Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the invention can be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a book searching method according to a first embodiment of the present invention, which is applicable to a case where a book is searched according to a book tag selected by a user, in particular, a case where the book is searched according to a plurality of book tags selected by the user, and the book searching method is executed by a corresponding electronic device. As shown in fig. 1, the book searching method may include the steps of:
and S110, performing combined search by adopting at least two labels selected by the user.
In this embodiment, for at least two tags selected by the user, each tag selected by the user is information mined based on a point of interest of the book by the user, and each tag can represent book content information of the book from the perspective of the user. When any tag capable of representing book content information of a book is known, the user searches the known tag as a search word, and then searches the book associated with the known tag. For example, taking "all are good" as an example of a book, it is assumed that a tag capable of representing book content information of "all are good" includes: the related labels such as "family", "family" and "movie and television original works"; when the user selects the 'family' label as the key word to search books, the books can be searched to be 'good and good' in the final book search result.
However, since the same tag can be associated with a plurality of different books, in other words, the same tag can be used for embodying the book content information of a plurality of different books, and is not limited to the same book, after a certain tag is used as a keyword to perform book search, a plurality of books may be searched in the final book search result, and thus the purpose of finely searching the books cannot be achieved. For example, taking the search book "all good" as an example, the tag associated with "all good" includes: "family", "relativity" and "movie and television original works", but "movie and television original works" are also associated with "Gaizhoulong Ji" (day-to-day Jilong Ji); when the user selects the label "movie and television original book" as a search word to perform book search, not only "all good" but also "butchery up to day" is searched in the final book search result, thereby causing the user to search for an unnecessary book.
In view of the above, in order to assist a user in searching for books that meet the user's requirements, a plurality of tags may be provided to the user in advance, and each tag may be associated with a corresponding book. In order to avoid that a large number of books cannot be searched when a single tag is used for searching books, and the purpose of accurately searching books cannot be achieved, a user can select at least two tags from a plurality of tags provided in advance to form a book search word combination, and book combination search is performed. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating tag selection when a user performs a book search according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2, a plurality of tags may be provided to a user in a tag selection area of a book search interface, and the user may select at least two tags from the plurality of tags provided in the presentation as combined search words according to his search requirement, for example, the user selects tag A3, tag A3, and tag C2 as combined search words in the tag selection area. When at least two tags are selected as the combined search terms, the user may trigger a book search control on the book search interface, for example, click and trigger a "search book" control, so that the electronic device may be triggered to perform an operation of performing combined search using at least two tags selected by the user.
And S120, if the number of the books obtained by searching is smaller than the number threshold, deleting or replacing at least two labels.
In this embodiment, when a plurality of tags selected by a user are used as combined search words to perform book search, the user may use too many tags to perform fine search, so that only a few books or no books can be searched in a final book search result, and the book search result cannot meet the requirements of the user, thereby seriously affecting the search experience of the user. In order to ensure that the final book search result meets the search requirement of the user, after the combined search is performed by adopting at least two tags selected by the user, whether the number of books obtained by the search meets a preset number threshold value can be detected. The number threshold may be a constant value that is fixedly set according to the search requirement of the user or an empirical value, such as setting the number threshold to 10.
In this embodiment, if the number of books searched according to the tag selected by the user is smaller than the preset number threshold, which indicates that the user performs an excessively refined search when selecting the tag for book search, the tag selected by the user may be adjusted at this time. For example, some of the tags that the user has selected are deleted to increase the search range of the book; or replace some of the plurality of tags that the user has selected by other suitable tags to change the search direction of the book. If the number of books searched according to the tags selected by the user is larger than or equal to the preset number threshold, the books with moderate number can be searched without being too fine when the user selects the tags to search the books, and therefore the book search result can be directly displayed to the user. It should be noted that the detailed processes and effects of the "deletion" and the "replacement" are specifically described in the following embodiments.
And S130, performing combined search by using the tags subjected to deletion or replacement processing.
