一种竹木纤维集成板的制造方法,包括以下步骤:将竹木纤维粉浸入55‑65℃的高锰酸钾溶液1h,干燥;将干燥后的竹木纤维粉20‑30重量份、重质碳酸钙90‑110重量份、聚氯乙烯树脂粉70‑90重量份、PBS树脂9‑15重量份、空心陶瓷微珠8‑12重量份、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物8‑12重量份、热稳定剂4‑5重量份、发泡调节剂5‑6重量份、发泡剂0.6‑1.2重量份、硬脂酸0.5‑1重量份、PE蜡0.5‑1重量份混合搅拌均匀并预塑化得到混匀物;加入螺杆挤出机的料斗,控制加工温度为150~170℃挤出成型;定型并冷却至室温,切割,然后进行压光贴膜处理,最终制造得到的竹木纤维集成板不仅具有良好的韧性,且防潮性能较为优异,常温下冲击韧性可达到0.08kJ/m2以上,吸水厚度膨胀率不超过0.2%,具有极为广阔的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及室内装饰板材技术领域,特别涉及到一种竹木纤维集成板的制造方法。
背景技术
竹木纤维集成墙板是一种快速装修材料,目前可以适用于室内任何墙壁和顶。家装可用于厨房、客厅、卫生间、卧室、儿童房、老年房、健身房等等,其使用寿命长,安装方便快速,更重要的是,竹木纤维集成墙板是一种非常环保的材料,还可多次利用,日益受到人们的追捧。
公开号为109306137 A的中国专利公开了一种无铅竹木纤维集成墙面及其制备方法,无铅竹木纤维集成墙面的材料包括树脂、轻钙、竹木纤维混合物、稳定剂、调节剂、黄发泡剂、白发泡剂、PE蜡和氯化聚乙烯,该专利采用钙锌稳定剂取代铅镉盐类和有机锡类等有毒稳定剂,较为环保。但是,该竹木纤维板的韧性不佳,且防潮性能较差,当该竹木纤维板吸水后会慢慢膨胀变形,随着居住时间的延长,极大影响了室内环境的美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种竹木纤维集成板的制造方法,通过该方法制备得到的绿色环保竹木纤维集成板具有较好的韧性,且防潮性能较为优异。
为了解决上述问题,采用以下技术方案: 一种竹木纤维集成板的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
A.表面处理:将竹木纤维粉浸入55-65℃的高锰酸钾溶液中1h,然后洗涤干净,再送入干燥窑进行干燥;
B.将重质碳酸钙90-110重量份、聚氯乙烯树脂粉70-90重量份、PBS树脂9-15重量份、空心陶瓷微珠 8-12重量份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物8-12重量份、热稳定剂4-5重量份、发泡调节剂5-6重量份、发泡剂0.6-1.2重量份、硬脂酸0.5-1重量份、PE蜡0.5-1重量份和步骤A中干燥后的竹木纤维粉20-30重量份混合搅拌均匀并预塑化得到混匀物;
C.将步骤B中所得混匀物加入螺杆挤出机的料斗,控制加工温度为150~170℃挤出成型;
D.将步骤C中成型后的物料经过定径套送入真空冷却箱进行定型并冷却至室温,切割得到半成品,然后将半成品进行压光贴膜处理,即得本发明中所述的绿色环保竹木纤维集成板。
优选地,步骤B中各原料的加入量为:重质碳酸钙100重量份、聚氯乙烯树脂粉80重量份、PBS树脂12重量份、空心陶瓷微珠10重量份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10重量份、热稳定剂4.5重量份、发泡调节剂5.5重量份、发泡剂0.9重量份、硬脂酸0.75重量份、PE蜡0.75重量份、竹木纤维粉25重量份。
优选地,步骤A中高锰酸钾溶液的温度为60℃。
优选地,所述竹木纤维粉的目数为80-120目,所述重质碳酸钙的目数为1250目。
其中,所述热稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂。
其中,所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。
和现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明首先控制温度为55-60℃对竹木纤维先进行表面处理,提高了竹木纤维和树脂之间的界面性能,然后在挤出工艺中加入特定含量的PBS树脂和空心陶瓷微珠 ,改善了竹木纤维集成板的韧性和防潮性能。经过测试,
本发明制造得到的竹木纤维集成板在常温下的冲击韧性可达到0.08kJ/m2以上,吸水厚度膨胀率不超过0.2%,具有极为广阔的应用前景。

