The invention discloses a fireproof window closer, which comprises a fixed frame, a telescopic arm and a temperature-sensitive elastic component, wherein the fixed frame is provided with a plurality of elastic arms; one end of the telescopic arm is connected with the fixing frame in a shaft way, and the other end of the telescopic arm is a telescopic end; the temperature-sensing elastic component comprises an elastic restoring element, a temperature-sensing element, a sliding rail and a sliding block, one end of the sliding block is connected with the telescopic end in a shaft way, and the elastic restoring element is arranged between the other end of the sliding block and the sliding rail; the sliding rail is provided with a limit groove, the sliding block is provided with a locking piece matched with the limit groove, one end of the temperature sensing element is abutted against the sliding block, and the other end of the temperature sensing element is abutted against the locking piece so that the locking piece is clamped with the limit groove; when the temperature sensing element bursts, the locking piece is separated from the limiting groove, and the elastic restoring element pulls the sliding block to move. The automatic window closing device can realize automatic window closing when a fire disaster occurs, and is exquisite in structure, small in size, practical and convenient.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of window closing devices, in particular to a fireproof window closing device.
Background
In the prior art, window closers mainly have two forms: one is an electric window closer, and the other is a movable window closer controlled by adopting a mechanical principle. The fire-proof window is mainly used for various movable fire-proof windows, and the main functions are as follows: on one hand, the fire window can be limited to be opened and positioned, and ventilation and lighting effects are improved; on the other hand, when a fire occurs, it can automatically close the window, prevent the circulation of air, and thus control the spread of the fire.
The window closer in the current market is provided with a main body cylinder, the main body cylinder has larger volume and occupies large space; and when in installation, the window frame and the window sashes are required to be grooved, the manufacturing cost is high, and the window sashes section bar is damaged.

When the temperature sensing element bursts, the locking piece is separated from the limiting groove, and the elastic restoring element pulls the sliding block to move.
Preferably, the locking piece comprises a limiting protrusion and an adjusting plate, the limiting protrusion is positioned at the lower side of the adjusting plate and is clamped with the limiting groove, a protruding part is arranged on the sliding block, and the adjusting plate is sleeved on the protruding part; the elastic restoring element is provided with a pull ring at the joint of the elastic restoring element and the sliding block, and the pull ring is sleeved on the protruding part and positioned at the lower side of the adjusting plate.
Preferably, the temperature sensing element is obliquely arranged relative to the sliding rail so as to apply an abutting force to the locking piece, and the abutting force presses the limiting protrusion into the limiting groove.
Preferably, the protruding part is provided with a threaded hole, a tightening screw is cooperatively arranged in the threaded hole, and the tightening screw is arranged parallel to the sliding rail; a stop block is arranged on the upper side of the adjusting plate; the temperature sensing element is positioned between the stop block and the staring screw.
Preferably, the telescopic arm comprises a main arm, an auxiliary arm and a riveting assembly, the riveting assembly comprises a rigid gasket, a first friction gasket, a second friction gasket and a rivet, a groove body is formed in the main arm in a penetrating mode, the rigid gasket is located on the upper side of the main arm, the rigid gasket and the auxiliary arm are riveted through the rivet, the rivet penetrates through the groove body, the first friction gasket is arranged between the main arm and the auxiliary arm, and the second friction gasket is arranged between the main arm and the rigid gasket.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples, which are not intended to be limiting, so that those skilled in the art will better understand the invention and practice it.
Referring to fig. 1-5, the invention discloses a fireproof window closer, which comprises a fixing frame 10, a telescopic arm 20 and a temperature-sensing elastic component. One end of the telescopic arm 20 is connected with the fixing frame 10 in a shaft way, and the other end of the telescopic arm 20 is a telescopic end. The temperature-sensitive elastic assembly includes an elastic restoring element 32, a temperature-sensitive element 33, a sliding rail 3630 and a sliding block 31. The slider 31 is disposed in cooperation with the slide rail 3630 and the slider 31 is movable along the slide rail 3630. One end of the sliding block 31 is connected with the telescopic end in a shaft way, and an elastic restoring element 32 is arranged between the other end of the sliding block 31 and the sliding rail 3630. The slide rail 3630 is provided with a limit groove 301, the slide block 31 is provided with a locking piece 34 matched with the limit groove 301, one end of the temperature sensing element 33 is abutted against the slide block 31, and the other end is abutted against the locking piece 34 so that the locking piece 34 is clamped with the limit groove 301. The slide rail 3630 is provided with a mounting hole 302.
