secondly, trimming a gap on the shielding paper, wherein the shape of the gap is the same as that of the repairing groove, the area of the gap is larger than that of the opening of the repairing groove, the gap on the shielding paper corresponds to the repairing groove, spraying a coupling agent solution to the repairing groove, wiping the coupling agent solution on the automobile paint surface at the edge of the repairing groove by using dry filter paper, wiping the coupling agent solution by using filter paper soaked by acetic acid aqueous solution with the pH value of 6, and forming a coupling agent coating in the repairing groove after drying and drying;
thirdly, after masking paper is attached to the periphery of the repairing groove, spraying a layer of filling component into the repairing groove, scraping the filling component on the automobile paint surface at the edge of the repairing groove by using a rubber scraper, then attaching shading paper to the periphery of the repairing groove, primarily curing the filling component by ultraviolet irradiation, and further curing the filling component by using a baking lamp, wherein the rubber scraper is a rubber sheet made of soft rubber materials and provided with a flat side;
step four, after masking paper is attached to the periphery of the repairing groove, spraying a layer of primer component on the surface of the solidified filling component, scraping the primer component on the automobile paint surface at the edge of the repairing groove by using a rubber scraper, spraying transition treatment paste along the contact position of the primer component and the original paint surface after ultraviolet light irradiation and preliminary solidification, utilizing sand paper to draw a circle along the contact position of the primer component and the original paint surface for polishing, stopping polishing after 6-10min, washing with neutral deionized water, drying at a low temperature, wherein the drying temperature is not more than 60 ℃, and curing the primer component by using a baking lamp after drying;
and fifthly, polishing the surface of the bottom connecting component to be flat, coating a layer of varnish on the flat surface of the bottom connecting component, and curing and polishing to finish paint surface repair.
The shading paper is opaque black kraft paper.
The coupling agent solution is a coupling agent deionized water solution with the concentration of 2%, and the coupling agent is triaminopropyltriethoxysilane.
The transition treatment paste is prepared by uniformly mixing dichloromethane, hollow microspheres, stearic acid, a dispersing agent, attapulgite and a pigment by ultrasonic waves, wherein the mass ratio of the hollow microspheres to the attapulgite to the stearic acid to the dichloromethane is 1:2:0.2: 5.
Example 2:
the automobile paint repair paint comprises a filling component and a bottom connecting component, wherein the filling component is coated at the bottom of a scratch and is used for filling the scratch of the paint surface of an automobile, the bottom connecting component is sprayed on the surface of the filling component to further fill the automobile paint surface, and the filling component is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
15 parts of epoxy acrylic resin, 10 parts of novolac epoxy resin, 35 parts of hollow microspheres, 1 part of photoinitiator, 3 parts of curing agent, 15 parts of nano graphite powder, 4 parts of neodecanoic acid glycidyl ether and 4 parts of alkylene glycidyl ether;
the bottom connecting component is prepared by processing the following raw materials in parts by weight:
30 parts of epoxy acrylic resin, 15 parts of glycidyl ester epoxy resin, 10 parts of glycidyl amine epoxy resin, 0.5 part of photoinitiator, 10 parts of nano-silica, 4 parts of curing agent, 7 parts of dichloromethane, 2 parts of xylene, 2 parts of butyl ester, 2 parts of silicone and 1 part of silane coupling agent;
the photoinitiators are all 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone;
the curing agent is 2-methyl-tetraethylimidazole;
external additives are added into the filling component and the bottom connecting component, and the external additives comprise a light stabilizer, an antioxidant, a flatting agent and a defoaming agent;
the preparation process of the filling component comprises the following steps:
s1, adding a photoinitiator, a curing agent and an external additive into a mixed solution of neodecanoic acid glycidyl ether and alkylene glycidyl ether, mixing and stirring uniformly, adding into the phenolic polyepoxy resin, and stirring to obtain diluted phenolic polyepoxy resin for later use;
s2, mixing and stirring the nano graphite powder and the hollow microspheres uniformly, adding the mixture into the diluted novolac epoxy resin obtained in the previous step, stirring and mixing uniformly, adding the epoxy acrylic resin into the mixture while stirring, and continuously stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain the filling component.
