1) construction preparation: preparing a hanging plate (1), a cantilever hanging frame (2), a water collecting tank (3), a hanging positioning body (4), a base side mold (5), a guardrail column (6) and a built-in magic box (7), and determining the mix proportion of concrete and the coordinate of the guardrail column (6);
2) surface treatment of the box girder (8): correcting the positions of a positioning slat (9) and a connecting anchor bar (10) preset in the box girder (8), and performing chiseling treatment on the upper surface of the box girder (8);
3) cleaning the surface of the box girder (8): the box girder (8) is provided with an overhanging hanger (2), the overhanging hanger (2) consists of a hanger bottom plate (65), a hanger upright post (66), a hanger beam (11) and a hanger (21), and a hanger chute (67) connected with the hanger upright post (66) is arranged on the hanger bottom plate (65); a pressurizing device (12), a water pipe connector (13), an inner water baffle (14) and an outer water baffle (15) are arranged on a hanger beam (11); the outer water baffle (15) is connected with the hanger suspender (21) in a sticking way; the water pipe connector (13) is connected with a water spraying pipe (16), and a washing nozzle (17) is arranged on the water spraying pipe (16); a positioning inner support (18) and a filter plate support body (19) are arranged on the inner side wall of the water collecting tank (3), and a filter residue plate (20) is arranged on the filter plate support body (19) which is opposite to the mirror image; the hanger suspender (21) is connected with the positioning inner support (18), and a suspender lantern ring (22) is arranged outside the hanger suspender (21); anchor bar lantern rings (23) are arranged on the connecting anchor bars (10), lantern ring connecting rods (24) are arranged between the suspender lantern ring (22) and the anchor bar lantern rings (23), and the transverse position of the water collecting tank (3) is adjusted through lantern ring positioning bolts (25) on the lantern ring connecting rods (24); a water pumping pipeline (26) is arranged between the water collecting tank (3) and the pressurizing device (12), and a joint sealing body (27) is arranged at the joint of the water collecting tank (3) and the tank beam (8); an end support bottom plate (28), an end support pillar (29) and an end support diagonal rod (30) are arranged on the upper surface of the box girder (8) at two ends of the water spraying area, and an end water baffle (69) is connected with the end support pillar (29) in a sticking way; the upper surface of the box girder (8) is scoured through a scouring nozzle (17);
4) the hanging plate (1) is installed and positioned: the top of the box girder (8) is provided with a suspension positioning body (4), and the suspension positioning body (4) consists of a stand column bottom plate (71), a support stand column (72), a cantilever beam (31), an external hanging rod (73) and a rod bottom support plate (74); vertical adjusting bolts (75) are arranged on the supporting upright posts (72), transverse adjusting bolts (76) are arranged on the cantilever beam (31), elastic supporting bodies (35) and bottom bearing plates (78) are arranged on the rod bottom supporting plates (74), and transverse supporting rods (79) and elastic sealing bodies (80) are arranged on the outer hanging rods (73) facing the hanging plate (1); the lower surface of the cantilever beam (31) is provided with a sliding channel (32) and a beam bottom supporting plate (33), and a sliding baffle (34) is arranged in the sliding channel (32); an elastic support body (35) is arranged between the beam bottom support plate (33) and the sliding baffle (34); the hanging plate (1) is provided with a connecting transverse rib (36), the upper part of the connecting anchor rib (10) is provided with a U-shaped connecting rib (37), and the U-shaped connecting rib (37) and the connecting transverse rib (36) are connected with a connecting transverse plate (38) through a fastening bolt (39);
