一种一体多段式抱紧夹具
技术领域
本发明涉及到夹具领域,特指一种一体多段式抱紧夹具。
背景技术
使用分段气动控制的抱紧夹具或者伺服系统控制的抱紧夹具是自动控制中实现不同物品的快速夹持抓取的常用方法。该方法一般适用于形状相似的物品,使用时基于物品形状设计一种形状类似的通用抱紧夹具,通过控制抱紧夹具夹持面之间的压力实现一定尺寸范围内物品的夹持。但是,对于曲率较大的弧线型物品,譬如圆形、椭圆形物品,由于设计的通用抱紧夹具与目标夹持物品之间的接触面积一般随着尺寸的减小快速减小,设计的通用抱紧夹具可适用的物品尺寸范围较窄且在夹持时尺寸差异较大的物品时容易发生滑动而失去同轴性,降低后续放置或装配时的定位精度。另一方面,对于任何一种通用抱紧夹具,当物品的尺寸范围小于夹具最终实现闭合状态时的尺寸,仍然需要更换夹具。
发明内容
针对以上不足,本发明提出一种一体多段式抱紧夹具,它节奏紧凑,能够实现更大尺寸范围内的物品夹持,减少夹具更换的时间,同时提高弧线型物品夹持时的同轴性,增加定位或装配精度。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种一体多段式抱紧夹具,包括安装底座1、阶梯状抱紧夹具2和伸缩气缸3,所述阶梯状抱紧夹具2安装所述伸缩气缸3底部,所述伸缩气缸3安装在所述安装底座1底部,所述阶梯状抱紧夹具2在所述伸缩气缸3的推动下张开或闭合,所述阶梯状抱紧夹具2为由上到下内径突变增大的结构。
所述阶梯状抱紧夹具2内径突变增大的次数至少为1次。
所述阶梯状抱紧夹具2的竖直纵截面为阶梯状。
所述阶梯状抱紧夹具2为两块相互分离且对称安装的倒‘L’形夹板,所述倒‘L’形夹板通过水平一侧安装在所述伸缩气缸3底部。
本发明结构紧凑、易于安装,能够实现更大尺寸范围内的物品夹持,减少夹具更换的时间,同时提高弧线型物品夹持时的同轴性,增加定位或装配精度。