The preparation method of the bottom connecting component comprises the following steps:
SS1, mixing and stirring the photoinitiator, the curing agent, the silicone, the silane coupling agent, the dichloromethane, the xylene and the butyl ester uniformly to obtain a mixed solvent;
SS2, preliminarily mixing epoxy acrylic resin, glycidyl ester epoxy resin and glycidyl amine epoxy resin, adding the mixture into a mixed solvent, mixing, adding nano silicon dioxide, mixing uniformly, and defoaming under negative pressure to obtain the bottom-connecting component.
The repair process by using the repair paint for the automobile finish comprises the following steps:
polishing along the scratch by using polishing abrasive paper, polishing the scratch and the automobile paint surface around the scratch to form a repair groove, exposing the automobile body at the bottom of the paint surface, washing the repair groove by using absolute ethyl alcohol and then drying;
secondly, trimming a notch which is the same as the repairing groove in shape and larger than the opening of the repairing groove on the shielding paper, enabling the notch on the shielding paper to correspond to the repairing groove, spraying a coupling agent solution to the repairing groove, wiping the coupling agent solution on the automobile paint surface at the edge of the repairing groove by using dry filter paper, wiping the coupling agent solution by using filter paper soaked by acetic acid aqueous solution with the pH value of 6.5, and forming a coupling agent coating in the repairing groove after drying;
thirdly, after masking paper is attached to the periphery of the repairing groove, spraying a layer of filling component into the repairing groove, scraping the filling component on the automobile paint surface at the edge of the repairing groove by using a rubber scraper, then attaching shading paper to the periphery of the repairing groove, primarily curing the filling component by ultraviolet irradiation, and further curing the filling component by using a baking lamp, wherein the rubber scraper is a rubber sheet made of soft rubber materials and provided with a flat side;
step four, after masking paper is attached to the periphery of the repairing groove, spraying a layer of primer component on the surface of the solidified filling component, scraping the primer component on the automobile paint surface at the edge of the repairing groove by using a rubber scraper, spraying transition treatment paste along the contact position of the primer component and the original paint surface after ultraviolet light irradiation and preliminary solidification, utilizing sand paper to draw a circle along the contact position of the primer component and the original paint surface for polishing, stopping polishing after 6-10min, washing with neutral deionized water, drying at a low temperature, wherein the drying temperature is not more than 60 ℃, and curing the primer component by using a baking lamp after drying;
and fifthly, polishing the surface of the bottom connecting component to be flat, coating a layer of varnish on the flat surface of the bottom connecting component, and curing and polishing to finish paint surface repair.
The shading paper is opaque black kraft paper.
The coupling agent solution is a coupling agent deionized water solution with the concentration of 3%, and the coupling agent is triaminopropyltriethoxysilane.
The transition treatment paste is prepared by uniformly mixing dichloromethane, hollow microspheres, stearic acid, a dispersing agent, attapulgite and a pigment by ultrasonic waves, wherein the mass ratio of the hollow microspheres to the attapulgite to the stearic acid to the dichloromethane is 1:1:0.1: 4.