In this embodiment, after deleting or replacing some of the at least two tags selected by the user, the deleted or replaced tags may be reformed into new combined search terms for book search, so as to obtain a search result according to the new combined search terms formed by combining the deleted or replaced tags.
In this embodiment, for the implementation process of the above step 120 to step S130, if the number of books obtained by searching according to at least two tags selected by the user is less than the number threshold, the subsequent book re-searching operation needs to be continued, and in the subsequent book re-searching operation, any one of the following two searching methods may be selected to be executed. Wherein, the mode one: at least two labels selected by a user are partially deleted, and the labels subjected to deletion processing are adopted for combined search; the second method comprises the following steps: and performing partial replacement on at least two tags selected by the user, and performing combined search by using the tags subjected to replacement processing.
In this embodiment, considering that the number of books obtained by performing the book re-search operation once through the above steps S120 to S130 may still not satisfy the preset number threshold, it is necessary to subsequently determine the number of books obtained by performing the book re-search operation shown through the steps S120 to S130 each time, and determine whether to perform the next book re-search operation by determining whether the number of books obtained by performing the current book re-search operation is still smaller than the preset number threshold. If the number of the currently obtained books is still smaller than the preset number threshold, the next book re-search operation needs to be executed, so that the books and the number of the books obtained by the next book re-search operation are executed until the number of the obtained books is no longer smaller than the preset number threshold. It should be noted that, in each book re-search operation, one of the above two ways may be selected to perform the book re-search operation, instead of selecting the two ways at the same time, where how to select the search way may be set according to the search requirement and experience of the user, and this is not particularly limited.
In this embodiment, in the implementation process of the steps S120 to S130, in order to avoid the defects that the device is in the process of book re-search for a long time and cannot feed back the book search result to the user in time due to the book re-search operation being executed repeatedly by any one of the search methods, the maximum allowable number of times of the circulation execution may be preset for the book re-search operation. The maximum number of loop executions allowed by the book re-search operation may be a constant value set according to the maximum waiting time acceptable for the user to search for books, for example, the maximum number of loop executions may be set to 3.
In this embodiment, if the current cycle execution number of the book re-search operation reaches the preset maximum cycle execution number, even if the sum of the number of books obtained through the book re-search operations is still smaller than the number threshold, the book re-search operations in the steps S120 to S130 are not continuously performed in a cycle, and the books obtained through the book re-search operations performed in a cycle are directly used as the final book search result. And if the current cycle execution times of the book re-search operation does not reach the preset maximum cycle execution times and the number of the books obtained by current search is detected to be larger than the number threshold, stopping the cycle execution of the book re-search operation, and taking the books obtained through the one or more book re-search operations as final book search results.
It should be noted that the number of times of executing the current loop of the book re-search operation refers to the total number of times of executing the book re-search operation by the two modes of "deleting" search and "replacing" search, respectively, rather than the number of times of executing one search mode. For example, in the implementation process of the above steps S120 to S130, if the first book re-search operation performs book search in the first mode, the second book re-search operation performs book search in the second mode, and the third book re-search operation performs book search in the first mode, the current cycle of the book re-search operation is performed 3 times.
In an alternative manner of this embodiment, referring to fig. 2, after performing a combined search by using the tags subjected to the deletion or replacement processing, the automatically deleted or replaced tag types may be updated and displayed in the tag selection area, so as to ensure that the tags subjected to deletion or replacement of the tags selected by the user are displayed in the tag selection area instead of displaying the tags selected by the user before.
In an optional manner of this embodiment, the replacing at least two tags selected by the user includes: and replacing the labels to be replaced by adopting the parent labels of the labels to be replaced according to the hierarchical relation of the labels. Specifically, each label selected by the user is a label with a hierarchical relationship, when each label is taken as a child label, each child label is provided with a corresponding parent label, and the search range of the parent label is wider than that of the child label. At this moment, the parent-level tags of the tags to be replaced are adopted to replace the tags to be replaced to search books, the search range can be wider, and more books can be searched compared with the previous child-level tags.