一种竹木纤维集成板的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
A.表面处理:将竹木纤维粉浸入55℃的高锰酸钾溶液中1h,然后洗涤干净,再送入干燥窑进行干燥;
B.将重质碳酸钙90重量份、聚氯乙烯树脂粉70重量份、PBS树脂9重量份、空心陶瓷微珠8重量份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物8重量份、热稳定剂4重量份、K100发泡调节剂5重量份、发泡剂0.6重量份、硬脂酸0.5重量份、PE蜡0.5重量份和步骤A中干燥后的竹木纤维粉20重量份混合搅拌均匀并预塑化得到混匀物;
C.将步骤B中所得混匀物加入螺杆挤出机的料斗,控制加工温度为150~170℃挤出成型;
D.将步骤C中成型后的物料经过定径套送入真空冷却箱进行定型并冷却至室温,切割得到半成品,然后将半成品进行压光贴膜处理,即得。

C.将步骤B中所得混匀物加入螺杆挤出机的料斗,控制加工温度为150~170℃挤出成型;
D.将步骤C中成型后的物料经过定径套送入真空冷却箱进行定型并冷却至室温,切割得到半成品,然后将半成品进行压光贴膜处理,即得。

C.将步骤B中所得混匀物加入螺杆挤出机的料斗,控制加工温度为150~170℃挤出成型;
D.将步骤C中成型后的物料经过定径套送入真空冷却箱进行定型并冷却至室温,切割得到半成品,然后将半成品进行压光贴膜处理,即得本发明中所述的绿色环保竹木纤维集成板。

和实施例3相比,唯一区别在于:省去对竹木纤维粉进行表面处理的步骤,即省去步骤A。

和实施例3相比,唯一区别在于:原料中未加入PBS树脂和空心陶瓷微珠。
以上实施例1-3和对比例1-3中,竹木纤维集成板的吸水厚度膨胀率参照GB/T17657-2013的规定进行检测,即每个实施例或对比例均取6个试样并全部浸入水中72h,测试中心点的厚度变化,吸水厚度膨胀比等于试件吸水后厚度的增加量与吸水前厚度之比,取6个试样吸水厚度膨胀比的算术平均值为检测结果,精确至0.1%。常温冲击韧性同样参照GB/T17657-2013中的规定进行检测,即将试件置于(20±2)℃、相对湿度65%±5%环境中至质量恒定后进行冲击韧性测试。
实施例1-3和对比例1-3中竹木纤维集成板的吸水厚度膨胀率和常温冲击韧性的测试结果见下表1所示。
由上表1可知,本发明中最终制造得到的竹木纤维集成板不仅具有良好的韧性,且防潮性能较为优异,常温下测试其冲击韧性发现其结果可达到0.08kJ/m2以上,吸水厚度膨胀率不超过0.2%。而对比文件1中现有技术中的竹木纤维板,吸水厚度膨胀率为0.4,常温冲击韧性为0.065,明显不如实施例1-3。
另外,对比例2未对竹木纤维粉进行表面处理,对比例3的原料中未加入PBS树脂和空心陶瓷微珠,其测试得到的吸水厚度膨胀率和常温冲击韧性均明显劣于实施例。

1.一种竹木纤维集成板的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A.表面处理:将竹木纤维粉浸入55-65℃的高锰酸钾溶液中1h,然后洗涤干净,再送入干燥窑进行干燥;
B.将重质碳酸钙90-110重量份、聚氯乙烯树脂粉70-90重量份、PBS树脂9-15重量份、空心陶瓷微珠 8-12重量份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物8-12重量份、热稳定剂4-5重量份、发泡调节剂5-6重量份、发泡剂0.6-1.2重量份、硬脂酸0.5-1重量份、PE蜡0.5-1重量份和步骤A中干燥后的竹木纤维粉20-30重量份混合搅拌均匀并预塑化得到混匀物;
C.将步骤B中所得混匀物加入螺杆挤出机的料斗,控制加工温度为150~170℃挤出成型;
D.将步骤C中成型后的物料经过定径套送入真空冷却箱进行定型并冷却至室温,切割得到半成品,然后将半成品进行压光贴膜处理,即得本发明中所述的绿色环保竹木纤维集成板。
