessing the first terminal equipment to a second network based on the first network identification;
the first determining message is sent after the second network device determines that the first terminal device is allowed to join the second network based on first information; the first information is from a first network device; wherein the first network device belongs to the first network; the second network device belongs to the second network; before the second network device obtains the first information of the first terminal device, the first terminal device belongs to the first network.
7. The method of claim 6, prior to said receiving said first confirmation message, further comprising:
sending a first request message; the first request message is sent after the first request message cannot be connected with the first network; the first request message carries equipment identification information of the first terminal equipment;
the first determining message is sent after the second network device determines that the first information is matched with the device identification information of the first terminal device carried in the first request message; the first information includes: device identification information of the first terminal device.
8. The method of claim 6, prior to said receiving said first confirmation message, further comprising:
sending a second request message; the second request message is sent before the second request message can not be connected with the first network; the second request message carries the capability identification information of the first terminal equipment;
after receiving a second determination message returned by the second network device based on the second request message, sending a third request message; the third request message carries the terminal identification information of the first terminal equipment;
the second determining message is sent after the second network equipment determines that the first information is matched with the capacity information required by the second network equipment; the first information includes: and the capability identification information of the first terminal equipment.
9. An information processing apparatus comprising:
an obtaining unit, configured to obtain first information of a first terminal device, where the first information is from a first network device; wherein the first network device belongs to a first network; the second network device belongs to a second network; before first information of the first terminal device is obtained, the first terminal device belongs to the first network;
a first sending unit, configured to send a first determination message to the first terminal device if it is determined that the first terminal device meets a condition for allowing the first terminal device to join the second network based on the first information; wherein the first determination message carries a first network identifier randomly allocated by the second network device to the first terminal device; the first network identifier is used for the first terminal device to access the second network.
10. An information processing apparatus comprising:
a second receiving unit, configured to receive a first determination message sent by a second network device; the first determination message carries a first network identifier randomly allocated to the first terminal equipment by the second network equipment;
the processing unit is used for accessing the first terminal equipment to a second network based on the first network identification if the first terminal equipment is determined to be incapable of being connected with the first network;
the first determining message is sent after the second network device determines that the first terminal device is allowed to join the second network based on first information; the first information is from a first network device; wherein the first network device belongs to the first network; the second network device belongs to the second network; before the second network device obtains the first information of the first terminal device, the first terminal device belongs to the first network.