And S140, sequencing the books obtained by searching according to the processing times of the labels used by the searched books.
In the present embodiment, after performing the book search operations in steps S110 to S130, a final book search result may be obtained. Optionally, the final book search result includes: a re-searched book obtained by performing the book re-search operation represented by steps S120 to S130. Optionally, the final book search result includes: an initial book obtained by performing the book initial search operation represented by step S110, and a re-searched book obtained by performing the book re-search operation represented by steps S120 to S130.
In the present embodiment, considering that the tags subsequently used when performing one or more book re-search operations are the remaining tags obtained by partially deleting or replacing the tags used when performing the book initial search operation, and not all of the tags after deletion or replacement, some of the tags used when performing one or more book re-search operations are the same as those used when performing the book initial search operation. In other words, there are some tags that are used both when performing an initial book search operation and when performing a re-search operation of the book.
In view of the above, in the final book search result, some tags among the tags used for searching the respective books are not only used in the initial book search operation but also continuously used in the subsequent book re-search operation. In other words, the number of times of using the tags used to search the respective books in the entire book searching process is different, that is, the number of times of processing to search the tags used to search the respective books is different. Therefore, each book obtained by searching can be sorted according to the processing times of the labels used for searching each book. The rank of each book obtained by the search is inversely related to the number of times of processing for searching for the tags used for each book.
The embodiment of the invention provides a book searching scheme, which can perform preliminary book searching according to a tag selected by a user, and determine whether the tag selected by the user needs to be adjusted according to the book searching result, for example, the tag selected by the user is deleted or replaced, so that the book is searched again according to the adjusted tag. By adopting the scheme of the embodiment, the user can be ensured to provide book search results with reference significance for the user as much as possible when performing tag search, the problem that books meeting requirements cannot be provided for the user all the time after the user selects the tags is avoided, and the reading experience of the user can be greatly improved to a certain extent.
Example two
Fig. 3 shows a flowchart of a book searching method provided in a second embodiment of the present invention, where this embodiment is optimized based on the above embodiments, and various alternatives of this embodiment may be combined with various alternatives of one or more embodiments described above. As shown in fig. 3, the book searching method may include the steps of:
and S310, performing combined search by adopting at least two labels selected by the user.
And S320, if the number of the books obtained by searching is smaller than a preset number threshold value and the mode of deleting the labels is selected to perform book re-searching, determining the target category to be deleted according to the deletion sequence of the category to which each label belongs.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 2, in a tag selection area of a book search interface, not only a plurality of selectable tags but also categories to which the respective tags belong may be provided to the user. For example, the user may select tab A3 and tab A4 in category one and tab C2 in category three for a combined search in the tab selection area according to the search requirements, but not select any tab in category two. It will be appreciated that the three categories of labels shown in fig. 2 are merely an example, and that in an actual scenario more categories of labels may be provided to the user.
In this embodiment, when the user performs book search, the importance levels of the categories to which the respective tags selected by the user belong are different. The deletion order of the categories to which the tags belong can reflect the importance degree of the categories to which the tags belong when book searching is performed. By referring to the deletion sequence of the categories to which the labels selected by the user belong, the unimportant category in the categories to which the labels selected by the user belong can be determined, and the unimportant category is used as the target category to be deleted. For example, in the deletion order of the categories to which the tags belong, the less important the category ranked at the top is, and the more important the category ranked at the bottom is, one or more categories ranked at the top can be used as the target category to be deleted in the deletion.
In an optional manner of this embodiment, before determining the target category to be pruned according to the pruning order of the category to which each tag belongs, the method further includes: determining the weight of each category; and determining the deletion order of each category according to the weight of each category, wherein the deletion order of each category is negatively related to the weight of each category.
