The floater floating along with the liquid level is installed in the liquid storage cavities of the detergent and the softener of the detergent box, and the magnet arranged inside the floater is detected to obtain the height change of the floater, so that the aim of quickly and accurately detecting the liquid level height in the cavity of the detergent box is fulfilled, and an alarm prompt for reminding a user of insufficient detergent and softener stored in the cavity is timely sent out.
In the embodiment, a vertically extending connecting rod 9 is arranged in the chamber, the upper end of the connecting rod 9 is hinged with the upper cover 4 of the detergent box, and the lower end of the connecting rod 9 is fixedly connected with a floater 11; preferably, the upper cover 4 of the detergent box is provided with two blocking ribs 10 protruding downwards, the connecting rod 9 is correspondingly clamped in a gap between the two blocking ribs 10, and two sides of the connecting rod 9 are correspondingly attached to the blocking ribs 10 to limit the movement of the connecting rod 9.
In this embodiment, the lower end of the connecting rod 9 is a bent section, the bent end extends along the horizontal direction, and the end of the bent section is fixedly connected with the upper portion of one side of the float 11.
In this embodiment, the float 11 includes a hollow shell, and the shell is fixedly connected with the outer side and the lower end of the connecting rod 9; the interior of the shell forms a sealed hollow chamber, and a magnet 12 is fixedly arranged in the hollow chamber.
In this embodiment, the housing of the float 11 includes a corresponding fastening and sealing upper cover 14, a downwardly protruding support rib 15 is provided on the upper cover 14, the magnet 12 is correspondingly placed inside the housing and placed on the bottom wall of the housing, the lower end of the support member 15 provided on the upper cover 14 is in corresponding limit contact with the upper surface of the magnet 12, so as to clamp and fix the magnet 12 correspondingly between the support rib 15 and the bottom wall of the housing; preferably, the inner side wall of the housing is provided with a plurality of blocking ribs 16 which extend towards the center direction and are arranged at intervals, and the outer side of the magnet 12 is in limit contact with the extending ends of the blocking ribs 16 respectively, so that the magnet 12 is clamped and installed in the housing, and the horizontal displacement is prevented.
In this embodiment, the detergent box 200 is installed in the water box 100 in a drawable manner, the reed pipe 13 is fixedly installed at the lower side of the water box 100, and the reed pipe 13 is located vertically below the floater 11 after the detergent box 200 is pushed into the water box 100, so as to send out a liquid shortage warning signal when the floater 11 descends to a set height.
In this embodiment, the detergent box 200 includes a softener cavity 21 and a detergent cavity 8 which are relatively and independently arranged at left and right, and a relatively independent washing powder cavity 20 is arranged in the middle of the detergent cavity 8; floaters 11 for detecting the liquid level of the softener and the detergent are correspondingly installed in the softener cavity 21 and the detergent cavity 8 respectively, and reed pipes 13 for detecting the height of the floaters 11 are correspondingly arranged below the softener cavity and the detergent cavity respectively.
In this embodiment, the middle region of the bottom of the chamber is respectively provided with a detection groove 18 which is used for the float 11 to fall and is concave downwards, so that the float 11 correspondingly falls into the detection groove 18 when falling to the bottom of the chamber; the detection groove 18 is communicated with a liquid outlet 33 at the rear side of the cavity through a flow passage 31 which is concave downwards at the bottom of the cavity; preferably, the bottom of the detection groove 18 is flush with the bottom of the flow channel 31; or the bottom of the detection groove 18 is a slope inclined downward toward the flow channel 31.
In this embodiment, a supporting rib 19 which extends radially to the center of the detection groove 18 and is vertically arranged is arranged in the detection groove 18, and the upper end of the supporting rib 19 contacts with the bottom of the floater 11 so as to support the floater 11 and prevent the floater 11 from being adhered to residual detergent in the detection groove.
Example four
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the present embodiment describes an automatic dispensing device, which includes a detergent box 200 installed in a water box 100, wherein at least one chamber for storing detergent is provided in the detergent box 200; the outer wall of the water box 100 is provided with a reed switch 13, the reed switch 13 is arranged corresponding to a magnet 12 arranged on a floater 11 which floats along with the liquid level in the cavity, and the reed switch 13 is used for detecting the position of the magnet 12 to accurately detect the height of the floater 11 and further know the liquid level in the cavity.
