本发明公开了遥控器领域内的一种大光圈多色彩透光遥控器,包括底壳、PCB板、锅仔片、导电胶以及面壳,导电胶上设置有导航按键区,其特征在于,导航按键区的外周设有导光环,导光环下方的导电胶上镭雕有与导光环形状配合的透光区,透光区下方设置有均光板,均光板设置在锅仔片上,均光板的侧面加工有入光口,PCB板上位于入光口处设置有LED光源,本发明可以提供不同亮度,不同颜色,均匀的光照显示效果,为用户带来更舒适的交互、使用体验,可用于电视遥控器中。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种遥控器,特别涉及一种遥控器发光结构。
背景技术
目前手持产品使用单一的灯光手段与用户交互,例如按下按键出现一个颜色的灯光提示,此灯光的区域也比较小。不足之处在于:产品使用者希望有更醒目,更有品质的灯光效果,来提升使用体验。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种大光圈多色彩透光遥控器,可实现大光圈、多色彩显示,提升用户体验。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种大光圈多色彩透光遥控器,包括底壳、PCB板、锅仔片、导电胶以及面壳,所述导电胶上设置有导航按键区,其特征在于,所述导航按键区的外周设有导光环,所述导光环下方的导电胶上镭雕有与导光环形状配合的透光区,所述透光区下方设置有均光板,均光板设置在锅仔片上,所述均光板的侧面加工有入光口,所述PCB板上位于所述入光口处设置有LED光源。
本发明工作时,LED光源的光路为LED光源=>均光板=>导电胶=>导光环,LED控制驱动电路使LED光源发出可以设置颜色与强度的光,光通过均光板由不均匀的点状光源变成面状光源,最终在导光环的表面显示成光环,传到到用户可视的区域,与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于,本发明可以提供不同亮度,不同颜色,均匀的光照显示效果,为用户带来更舒适的交互、使用体验。本发明可用于电视遥控器中。
作为本发明的进一步限定,所述均光板表面与所述透光区对应位置加工成凹凸不平结构。凹凸不平结构有利于光纤的传导,使得均光板的表面光亮效果更好。
作为本发明的进一步限定,所述均光板表面靠近入光口处不做凹凸不平结构,且导电胶上位于入光口上方位置的透光区透光面积小于其他区域。由于入光口处的光强度较高,通过如此设计使得光线亮度更加均匀。
为了避免漏光,保证光亮效果,所述均光板的外侧面和内侧面均做抛光处理。
为了使得LED光源将光射入均光板更加方便,所述入光口处表面加工成锯齿结构。
为了保证光亮强度,所述入光口设置有四个,对应的LED光源也设置有四个,且所述LED光源选用RGB LED光源。
为了使得导光环的安装更加方便,所述导光环外周加工有外台阶,所述面壳压接在外台阶上。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示的一种大光圈多色彩透光遥控器,包括底壳1、PCB板2、锅仔片3、导电胶4以及面壳5,导电胶4上设置有导航按键区4a,导航按键区4a的外周设有导光环6,导光环6下方的导电胶4上镭雕有与导光环形状配合的透光区4b,透光区4b下方设置有均光板7,均光板7设置在锅仔片3上,均光板7的侧面加工有入光口7a,入光口7a处表面加工成锯齿结构,PCB板2上位于入光口7a处设置有LED光源8,入光口7a设置有四个,对应的LED光源8也设置有四个,且LED光源8选用RGB LED光源,均光板7表面与透光区4b对应位置加工成凹凸不平结构7b,均光板7表面靠近入光口7a处不做凹凸不平结构7b,且导电胶4上位于入光口7a上方位置的透光区4b透光面积小于其他区域,均光板7的外侧面和内侧面均做抛光处理,导光环6外周加工有外台阶,面壳5压接在外台阶上,所述导航按键区4a可以设置成圆形、方形、十字形或三角形等。
本发明工作时,LED控制驱动电路使LED光源8发出可以设置颜色与强度的光,光通过均光板7由不均匀的点状光源8变成面状光源8,面状光源8从透光区4b穿过导电胶4进入导光环6,最终在导光环6的表面显示成光环,传到到用户可视的区域。
本发明并不局限于上述实施例,在本发明公开的技术方案的基础上,本领域的技术人员根据所公开的技术内容,不需要创造性的劳动就可以对其中的一些技术特征作出一些替换和变形,这些替换和变形均在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种大光圈多色彩透光遥控器,包括底壳、PCB板、锅仔片、导电胶以及面壳,所述导电胶上设置有导航按键区,其特征在于,所述导航按键区的外周设有导光环,所述导光环下方的导电胶上镭雕有与导光环形状配合的透光区,所述透光区下方设置有均光板,均光板设置在锅仔片上,所述均光板的侧面加工有入光口,所述PCB板上位于所述入光口处设置有LED光源。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大光圈多色彩透光遥控器,其特征在于,所述均光板表面与所述透光区对应位置加工成凹凸不平结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种大光圈多色彩透光遥控器,其特征在于,所述均光板表面靠近入光口处不做凹凸不平结构,且导电胶上位于入光口上方位置的透光区透光面积小于其他区域。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的一种大光圈多色彩透光遥控器,其特征在于,所述均光板的外侧面和内侧面均做抛光处理。
5.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的一种大光圈多色彩透光遥控器,其特征在于,所述入光口处表面加工成锯齿结构。
6.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的一种大光圈多色彩透光遥控器,其特征在于,所述入光口设置有四个,对应的LED光源也设置有四个,且所述LED光源选用RGB LED光源。
7.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的一种大光圈多色彩透光遥控器,其特征在于,所述导光环外周加工有外台阶,所述面壳压接在外台阶上。
