Different first mounting holes and second mounting holes can be selected to mount the tension springs according to the requirement on cleanliness, the pressure provided by the tension springs is different, so that the pressure between the cloth and the first adsorption roller 6 is different, the friction force between the cloth and the first adsorption roller is influenced, the adsorption effect is finally influenced, and the state shown in figure 4 provides larger friction force than the state shown in figure 1.
Referring to fig. 5, the first suction roller includes a first fixing rod 61, a first sleeve 62 and a first mounting table 63, and a first end of the first fixing rod 61 is mounted on a first end surface of the first mounting table 63; the second end surface of the first mounting platform 63 is an inclined surface 64, and is fixedly connected with the inner side surface of the first swing arm 51 to form a corresponding included angle; the first sleeve 62 is sleeved on the first fixing rod 61. In order to facilitate the installation and the detachment of the first sleeve 62, the first bolt 65 is further included, the first bolt 65 is installed in a threaded hole at the second end of the first fixing rod 61, and the diameter of the tail of the first bolt 65 is larger than that of the first fixing rod 61, so that the first sleeve 62 can be clamped. The end of the first sleeve 62 is provided with a first groove 66 for accommodating the tail of the first bolt 65, so that the first bolt 65 is prevented from scraping cloth.
Since the ends of the two first adsorption rollers 6 are not connected, the middle portion of the cloth 9 is not adsorbed. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present invention, a second swing arm 52 is further disposed on the rotating shaft 5, a second suction roller 7 is connected to a terminal of the second swing arm 52, and an outer periphery of the second suction roller 7 is closely attached to the flat screen printing machine and is located at a middle position of the flat screen printing machine. The suction is performed at a position where the first suction roller 6 cannot suck. Referring to fig. 6, the second suction roller 7 has a structure similar to that of the first suction roller 6. Specifically, the second adsorption roller 7 comprises a second fixing rod 71, a second sleeve 72 and a second mounting table 73, wherein a first end of the second fixing rod 71 is mounted on a first end face of the second mounting table 72; the second end surface of the second mounting table 72 is fixedly connected with the inner side surface of the second swing arm 52; the second sleeve 72 is sleeved on the second fixing rod 71. Along with the movement of the pressing plate 11, the tail part of the pressing plate 11 is periodically pressed on the upper surface of the guide belt 1 to fix the cloth on the guide belt 1, so that the cloth cannot be pulled and deformed due to the movement of the magnetic steel bar in the screen frame 1 when the screen frame works, and the printing quality is ensured. In order to avoid the pressing plate from touching the frame 12 on both sides of the belt 1 during the movement, the middle of the pressing plate 11 on the lower side of the conveyor belt is arched upwards around the frame 12. Meanwhile, in order to fix the net frame 2, two sides of the net frame 2 bypass the conveyer belt 10 through the bent support 21, and the tail part of the support 21 is fixed on the frame 12.