The reed switch is arranged at the bottom of the water box, so that accurate position detection is carried out on the magnet arranged on the floater at the corresponding position in the chamber, and when the floater descends to an empty liquid level, the reed switch detects the magnet and sends out alarm prompt information to remind a user of supplementing corresponding liquid such as detergent into the chamber. Meanwhile, the reed switch is arranged outside the water box, so that the contact between the reed switch and liquid inside the water box is avoided, and the reliability of the liquid level detection device is greatly improved.
In this embodiment, the bracket 35 is mounted on the lower portion of the bottom wall of the water box 100, and the reed pipe 13 is clamped and fixed between the bracket 35 and the bottom wall of the water box 100.
In this embodiment, the bottom wall of the water box 100 is provided with a fixing rib 39 protruding outwards, the lower side of the fixing rib 39 is provided with a groove, and the reed pipe 13 is correspondingly clamped in the groove of the fixing rib 39; preferably, the lower side of the bottom wall of the water box 100 is provided with a plurality of fixing ribs 39 arranged in parallel at intervals, and the lower side of each fixing rib 39 is respectively provided with a groove for correspondingly clamping and fixing the outer side of the reed pipe 13, so that a plurality of parts of the reed pipe 13 are clamped and fixed correspondingly to the fixing ribs 39 in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
In this embodiment, the bracket 35 is horizontally disposed, the bracket 35 at least covers the groove of the fixing rib 39, and the upper surface of the bracket 35 is correspondingly attached to the reed pipe 13, so that the reed pipe 13 is correspondingly clamped and fixed between the bracket 35 and the water box 100.
In this embodiment, the bracket 35 is fixed and screwed to the water box 100 through at least one screw 36, and preferably, both ends and the middle portion of the bracket 35 are respectively fixed and connected to the water box 100 through a corresponding screw 36. In this embodiment, the screw pillar 37 protruding outward is disposed on the lower side of the bottom wall of the water box 100, the screw pillar 37 is attached to the upper surface of the bracket 35, and the screw hole extending along the axial direction is disposed on the screw pillar 37, so that the screw 36 is screwed to the screw hole of the screw pillar 7 after passing through the bracket 35.
In this embodiment, the lower side of the bottom wall of the water box 100 is provided with a guide rib 38 protruding downward and extending, the guide rib 38 is inserted into the support 35 correspondingly to pre-position the mounting position of the support 35, so that a user can directly insert the support 35 into the specific position through the guide rib 38 correspondingly, and then fix the support 35 through the screw 36 by screwing, thereby achieving the purpose of quickly positioning and mounting the reed pipe 13.
In this embodiment, the lower side of the bottom wall of the water box 100 is provided with an upward concave groove 40, and the bracket 35 is correspondingly embedded and installed in the groove 40; preferably, the lower surface of the bracket 35 is flush with the lower side of the bottom wall of the water box 100, so as to reduce the overall height of the water box and reduce the installation space of the automatic release device.

As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the present embodiment describes an automatic dispensing device, which includes a detergent box 200 movably installed in a water box 100 in a drawing manner, wherein an injection port 2 for adding washing powder to an internal washing powder cavity is formed at the top of the detergent box 200; the top of the detergent box 200 is provided with a guide groove 1, one end of the guide groove 1 is communicated with the injection port 2, and the other end extends to the periphery of the detergent box 200, so that the liquid overflowing from the injection port 2 flows to the periphery of the detergent box 200 along the guide groove 1 and falls into the lower part of the water box 100 along the gap between the detergent box 200 and the water box 100.
The guide groove is arranged at the top of the detergent box, so that the washing powder water overflowing in the process of adding the washing powder is guided to the corresponding position of the periphery of the washing machine through the guide groove and falls into the lower part of the water box through the gap of the corresponding position, the phenomenon that the washing powder water randomly flows on the top surface of the detergent box, the user feels influenced by the washing powder water, and even the washing powder water flows out of the water box from the drawing opening part of the detergent box is avoided.
