when the switch selects the symbolic picture, and the state is detected to be selected and the television is started again, the startup picture automatically pushes the symbolic picture of the selected state stored in the intelligent television.

An intelligent television, characterized by comprising a processor and a memory connected with the processor, wherein the memory stores an acquisition program of a television menu function, and the acquisition program of the television menu function is used for realizing the following steps when being executed by the processor:
the method comprises the steps that after the intelligent television is started, system initialization is carried out, a current mark of the intelligent television is obtained, and whether the current mark is a factory state mark or not is judged;
when the current mark is a factory state mark, automatically prompting a user to select national options through setting a guide;
presetting a language database, a channel database and a picture database in the intelligent television, when a country is selected, switching a user menu into the language of the selected country based on the language database, displaying a channel list of a television station of the selected country based on the channel database, switching a subtitle of a television program into the language of the selected country based on the language database and storing a symbolic picture of the selected country based on the picture database;
the starting picture of the intelligent television comprises a user-defined picture manually set by a user and symbolic pictures corresponding to different countries; controlling the starting picture of the intelligent television to be a self-defined picture or a symbolic picture by setting a change-over switch; when the manual mode is selected by the change-over switch, the startup picture automatically pushes the user-defined picture set by the user manually.
8. The smart tv of claim 7, wherein the program for obtaining tv menu functions, when executed by the processor, is further configured to implement the steps of:
the intelligent television is subjected to factory resetting in advance when being delivered from a factory, and the state after the factory resetting is stored as a factory state;
the method comprises the steps that after the intelligent television is started, system initialization is carried out, and a current mark and a factory state mark of the intelligent television are obtained through system software;
and comparing the current mark with the factory state mark, and judging whether the current mark is the factory state mark.
9. The smart tv of claim 7, wherein the program for obtaining tv menu functions, when executed by the processor, is further configured to implement the steps of:
receiving a country selected by a user in a display mode of providing three country options according to the intelligent television;
automatically switching the user menu to the language of the selected country based on the language database according to the selected country;
automatically displaying a channel list transmitted by a television station of the selected country based on the channel database according to the selected country, wherein the channel list comprises television program channels and station numbers;
automatically displaying subtitles of the television program to the language of the selected country based on the language database according to the selected country;
and storing the symbolic picture of the selected country into a startup picture based on the picture database according to the selected country.
10. A storage medium storing an acquisition program of a television menu function, the acquisition program being executed by a processor to implement the acquisition method of the television menu function according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
