The invention provides a soap-containing steel wire cotton ball production device, wherein a rack is respectively provided with a driving rail, a soap lye filling box and an electric cabinet, the driving rail is arranged below the soap lye filling rail, two ends of the driving rail and the soap lye filling rail are connected through a transition rail, and a mould box runs from the driving rail to the right end of the soap lye filling rail through the transition rail by the driving rail; a soap liquid filling box is arranged above the soap liquid filling rail and is used for filling soap liquid on the steel wool balls in the die box; the bottom of the soap liquid filling box is provided with a soap liquid nozzle which is opposite to the mould box; the electric cabinet is connected with a driving motor for driving the driving track and a soap liquid spray gun arranged in the soap liquid filling box. The invention adopts the driving track, the soap lye filling track and the transition track to form a complete mould box running loop, has simple structure, realizes the production of the soap steel wire containing cotton balls in a production line, and obviously improves the production efficiency.
