木塑包边框是目前室内装修中做门窗的一种新型材料,不同于传统式花岗石,大理石以及PU材料,木塑是将pvc树脂与高品质石粉以及部分添加辅料经过高温融合挤压成型的一种新型复合装饰材料,既具有石粉的不溶于水不怕火的特性,同时也具有pvc材料的柔韧性耐磨耐弯曲的特点。现有的包边框在使用时不够牢固,易变形,密封性差,安装困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要解决现有石塑线条缺陷,提供一种结构牢固,密封性好,安装方便的一种木塑包边框。
本发明的具体方案是:一种木塑包边框,具有包边框主体,其特征在于:包边框主体的截面为“L”形框架,“L”形框架上端是由两个矩形框构成的一个反“L”卡口,“L”形框架中部为“1”字形矩形框,“L”形框架的下端是一个前高后低的阶梯型框,阶梯型框内由筋条分隔成若干型框,阶梯型框位于阶梯的侧面设有“C”卡槽,阶梯型框底部设有若干加强筋和一根挡条。
本发明结构牢固,密封性好,安装方便,具有很好的经济及推广价值。
