Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The device mainly related to the embodiment of the invention at least comprises a set top box, a cloud platform and a terminal, wherein at least a set top box identifier uniquely corresponding to the set top box is stored in the set top box, the cloud platform mainly plays a role of data storage and stores all service information in service information set, the terminal can be an APP installed on equipment such as a user mobile phone or a tablet personal computer, and the like, and is a software application based on an intelligent mobile terminal, and the application has the functions of television remote control, game manipulation, program list search, television screen pushing and the like.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for provisioning a service of a set top box according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step S01, receiving an association request sent by a terminal, wherein the association request at least comprises a user identifier and a set-top box identifier, the set-top box identifier sends an identifier request to the set-top box through the terminal, and the set-top box sends the set-top box identifier to the terminal.
When a user receives that a new set top box needs to perform account binding operation on the set top box before using the set top box to activate the new set top box, the set top box is used normally. The user identifier and the password when the IPTV service is enabled and the set-top box identifier of the set-top box need to be bound between the cloud platform and the set-top box.
The user needs to send an identification request to the set-top box through the terminal. And the set-top box extracts the stored self set-top box identification after receiving the identification request and sends the set-top box identification to the terminal, wherein the set-top box identification is a unique identification code of the set-top box, such as STBID. After receiving the set-top box identifier, the terminal stores the set-top box identifier and a pre-stored or acquired user identifier which opens the IPTV service into an association request, and sends the association request to the cloud platform. The user identifier may be a number and an english number, for example, Y123, set by the user when the user opens the IPTV service in a business office or in an online transaction, or may be a name or a mailbox of the user, and is not limited specifically herein.
Step S02, if the service information containing the user identification is found in the stored service information set, wherein the service information at least comprises the user identification and the password, the set-top box identification is stored in the service information;
and the cloud platform searches whether the service information corresponding to the user identification exists in the stored service information set according to the received association request. The service information is stored with a large amount of service information in a centralized manner, each piece of service information is uniquely corresponding to a user identifier which opens the IPTV service, each piece of service information at least comprises the user identifier and a password, and the password is set when the IPTV service is opened by the user identifier.
And if the cloud platform does not find the service information corresponding to the user identifier in the service information set, judging that the user identifier does not open the related IPTV service.
If the service information containing the user identification is found in the service information set, the set top box identification in the associated information is stored in the service information, so that the set top box identification is associated with the user identification, and the binding is realized on a cloud platform. If the service information already has a set top box identifier, the set top box identifier that already exists may be covered by a new set top box identifier, or multiple set top box identifiers may also be simultaneously stored in one service information, which may be specifically set according to the requirements of an IPTV service platform, and this is not specifically limited herein, but for convenience of description, in the following embodiments, only one service information at most only includes one set top box identifier is taken as an example for illustration.
Step S03, receiving a registration request sent by the set-top box, wherein the registration request at least comprises the set-top box identifier;
the set top box is started for the first time, after network setting is completed, an authentication program, such as an android installation package (APK), is started, and if the set top box identifier of the set top box is not bound with any user identifier, a registration request is periodically sent to the cloud platform, for example, every few seconds or dozens of seconds, wherein the registration request at least comprises the set top box identifier. If the set-top box does not receive the required related binding information with the set-top box identifier within a preset time threshold, for example, 10 minutes, the set-top box stops sending the registration request in order to relieve the query pressure of the cloud platform.
The time when the set-top box sends the registration request to the cloud platform may also be the time when the set-top box waits for a proper time threshold, for example, 1 minute, after sending the set-top box identifier to the terminal. The other mode is that the cloud platform actively inquires whether the information needs to be registered or not from the set top box after the binding of the set top box identification and the user identification is realized, and then sends a registration request to the cloud platform if the set top box judges that the information needs to be registered. Of course, the cloud platform needs to know the network address of the set-top box in advance when inquiring the set-top box, that is, the service information may need to add a network address of the set-top box, for example, a broadband account number.
The time or manner of sending the registration request by the set-top box is not specifically limited, but for convenience of description, in the following embodiments, the set-top box sends the registration request periodically only as an example.
Step S04, finding out the service information containing the set-top box identifier in the service information set, and sending registration information to the set-top box, where the registration information at least includes the user identifier and the password in the service information, so that the set-top box stores the user identifier and the password.
After receiving a registration request, the cloud platform extracts the set top box identifier in the registration request, and then searches whether the service information set contains the service information of the set top box identifier.
If the required service information is not found, the cloud platform may send failure information or no message to the set top box.
And if the service information corresponding to the set top box identification is found, extracting the user identification and the password in the service information, storing the user identification and the password in registration information, and sending the registration information to the set top box. The set-top box stores the received user identification and the password to realize the binding of the set-top box.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the set top box identification of the set top box is collected by the terminal, the set top box identification is associated with the user identification, then the set top box identification and the user identification are bound on the cloud platform, and finally the set top box obtains the corresponding user identification and the password through the registration request, so that the binding on the set top box is realized, and the service opening of the set top box is realized more conveniently, quickly and accurately.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another method for provisioning a service of a set top box according to an embodiment of the present invention, further where the service information further includes a terminal identifier of the terminal, and accordingly, as shown in fig. 2, before step S01, the method further includes:
step S05, receiving an inquiry request sent by the terminal, wherein the inquiry request at least comprises the terminal identification;
the service information stored in the cloud platform further includes a terminal identifier, such as a mobile phone number, which is set by a user when handling the IPTV service, and is used for associating the terminal identifier with the user identifier when handling the IPTV service on the cloud platform.
