Abstract
The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a global colored printing high-elasticity TPU film balloon, which comprises the following operation steps: cutting the high-elasticity single-color TPU film material into blocks according to the design size of a product, selecting a support frame with the corresponding size, and putting the cut TPU film material into the support frame to be supported and flattened; fixing a pad table on the screen printing table, installing a TPU film material into a support frame, sleeving the support frame on the pad table, and flatly attaching the upper surface of the TPU film to the screen printing screen plate; printing a required pattern on the TPU film by using high-stretch paint by using a screen printing machine; installing a required shape die on a high-frequency hot melting machine, overlapping and contrasting two layers of TPU films printed with patterns, placing a hot melting platform, enabling the patterns to face outwards, vertically contrasting the positions of the patterns with the die, and carrying out hot pressing forming by using a starter; after the balloon is formed, the balloon is filled with gas to be formed. The double-sided TPU hot melting molding only has one seam, so that the number of the seams is greatly reduced, the air leakage probability is reduced, the service life is prolonged, the process is greatly simplified, and the cost is reduced; can be repeatedly used, and is safe and environment-friendly.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of processing and manufacturing of related balloons, in particular to a manufacturing method of a high-elasticity TPU film balloon with global surface color printing.
Background
The existing high-elasticity TPU balloon does not have a good technical scheme for pattern printing, and particularly cannot print a global seamless pattern, because the existing process is to perform pattern printing operation after the spherical membrane is subjected to hot melting molding, but the membrane surface of the spherical membrane has an irreparable crease after transportation, processing and hot melting, so that silk-screen paint can be accumulated at the crease during silk-screen printing, and the printed pattern is messy and damaged. And the formed spherical film cannot be gravure printed by a large gravure press because of too small size, so that the existing technical process cannot be used for full-spherical and seamless multi-color printing of the high-elasticity TPU balloon.

s1: cutting the high-elasticity single-color TPU film material into blocks according to the design size of a product, selecting a support frame with the corresponding size, and putting the cut TPU film material into the support frame to be supported and flattened;
s2: fixing a pad table on the screen printing table, installing a TPU film material into a support frame, sleeving the support frame on the pad table, and enabling the upper surface of the pad table to be mutually attached to a TPU film and the upper surface of the TPU film to be flatly attached to the screen printing screen plate;
s3: printing a required pattern on the TPU film by using high-stretch paint by using a screen printing machine;
s4: installing a required shape die on a high-frequency hot melting machine, overlapping and contrasting two layers of TPU films printed with patterns, placing a hot melting platform, enabling the patterns to face outwards, vertically contrasting the positions of the patterns with the die, and carrying out hot pressing forming by using a starter;
s5: after the balloon is formed, the balloon is filled with gas to be formed.
Preferably, the cushion table in S2) has a smooth, flat and hard texture, the thickness of the cushion table is slightly higher than the edge of the support frame, the shape of the cushion table corresponds to that of the support frame, and the size of the cushion table is smaller than that of the support frame.
Preferably, when the screen printing plate is manufactured in S2), the positioning setting is performed in advance, and the method includes the following steps:
s1: setting positioning points on the cut TPU film material by accurately referring to the shape and size of the die, wherein the positioning points are three uniformly-spaced round points with the diameter of 5mm, the distribution positions of the round points are isosceles triangles, the middle points are positioned on the center line of the pattern, the left point and the right point are symmetrical according to the center line, and the three points are positioned outside the working ranges of the pattern and the hot melting die; when the silk-screen printing plate is manufactured, the positioning points are added on the patterns to be manufactured together;
s2: manually punching one by one on a preset positioning point by adopting an edge-tracking carving machine or a puncher;
s3: on a working platform of the high-frequency machine, referring to the size of the position direction of the hot melting work of the die, comparing the printed ball film with the printed ball film, and after illuminating to a proper position, taking the position of a positioning hole on the ball film as the position of a positioning column so as to fix three positioning columns; and (4) the positioning column penetrates through the positioning hole to determine the processing site of the TPU film material.
Preferably, the positioning column can be made of materials such as silica gel, metal, wood, plastics and the like; the height of the positioning column is smaller than the thickness of the die, and the diameter of the positioning column is smaller than that of the positioning hole.
Preferably, the screen printing plate used in S3) may be repeatedly replaced with screen printing plates of different patterns and color paints according to the needs of the patterns, and the paint patterns brushed on the film are dried before the screen printing and painting operation is performed again.
Preferably, the balloon may be filled with helium or hydrogen.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the manufacturing method of the high-elasticity TPU membrane balloon provided by the invention has the advantages of simple and stable process structure and low production cost; the finished product is beautiful, low in price, small in size, light in weight, convenient to carry and use, bright and exquisite in pattern, capable of being printed on the whole surface and regular in shape. The double-sided TPU hot melting molding only has one seam, so that the number of the seams is greatly reduced, the air leakage probability is reduced, and the service life is prolonged; can be repeatedly used, and is safe and environment-friendly; the balloon can be suspended after being filled with helium or hydrogen, a small-sized lighting device can be placed in the balloon, and the overall shape of the balloon cannot be influenced due to the elasticity of the balloon skin after the lighting device is fixed; the lighting device can be suspended in the air; seamless printing of global surfaces; regular spherical bodies; the production cost is low, and the pattern shape can be varied.

