When the single-fan bathroom heater is used for blowing air, after a blowing terminal is electrified, a coil of a relay J1(1, 11 pins) is electrified, normally open contacts of J1-1(2, 3 pins) and J1-2(5, 6 pins) are switched on, a blower works, meanwhile, the normally closed contacts of J1-3(8, 9 pins) are switched off, the ventilation function is locked, and a heating module (PTC) can be electrified; (2) when the ventilation device is used for ventilation, after a ventilation terminal is electrified, the coil of the relay J2(1 pin and 11 pin) is electrified, the normally open contact of the J2(2 pin and 3 pin) is switched on, the ventilation function is started, at the moment, the coil of the J1 is not electrified, the normally open contact of the J1-1 is not switched on, and the locking heating module (PTC) cannot be electrified; (3) when the ventilation device works in ventilation, the blowing terminal is electrified, the circuit is switched into a blowing state, and the working process according to the step (1) is carried out.
The double-fan bathroom heater is improved in blowing state only by two independent motors and an air duct, and the working principle of the improved circuit is that after a blowing terminal is electrified, a coil of a relay J (1 pin, 11 pins) is electrified, normally open contacts of J (2 pin and 3 pin) are connected, a blower works, and a heating module (PTC) can be electrified.
In the improved bathroom heater, the heating module cannot be electrified when the blower is not turned on; after the heater of the bathroom normally works, when the air blower is powered off, the heating module is automatically powered off.
The improved bathroom heater can use a special switch which is specially matched and interlocked in series, and can also use a conventional common switch corresponding to home decoration.