For the newly transacted IPTV service, the terminal does not acquire the related user identification yet. When a user starts a terminal, the terminal sends an inquiry request to the cloud platform, wherein the inquiry request at least comprises the terminal identifier, and the inquiry request is used for inquiring whether to-be-bound service information associated with the terminal identifier exists in the service information of the cloud platform. Of course, the query request may also be actively sent to the cloud platform by the user through the terminal.
Step S06, if the service information containing the terminal identifier is found in the stored service information set, sending the user identifier in the service information to the terminal.
After receiving the query request, the cloud platform searches whether the service information containing the terminal identifier exists in the service information, and the service information is in an unbound state, that is, the service information does not contain the set top box identifier. And if the required service information is not found, sending no service information or no information to the terminal. And if the required service information is found, the user identification in the service information is sent to the terminal. And the terminal stores the received user identification and simultaneously sends the identification request to the set-top box.
In the interaction process between the terminal and the cloud platform, since the two are in different networks and platforms in practical application, a server may need to be added between the two to convert or transmit mutual interaction information, and particularly, the setting may need to be performed according to practical situations, which is not specifically limited herein. For convenience of description, the following embodiments illustrate the case where the server is not needed.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the user identification and the terminal identification are associated on the cloud platform, so that the terminal can acquire the unbound user identification through the terminal identification, the set top box identification of the set top box is acquired through the terminal to associate the set top box identification with the user identification, the set top box identification and the user identification are bound on the cloud platform, and finally the set top box obtains the corresponding user identification and the password through the registration request, so that the binding on the set top box is realized, and the service opening of the set top box is realized more conveniently, quickly and accurately.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for opening a service of another set top box according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, after step S04, the method further includes:
step S07, receiving an authentication request sent by a set-top box, wherein the authentication request at least comprises a user identifier and a password stored by the set-top box;
after the set top box is bound, an authentication request can be initiated to the cloud platform, wherein the authentication request at least comprises the stored user identification and the password.
Step S08, if the service information containing the user identifier and the password is found in the service information set, replying an authentication success message to the set-top box so that the set-top box starts to operate normally.
After receiving the authentication request, the cloud platform matches the user identifier and the password in the authentication request, which may be to search whether service information including the user identifier and the password exists in the service information set. If not, the authentication is considered to be failed, and authentication failure information is sent to the set top box. And if the required service information is found, judging that the authentication is successful, and sending authentication success information to the set top box. The set-top box is activated successfully only after receiving the authentication success information, and the IPTV service can be normally executed.
After the set-top box is successfully bound, the authentication process is required to be carried out every time the set-top box is started, and the set-top box starts to normally operate after receiving the authentication success information.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the set top box identification of the set top box is collected by the terminal, the set top box identification is associated with the user identification, then the set top box identification and the user identification are bound on the cloud platform, finally the set top box obtains the corresponding user identification and the password through the registration request, the binding on the set top box is realized, and then the authentication process is executed according to the user identification and the password, so that the service opening of the set top box is realized more conveniently, quickly and accurately.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, further, the service information further includes a service status, and correspondingly, if the service information including the user identifier and the password is found in the service information set, an authentication success message is replied to the set-top box to enable the set-top box to start normal operation, specifically:
and if the service information containing the password of the user identification is found in the service information set and the service state in the service information is valid, replying the success information of the user to the set-top box so as to enable the set-top box to start normal operation.
Each IPTV service has a certain timeliness, for example, if the time of the user subscription is one year, the IPTV service corresponding to the user identifier is valid only within one year. Therefore, the service information also needs to include a service status, which may be valid or invalid, or a status time threshold, and is not specifically limited herein, but for convenience of description, the following embodiments only exemplify that the service status is valid or invalid. The cloud platform needs to update the business status periodically, for example, a day, or an hour.
In the authentication process of the set top box, if the cloud platform finds the service information corresponding to the authentication request, it is further required to confirm whether the service state included in the service information is valid, if not, authentication failure information is sent, and if so, authentication success information is sent.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the set top box identification of the set top box is collected by the terminal, the set top box identification is associated with the user identification, then the set top box identification and the user identification are bound on the cloud platform, finally, the set top box obtains the corresponding user identification and the password through the registration request, the binding on the set top box is realized, and the service state is added into the service information to further verify the validity of the service, so that the service opening of the set top box is realized more conveniently, quickly and accurately.
Based on the above embodiment, further, the method further includes:
receiving service updating information sent by the business system, wherein the service updating information at least comprises one piece of service information;
and storing the service information into the service information set.
When the user newly transacts the IPTV service or updates the service information, the business system generates new service information corresponding to the user identifier, where the updated service information may include a new password, a new service status, or a new terminal identifier. And after the new service information is collected, the business system sends the new service information to the cloud platform in a form of service update information regularly or immediately. And after receiving the service updating information, the cloud platform stores the new service information into the service information set. For the service information that already exists in the service information set and contains the same user identifier as the new service information, for example, the user identifier in the new service information is Y123, and the user identifier of the old service information is also Y123, the method may be implemented in an overlay or update manner.
The embodiment of the invention sends new service information to the cloud platform through the business system, then the terminal collects the set top box identification of the set top box to associate the set top box identification with the user identification, then the set top box identification and the user identification are bound on the cloud platform, and finally the set top box obtains the corresponding user identification and the password through the registration request, thereby realizing the binding on the set top box, and further realizing the service opening of the set top box more conveniently, quickly and accurately.