s1: cutting the high-elasticity single-color TPU film material into blocks according to the design size of a product, selecting a support frame with the corresponding size, and putting the cut TPU film material into the support frame to be supported and flattened;
s2: fixing a pad table on the screen printing table, installing a TPU film material into a support frame, sleeving the support frame on the pad table, and enabling the upper surface of the pad table to be mutually attached to a TPU film and the upper surface of the TPU film to be flatly attached to the screen printing screen plate;
s3: printing a required pattern on the TPU film by using high-stretch paint by using a screen printing machine;
s4: installing a required shape die on a high-frequency hot melting machine, overlapping and contrasting two layers of TPU films printed with patterns, placing a hot melting platform, enabling the patterns to face outwards, penetrating positioning holes in the films through positioning columns on a machine platform, enabling the positions to be vertically contrasted with the die, and performing hot pressing forming by using a starter;
s5: after the balloon is formed, the balloon is filled with gas to be formed.
Further, the cushion table in S2) is smooth, flat and hard in texture, the thickness of the cushion table is slightly higher than the edge of the support frame, the shape of the cushion table corresponds to the support frame, and the size of the cushion table is smaller than the size of the support frame.

Example 2: a method for manufacturing a global surface color gravure printing high-elasticity TPU film balloon comprises the following operation steps:
s1: the high-elasticity monochromatic TPU coiled material is placed on a roller shaft of a feeding hole of a broad-width proper intaglio printing press, the coiled material is conveyed by the rotation of the machine, the membrane material of the coiled material flatly enters the intaglio printing press, the plate roller pattern of the intaglio printing press is designed and installed according to the requirements of product patterns, cutting lines, positioning points and the like, and the machine is started to print patterns.
S2: and at the position of a film material outlet of the gravure press, the high-elongation paint is quickly dried by baking with hot air and is rolled and molded.
S3: and carrying out cutting and punching operation on the printed film material according to the printed cutting line and the printed positioning point by an edge-tracking cutting machine or manual operation.
S4: installing a required shape die on a high-frequency hot melting machine, overlapping and flatly placing two layers of TPU films printed with patterns and cut and punched, wherein the patterns face outwards, a positioning column of the hot melting platform penetrates through positioning holes of two films to vertically contrast the positions of the films with the die, and hot-pressing and forming by a starter.
S5: after the balloon is formed, the balloon is filled with gas to be formed.

s3: printing a required pattern on the TPU film by using high-stretch paint by using a screen printing machine;
s4: installing a required shape die on a high-frequency hot melting machine, overlapping and contrasting two layers of TPU films printed with patterns, placing a hot melting platform, enabling the patterns to face outwards, vertically contrasting the positions of the patterns with the die, and carrying out hot pressing forming by using a starter;
