Abstract
The invention discloses a combination key which is in clearance fit with a key groove, wherein the combination key is arranged in the key groove of a shaft and is combined with an external connecting piece through a bolt, and the combination key comprises an upper key, a side key and a lower key; the upper key comprises an upper abutting surface, an upper left side surface, a lower plane and an upper right inclined surface, and the upper abutting surface abuts against the lower end of the bolt; the upper left side surface is abutted with the outer connecting piece; the side key comprises a first side inclined plane, a second side inclined plane and a side right side surface, and the first side inclined plane is abutted with the upper right inclined plane; the right side surface of the side is abutted with the side wall of the key groove of the shaft; the lower key comprises an upper plane, a lower left side surface and a lower right inclined surface, and the upper plane is connected with the lower plane of the upper key; the lower left side surface is abutted with the side wall of the key groove of the shaft, and the lower right inclined surface is abutted with the second side inclined surface. The key, the shaft and the outer connecting piece are matched tightly in all directions through three separate keys, and no gap is reserved between the key and the key groove.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of machinery, in particular to a combination key which is in clearance fit with a key groove.
Background
Existing keys are typically one piece, the shaft and the shaft-mounted parts are splined separately, and then one key is used to axially secure the two keyways to achieve torque transfer. This design has been found to have the following drawbacks in long-term use verification:
1. the design has high precision grade requirements on the key and the two key grooves, the precision of the key and the key grooves cannot be ensured in production, and dimensional errors are easy to occur.
2. When the shaft rotates, the key can strike one or even two key grooves, and in the long-time use process, the key and the key grooves are worn to a certain extent, the fit clearance between the key and the key grooves is larger and larger, so that the loosening and the wearing of parts are caused, and a plurality of adverse effects are brought to the use effect.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems in the prior art, the present invention provides a combination key that is in clearance fit with a key groove, and aims to prevent problems such as loosening and abrasion of parts and errors in accuracy of the key and the key groove during use.
The invention solves the problems by the following technical proposal:
the combined key is arranged in a key groove of a shaft and combined with an external connecting piece through a bolt, and the combined key comprises an upper key, a side key and a lower key;
the upper key comprises an upper abutting surface, an upper left side surface, a lower plane and an upper right inclined surface, and the upper abutting surface abuts against the lower end of the bolt; the upper left side surface is abutted with the outer connecting piece;
the side key comprises a first side inclined plane, a second side inclined plane and a side right side surface, and the first side inclined plane is abutted with the upper right inclined plane; the right side surface of the side is abutted with the side wall of the key groove of the shaft;
the lower key comprises an upper plane, a lower left side surface and a lower right inclined surface, and the upper plane is connected with the lower plane of the upper key; the lower left side surface is abutted with the side wall of the key groove of the shaft, and the lower right inclined surface is abutted with the second side inclined surface.
Preferably, the first side inclined plane and the second side inclined plane of the side key are two inclined planes protruding outwards on the same side of the side key, and the first side inclined plane is located above the second side inclined plane; the corresponding upper right inclined surface is an inclined surface with the tail end recessed inwards; the corresponding lower right inclined surface is an inclined surface with the initial end recessed inwards.
Preferably, the outer connecting piece is provided with a bolt hole and an outer key groove, and the bolt hole is opposite to the upper abutting surface.
By adopting the technical means, the structure of key and keyway has been improved to this application, realizes the omnidirectional close fit of key and axle and outer connecting piece through three divided keys, has avoided easily taking place the slip striking between key and the keyway in the use to and the not hard up and the bad result of use that wearing and tearing brought of part.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further specifically described below through examples and with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of an embodiment of a combination key of the present invention that fits without play in a keyway. Fig. 2 is a schematic perspective view of each key of the combination key of the present invention in a play-free fit with a keyway. The combination key 1 is provided in the keyway 21 of a shaft 2 and is coupled to the outer connecting member 3 by a bolt 4. The combination key 1 includes an upper key 11, a side key 12, and a lower key 13, and the specific structure thereof is described below.
The upper key 11 comprises an upper abutting surface 111, an upper left side surface 112, a lower plane 113 and an upper right inclined surface 114, wherein the upper abutting surface 111 abuts against the lower end of the bolt 4; the upper left side surface 112 is abutted against the outer connecting piece 3.
The side key 12 includes a first side inclined surface 121, a second side inclined surface 122, and a side right side surface 123, wherein the first side inclined surface 121 abuts against the upper right inclined surface 114; the right side 123 abuts against the outer joint member 3 and the side wall of the key groove 21 of the shaft 2.
The lower key 13 includes an upper plane 131, a lower left side 132, and a lower right inclined plane 133, and the upper plane 131 is connected with the lower plane 113 of the upper key 11; the lower left side surface 132 abuts against the side wall of the key groove 21 of the shaft 2, and the lower right inclined surface 133 abuts against the second side inclined surface 122.
The first side inclined surface 121 and the second side inclined surface 122 of the side key 12 are two inclined surfaces protruding outwards on the same side of the side key 12, and the first side inclined surface 121 is located above the second side inclined surface 122; the corresponding upper right inclined surface 114 is an inclined surface with the tail end recessed into the upper right inclined surface; the corresponding lower right inclined surface 133 is an inclined surface with an inward concave starting end.
The outer connecting piece 3 is provided with a bolt hole 31 and an outer key groove 32, and the bolt hole 31 is opposite to the upper abutting surface 111 so that the bolt can stably abut against the upper abutting surface 111.
In the mounting, the upper key 11, the side key 12 and the lower key 13 are placed in the key groove 21, the outer joint member 3 is attached, and the bolt 4 is screwed into the bolt hole 31. In the process, the upper right inclined surface 114 applies pressure to the first side inclined surface 121, and the side key 12 is displaced to the right until it abuts against the side walls of the key groove 21 and the outer key groove 32 on the right. And the lower key 13 is displaced to the left by the pressure applied by the second side slope 122 until it abuts against the left side wall of the key groove 21. Therefore, the side walls of both sides of the key groove 21 and the outer key groove 32 are fully contacted with the upper key 11, the side key 12 and the lower key 13, thereby achieving the purpose of complete contact fixation.
The combination key which is in clearance fit with the key groove can be well applied to dimensional errors of the shaft and the outer connecting piece, the downward pressure of the bolt 4 can cause the whole combination key to be in a tensioning state by screwing in the screwing bolt 4, and the key grooves of the outer chain piece and the shaft are respectively tensioned.

the lower key comprises an upper plane, a lower left side surface and a lower right inclined surface, and the upper plane is connected with the lower plane of the upper key; the lower left side surface is abutted with the side wall of the key groove of the shaft, and the lower right inclined surface is abutted with the second side inclined surface.