When the temperature sensing element 33 bursts, the locking piece 34 is separated from the limiting groove 301, and the elastic restoring element 32 pulls the sliding block 31 to move.
When in use, the fixing frame 10 is fixed with the window sash, and the sliding rail 3630 is fixed with the window frame. Under normal conditions without fire, the temperature sensing element 33 is not broken, and then the locking piece 34 is clamped in the limiting groove 301. And the telescopic arm 20 is extended or shortened when the window sash is opened. When a fire breaks down, the temperature sensing element 33 breaks down, the locking piece 34 loses the acting force of the temperature sensing element 33 on the temperature sensing element, and under the action of the elastic restoring element 32, the sliding block 31 moves along the sliding rail 3630, and the whole telescopic arm 20 is pulled to close the window.
The locking piece 34 comprises a limiting protrusion 341 and an adjusting plate 343, wherein the limiting protrusion 341 is located on the lower side of the adjusting plate 343 and is clamped with the limiting groove 301, the sliding block 31 is provided with a protruding portion 311, and the adjusting plate 343 is sleeved on the protruding portion 311. The connection part of the elastic restoring element 32 and the sliding block 31 is provided with a pull ring, and the pull ring is sleeved on the protruding part 311 and is positioned at the lower side of the adjusting plate 343. In the absence of a fire, the elastic return element 32 is always in tension and the entire temperature-sensitive elastic assembly is in a balanced and stable state. Once the temperature sensing element 33 is broken, the original equilibrium state is broken, and the elastic restoring element 32 pulls the pull ring, the pull ring pulls the sliding block 31, and the sliding block 31 pulls the telescopic arm 20 to integrally move, so that the window is closed. As shown in fig. 2, due to the pull ring, the right end of the adjusting plate 343 is tilted, the left end of the adjusting plate 343 is pressed down due to the action of the temperature sensing element 33, once the temperature sensing element 33 is damaged, the right end of the pull ring is stressed by the action of the elastic restoring element 32, the left end of the pull ring is tilted up slightly, and the temperature sensing element 33 is broken, so that the locking piece 34 is tilted up at the left end thereof under the action of the pull ring, the limit protrusion 341 is separated from the limit groove 301, and the elastic restoring element 32 can pull the slider 31 to move.
The temperature sensing element 33 is obliquely arranged relative to the sliding rail 3630 to apply an pushing force to the locking piece 34, and the pushing force presses the limiting protrusion 341 into the limiting groove 301.
Screw holes are formed in the protruding portions 311, and tightening screws 35 are cooperatively arranged in the screw holes, wherein the tightening screws 35 are arranged parallel to the sliding rails 3630. The regulating plate 343 is provided at an upper side thereof with a stopper 342. The temperature sensing element 33 is located between the stop 342 and the staring screw 35. The screw 35 is provided for ease of installation.
The telescopic arm 20 comprises a main arm 21, an auxiliary arm 22 and a riveting assembly, the riveting assembly comprises a rigid gasket 26, a first friction gasket 24, a second friction gasket 25 and a rivet 23, a groove 211 is formed in the main arm 21 in a penetrating mode, the rigid gasket 26 is located on the upper side of the main arm 21, the rigid gasket 26 and the auxiliary arm 22 are riveted through the rivet 23, the rivet 23 is arranged in the groove 211 in a penetrating mode, the first friction gasket 24 is arranged between the main arm 21 and the auxiliary arm 22, and the second friction gasket 25 is arranged between the main arm 21 and the rigid gasket 26. The first friction pad 24 and the second friction pad 25 are nylon pads. The auxiliary arm 22 is pulled to move relatively to the main arm 21, and the telescopic arm 20 can be extended or shortened only by manually pushing the window sash under the action of the riveting assembly, so that any angle between 20 and 90 degrees of window sash can be stopped. The first friction pad 24 and the second friction pad 25 are used for increasing the friction force between the main arm 21 and the auxiliary arm 22, so that the window sash is stopped conveniently. The telescopic arm 20 facilitates the opening and closing of the window sash.
The rigid gasket 26 is a stainless steel gasket. The temperature sensing element 33 is a temperature sensing glass ball. The elastic restoring element 32 is a tension spring.