Claims (6)

1. The automobile paint repair paint is characterized by comprising a filling component and a bottom connecting component, wherein the filling component is sprayed at the bottom of a scratch and is used for filling the scratch of the paint surface of an automobile, the bottom connecting component is sprayed on the surface of the filling component to further fill the paint surface of the automobile, and the filling component is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
10-15 parts of epoxy acrylic resin, 10-15 parts of novolac epoxy resin, 30-40 parts of cenospheres, 0.5-1.5 parts of photoinitiator, 2-5 parts of curing agent, 10-15 parts of nano graphite powder, 3-5 parts of neodecanoic acid glycidyl ether and 3-5 parts of alkylene glycidyl ether;
the bottom connecting component is prepared by processing the following raw materials in parts by weight:
30-40 parts of epoxy acrylic resin, 10-15 parts of glycidyl ester epoxy resin, 10-15 parts of glycidyl amine epoxy resin, 0.4-1 part of photoinitiator, 10-20 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 4-6 parts of curing agent, 4-7 parts of dichloromethane, 2-3 parts of xylene, 2-3 parts of butyl ester, 2-5 parts of silicone and 0.5-3 parts of silane coupling agent;
external additives are added into the filling component and the bottom connecting component, and the external additives comprise a light stabilizer, an antioxidant, a flatting agent and a defoaming agent;
the preparation process of the filling component comprises the following steps:
s1, adding a photoinitiator, a curing agent and an external additive into a mixed solution of neodecanoic acid glycidyl ether and alkylene glycidyl ether, mixing and stirring uniformly, adding into the phenolic polyepoxy resin, and stirring to obtain diluted phenolic polyepoxy resin for later use;
s2, mixing and stirring the nano graphite powder and the hollow microspheres uniformly, adding the mixture into the diluted novolac polyepoxy resin obtained in the previous step, stirring and mixing uniformly, adding the epoxy acrylic resin into the mixture while stirring, and continuously stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a filling component;
the preparation method of the bottom connecting component comprises the following steps:
SS1, mixing and stirring the photoinitiator, the curing agent, the silicone, the silane coupling agent, the dichloromethane, the xylene and the butyl ester uniformly to obtain a mixed solvent;
SS2, preliminarily mixing epoxy acrylic resin, glycidyl ester epoxy resin and glycidyl amine epoxy resin, adding the mixture into a mixed solvent, mixing, adding nano silicon dioxide, mixing uniformly, and defoaming under negative pressure to obtain the bottom-connecting component.
2. The automotive paint repair lacquer according to claim 1, wherein the photoinitiator is 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone, and the curing agent is 2-methyl-tetraethylimidazole.
3. The automotive finish repair paint according to claim 1, wherein the repair process using the automotive finish repair paint comprises the following steps:
polishing along the scratch by using polishing abrasive paper, polishing the scratch and the automobile paint surface around the scratch to form a repair groove, exposing the automobile body at the bottom of the paint surface, washing the repair groove by using absolute ethyl alcohol and then drying;
secondly, trimming a notch which has the same shape as the repairing groove and is larger than the opening of the repairing groove on the shielding paper, enabling the notch on the shielding paper to correspond to the repairing groove, spraying a coupling agent solution to the repairing groove, wiping the coupling agent solution on the automobile paint surface at the edge of the repairing groove by using dry filter paper, wiping the coupling agent solution by using filter paper soaked by acetic acid aqueous solution with the pH value of 6-6.5, and forming a coupling agent coating in the repairing groove after drying;
thirdly, after masking paper is attached to the periphery of the repairing groove, spraying a layer of filling component into the repairing groove, scraping the filling component on the automobile paint surface at the edge of the repairing groove by using a rubber scraper, then attaching shading paper to the periphery of the repairing groove, primarily curing the filling component by ultraviolet irradiation, and further curing the filling component by using a baking lamp, wherein the rubber scraper is a rubber sheet made of soft rubber materials and provided with a flat side;
step four, after masking paper is attached to the periphery of the repairing groove, spraying a layer of primer component on the surface of the solidified filling component, scraping the primer component on the automobile paint surface at the edge of the repairing groove by using a rubber scraper, spraying transition treatment paste along the contact position of the primer component and the original paint surface after ultraviolet light irradiation and preliminary solidification, utilizing sand paper to draw a circle along the contact position of the primer component and the original paint surface for polishing, stopping polishing after 6-10min, washing with neutral deionized water, drying at a low temperature, wherein the drying temperature is not more than 60 ℃, and curing the primer component by using a baking lamp after drying;
and fifthly, polishing the surface of the bottom connecting component to be flat, coating a layer of varnish on the flat surface of the bottom connecting component, and curing and polishing to finish paint surface repair.
4. The repair paint for automobile paint surfaces according to claim 3, wherein the shading paper is opaque black kraft paper.
5. The repair paint as claimed in claim 3, wherein the coupling agent solution is a deionized water solution of 1-3% coupling agent, and the coupling agent is an alkaline coupling agent.

The automobile paint surface repairing paint according to claim 3, characterized in that the transition treatment paste is prepared by uniformly mixing dichloromethane, hollow microspheres, stearic acid, a dispersing agent, attapulgite and a pigment through ultrasonic sound, wherein the mass ratio of the hollow microspheres to the attapulgite to the stearic acid to the dichloromethane is 1:1-2:0.1-0.3: 3-5.