In this embodiment, the weight of the category to which each tag belongs may be set according to a search requirement or industry experience of a user when performing book search. Illustratively, taking categories such as "genre", "content subject", "task character", and "user identity" as examples, it can be known according to user search requirements or industry experience that in an actual search scene, each category can be ranked according to importance, and the ranking results sequentially are: "genre", "content material", "task character", "user identity". In view of the above sorting results, weights may be set for the respective categories according to their degrees of importance, with the weight setting being: weight of genre of text > weight of genre of content > weight of personality trait > weight of user identity.
In this embodiment, after determining the weight of the category to which each tag belongs, the deletion order of each category may be determined according to the weight of each category, so as to ensure that the category with the low weight is set as the category deleted first and the category with the high weight is set as the category deleted later in the deletion order of each category.
S330, deleting the label belonging to the target category from at least two labels selected by the user.
In this embodiment, when determining the target category to be deleted, which indicates that the function of each tag included in the target category in book searching is relatively low, that is, it can be understood that the importance degree of the target category is relatively low, at this time, the tags belonging to the target category may be found from the tags selected by the user, all the tags belonging to the target category are deleted, and the tags of the remaining other categories of the at least two tags selected by the user are used as the tags after deletion processing. Illustratively, referring to fig. 2, the user-selected labels are: tag A3 and tag a4 in category one, and tag C2 in category three; if it is determined that category one in the tag selection area is the target category to be deleted, both tag A3 and tag a4 included in the category are deleted, and tag C2 in the remaining category three is taken as the tag after the deletion processing.
And S340, performing combined search by adopting the tags subjected to the deleting processing.
And S350, sequencing the books obtained through searching according to the processing times of the labels used by the searched books.
The embodiment of the invention provides a book searching scheme, which can delete the tags selected by the user according to the importance degree of the category to which each tag selected by the user belongs after performing initial book searching according to each tag selected by the user, and reserve the more important tags so as to search books again according to the tags after deletion.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 4 shows a flowchart of a book searching method provided in a third embodiment of the present invention, where this embodiment is optimized based on the above embodiments, and various alternatives of this embodiment may be combined with various alternatives of one or more embodiments described above. As shown in fig. 4, the book searching method may include the steps of:
and S410, performing combined search by adopting at least two labels selected by the user.
And S420, if the number of the books obtained by searching is smaller than a preset number threshold value and the mode of deleting the tags is selected to perform book re-searching, determining a deletion order of each tag in at least two tags selected by a user according to the selection timestamp of each tag, wherein the deletion order corresponding to the tag with the prior selection timestamp is in the front.
In this embodiment, when it is detected that the user selects each tag, the timestamp of the user when selecting each tag may be recorded, and the sequence of the user selecting each tag may be obtained by the recorded timestamp of each tag. Generally, the user has low attention to previously selected tags, which have a low effect on performing book searches; the attention on the labels selected later is high, and the labels have a high effect on book searching. Therefore, the deleting sequence of each label selected by the user can be sequenced according to the corresponding timestamp when the user selects each label, so that the labels which are not concerned by the user are sequentially deleted according to the deleting sequence. The more advanced the indicated time is, the more advanced the deletion sequence of the tags in each tag is; conversely, the later the time indicated by the selection timestamp of the tag, the later the tag's pruning order among the tags.
S430, determining target labels to be deleted according to the deletion sequence of the labels, and deleting the labels belonging to the target labels from at least two labels selected by the user.
In this embodiment, after determining the deletion order of each tag, one or more tags ranked in the deletion order before may be determined as target tags to be deleted, and at least two tags selected by the user are deleted from the target tags, while the remaining tags in the at least two tags selected by the user are used as tags after the deletion processing.
For example, referring to fig. 2, when the user selects a tab in the tab selection area, tab A3 in category one, tab C2 in category three, and tab a4 in category one are sequentially selected according to the selection time, at this time, the deletion order of each tab may be generated according to the selection time of each tab, and sequentially include tab A3, tab C2, and tab a 4. When the user-selected tab is to be deleted, the top-ranked tab A3 is used as the target tab to be deleted, the tab A3 is deleted from the user-selected tabs A3, C2 and a4, and the remaining tabs C2 and a4 are used as the tags after deletion processing.
