A fourth embodiment of the present invention provides a computer program product including instructions, which, when the computer program product runs on a computer, causes the computer to execute the method provided in the first embodiment of the present invention.
The fifth embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the method provided in the first embodiment of the present invention is implemented.
Those of skill would further appreciate that the various illustrative components and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both, and that the various illustrative components and steps have been described above generally in terms of their functionality in order to clearly illustrate this interchangeability of hardware and software. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.
The steps of a method or algorithm described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied in hardware, a software module executed by a processor, or a combination of the two. A software module may reside in Random Access Memory (RAM), memory, Read Only Memory (ROM), electrically programmable ROM, electrically erasable programmable ROM, registers, hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any other form of storage medium known in the art.

Claims (10)

1. A remote consultation method, comprising:
receiving consultation application information sent by a first terminal, wherein the consultation application information comprises: a first time of consultation and first participant information;
determining consultation place information according to the first participant information, and determining consultation second time according to the first participant information and the first time;
generating login information according to the location information and the second time;
determining an electronic communication address of a first participant according to a preset expert information base and the first participant information;
sending the login information to the electronic communication address;
receiving login information of the first participant for logging in through a second terminal;
verifying the login information;
after the verification is passed, the first diagnosis and treatment data of the patient sent by the first terminal is sent to a second terminal;
receiving first video and audio information aiming at first diagnosis and treatment data, which is acquired by a first acquisition device connected with a first terminal;
sending the first diagnosis and treatment data and the first video and audio information to the second terminal;
receiving a first operation aiming at the first diagnosis and treatment data sent by the second terminal; wherein the first operation comprises a drawing operation and/or a text writing operation;
receiving second video and audio information aiming at the first operation, which is acquired by a second acquisition device connected with the second terminal;
and sending the first operation and the second video and audio information to the first terminal so that the first terminal displays video information in the first operation and the second video and audio information and plays audio information in the second video and audio information.
2. The remote consultation method according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises, before:
acquiring original diagnosis and treatment data of a patient on at least one medical information platform;
processing the original diagnosis and treatment data according to a preset service type to obtain diagnosis and treatment data;
receiving newly added diagnosis and treatment data of a patient;
and processing the diagnosis and treatment data and the newly-added diagnosis and treatment data to obtain first diagnosis and treatment data.
3. The remote consultation method according to claim 1, wherein after receiving the consultation application information sent by the first terminal, the method further comprises:
auditing the consultation application information;
when the audit is not passed, generating an audit failed prompt message;
sending the prompt information that the audit fails to pass to the first terminal; wherein, the prompt information of the failure of the audit comprises the reason of the failure of the audit.
4. The remote consultation method according to claim 1, characterized in that it is followed by:
receiving consultation recording information sent by an applicant through the first terminal, wherein the consultation recording information comprises the first operation and the second video-audio information which are synchronized on a time axis;
and receiving evaluation information of remote consultation sent by an applicant through the first terminal.
5. The remote consultation method according to claim 1, wherein the receiving of the login information of the first participant by logging in through the second terminal includes:
at a third time, receiving login information of the first participant for logging in through a second terminal; or,
at the fourth time, receiving login information of the first participant for logging in through a second terminal; the third time is a time before the second time, and the fourth time is a time after the second time.
6. A remote consultation system, characterized in that it comprises:
a receiving unit, configured to receive consultation application information sent by a first terminal, where the consultation application information includes: a first time of consultation and first participant information;
the determining unit is used for determining consultation place information according to the first participant information and determining consultation second time according to the first participant information and the first time;
a generation unit configured to generate login information according to the location information and the second time;
the determining unit is further used for determining the electronic communication address of the first participant according to a preset expert information base and the first participant information;
the sending unit is used for sending the login information to the electronic communication address;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive login information of the first participant logging in through a second terminal;
an authentication unit for authenticating the login information;
the sending unit is further configured to send the first diagnosis and treatment data of the patient sent by the first terminal to the second terminal after the verification is passed;
the receiving unit is also used for receiving first video and audio information aiming at the first diagnosis and treatment data, which is acquired by a first acquisition device connected with the first terminal;
the sending unit is further configured to send the first medical data and the first video and audio information to the second terminal;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a first operation for the first diagnosis and treatment data sent by the second terminal; wherein the first operation comprises a drawing operation and/or a text writing operation;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive second video and audio information for the first operation, which is acquired by a second acquisition device connected to the second terminal;
the sending unit is further configured to send the first operation and the second video and audio information to the first terminal, so that the first terminal displays video information in the first operation and the second video and audio information, and plays audio information in the second video and audio information.
7. The remote consultation system according to claim 6, further comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring original diagnosis and treatment data of a patient on at least one medical information platform;
the processing unit is used for processing the original diagnosis and treatment data according to a preset service type to obtain diagnosis and treatment data;
the receiving unit is also used for receiving newly-added diagnosis and treatment data of the patient;
the processing unit is further used for processing the diagnosis and treatment data and the newly-added diagnosis and treatment data to obtain first diagnosis and treatment data.
8. The remote consultation system according to claim 6, further comprising:
the auditing unit is used for auditing the consultation application information;
the generating unit is further used for generating an audit failure prompt message when the audit fails;
the sending unit is further configured to send the verification failure prompt message to the first terminal; wherein, the prompt information of the failure of the audit comprises the reason of the failure of the audit.
9. The remote consultation method according to claim 6, wherein said system further comprises:
the receiving unit is further configured to receive consultation recording information sent by an applicant through the first terminal, where the consultation recording information includes the first operation and the second audio-video information synchronized on a time axis;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive evaluation information of remote consultation sent by an applicant through the first terminal.
10. The remote consultation system according to claim 1, wherein said receiving unit is specifically configured to:
at a third time, receiving login information of the first participant for logging in through a second terminal; or,
at the fourth time, receiving login information of the first participant for logging in through a second terminal; the third time is a time before the second time, and the fourth time is a time after the second time.