And S440, performing combined search by using the deleted tags.
And S450, sequencing the books obtained through searching according to the processing times of the labels used by the searched books.
The embodiment of the invention provides a book searching scheme, which can preferentially delete the tags with the previous selection time according to the time sequence of each tag selected by a user after the initial book searching is carried out according to each tag selected by the user, and reserve the tags with the next selection time stamp as the tags which are relatively concerned by the user so as to search the book again according to the tags after the deletion processing.
Example four
Fig. 5 shows a flowchart of a book searching method provided in the fourth embodiment of the present invention, and this embodiment is optimized based on the foregoing embodiments, and various alternatives of this embodiment may be combined with various alternatives of one or more embodiments described above. As shown in fig. 4, the book searching method may include the steps of:
and S510, performing combined search by adopting at least two labels selected by the user.
And S520, if the number of the books obtained by searching is smaller than a preset number threshold value and the mode of replacing the labels is selected for book re-searching, acquiring other unselected labels from the category to which the labels selected by the user belong.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 2, for each category, the category to which each tag selected by the user belongs includes, in addition to the current tag selected by the user, other tags that are not selected by the user. For example, in the tab selection area of the book search interface, in addition to tab A3 and tab a4 selected by the user, tab a1, tab a1, tab a5, and tab a6, which are not selected by the user, are included in category one. For this reason, if it is detected that the number of books obtained by the search is smaller than a preset number threshold, other unselected tags are obtained from the category to which each tag selected by the user belongs.
And S530, determining the correlation degree between the label selected by the user and other labels.
In this embodiment, after the unselected other tags are obtained from the category to which each tag selected by the user belongs, all the obtained unselected other tags are not used as search terms to perform book re-search operation, and the correlation between the other tags and the tags selected by the user needs to be considered, so as to ensure that the other tags that are relatively related to the tags selected by the user are used as much as possible to perform book re-search, and avoid performing book re-search using unrelated tags, which causes the searched book not to be related to the book required by the user, and further affects the search experience of the user.
In an optional manner of this embodiment, determining a correlation between the tag selected by the user and other tags in the category to which each tag selected by the user belongs includes: and determining the correlation degree between the label selected by the user and other labels according to the co-occurrence characteristics between the label selected by the user and other labels.
In this embodiment, the co-occurrence feature between the tag selected by the user and the other tags may refer to the number of times the tag selected by the user and the other tags which are not selected in the category to which the tag selected by the user belongs co-occur. If the label selected by the user and other labels appear together to perform book searching, the two labels have the associated attribute of the common appearance. If the tag selected by the user and other tags do not appear together for book searching, the two tags do not have the associated attribute appearing together, and no correlation exists between the two tags.
In the present embodiment, as for each tag selected by the user and other tags, the more times the two tags appear together to perform book search, the stronger the association between the two tags, and the higher the degree of association thereof; conversely, the fewer the two tags appear together to perform a book search, the weaker the association between the two tags, and the lower the degree of correlation.
In an optional manner of this embodiment, determining a correlation between the tag selected by the user and other tags in the category to which each tag selected by the user belongs includes:
translating the label selected by the user and other labels to obtain each label translation and other label translations; and determining the correlation degree between each label selected by the user and other labels according to the editing distance between each label translation and other label translations.
In this embodiment, after each tag and each other tag selected by the user are translated into each corresponding tag translation and each other tag translation, for each tag and each other tag selected by the user, an edit distance between the tag translation corresponding to the tag selected by the user and the other tag translations corresponding to the other tags may be calculated, and a correlation between each tag selected by the user and the other tags may be determined according to the edit distance between the tag translation and the other tag translations. Optionally, the tag translation corresponding to the tag selected by the user and other tag translations corresponding to other tags may be converted into word vector forms, and the correlation between each tag selected by the user and other tags is determined by calculating the edit distance between the word vectors.