In this embodiment, the detergent box 200 includes an upper cover 4 fastened to the top of the casing, the upper cover 4 is provided with a detergent injection opening 2 for injecting detergent and inflow water into a detergent cavity 20 in the detergent box 200, the detergent injection opening 2 is disposed at the front of the upper cover 4, the upper surface of the upper cover 4 is provided with a guide groove 1 recessed downward, the injection opening 2 is disposed at one end of the guide groove 1, and the other end of the guide groove 1 extends to the rear side of the detergent box.
In this embodiment, the guiding groove 1 extends along the drawing direction of the detergent box, the front end of the guiding groove 1 is provided with a washing powder injection port 2, the rear end of the guiding groove 1 extends to the rear side of the detergent box 200, and a certain gap is formed between the rear 200 side of the detergent box and the rear side wall of the water box 100 for guiding overflow water to flow into the lower part of the water box 100; preferably, the washing powder injection port 2 is arranged at the bottom of the front end of the guide groove 1; further preferably, the height of the washing powder injection opening 2 is lower than the bottom of the guide groove 1.
In this embodiment, the front side of guiding groove 1, the left and right sides are equipped with respectively and block the wall that blocks rivers, block the wall and be the inclined plane that upwards inclines gradually to the guiding groove outside from bottom to top and constitute, and the rear side of guiding groove 1 is uncovered and is set up to the overflow flows out, flows backward along guiding groove 1 with the laundry powder water that will overflow, and guide to detergent box rear side, has avoided detergent box front end to have the overflow, influence the problem that user's use was felt.
In the embodiment, the radial width of the rear part of the guide groove 1 is gradually narrowed so as to guide the overflow water to flow towards the middle part in a converging manner; preferably, the rear part of at least one side wall of the guide groove 1 is a transition surface extending towards the middle part, so that the rear part of the guide groove 1 is in a gradually narrowed trumpet shape; further preferably, the transition surface is in a smooth arc shape to reduce the remaining of water flow in the guide groove.
EXAMPLE six
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, in the present embodiment, an automatic dispensing device is described, a detergent box 200 is installed in a water box 100 in a drawable manner, the detergent box 200 includes a housing with an opening and an upper cover 4 fastened to the opening at the top of the housing, one side of the upper cover 4 is inserted into the housing correspondingly, and the other side is fastened to the housing correspondingly, so that the upper cover 4 is fastened to the opening at the top of the housing correspondingly.
But through the top with the detergent box set up to switching fixed connection's upper cover to make the upper cover of detergent box and detergent box casing support directly carry out looks fixed connection through the buckle, and wrap up sealedly in the junction, realized quick joint fixed mounting between upper cover and the detergent box casing, and effectively improved the purpose of detergent box leakproofness.
As shown in fig. 18, in the present embodiment, at least one downwardly protruding support rib 86 is disposed at the lower side of the middle portion of the upper cover 4, and the support rib 86 is in corresponding spacing support contact with the partition rib 87 for partitioning different chambers inside the detergent box 200; preferably, the top of the dividing rib 87 is provided with a groove which is correspondingly inserted with the lower end of the supporting rib 86, so that the supporting rib 86 is fixedly connected with the dividing rib 87 in a corresponding inserting manner, and the bottom end of the supporting rib 86 is contacted with the top end of the dividing rib 87 to limit support, so that the supporting force of the upper cover 4 is improved.
In this embodiment, at least one claw 6 protruding outward and extending in parallel is disposed on the front side of the upper cover 4, a blocking portion 83 protruding upward is disposed on the front side of the detergent box housing, and a bayonet corresponding to the claw 6 is disposed on the blocking portion 83. Preferably, the claw 6 comprises an insertion rib 78 protruding vertically downwards, and the top of the blocking part 83 is provided with an insertion slot 79 correspondingly matched with the insertion rib 78, so that a contact part of the insertion slot and the insertion rib 78 forms a sealing insertion surface to prevent the detergent in the detergent box from flowing out; the bottom surface of the clamping jaw 6 is also provided with at least one clamping protrusion protruding downwards, the top surface of the blocking part 83 is provided with a clamping groove corresponding to the clamping protrusion, the clamping protrusion and the clamping groove are correspondingly clamped and fixed after the upper cover 4 is buckled, and then the fixed assembly between the upper cover and the detergent box shell is ensured. Preferably, the left end, the right end and the middle part of the clamping jaw are respectively provided with a clamping protrusion 85
In the embodiment, the rear side of the upper cover 4 is provided with a buckle 5 which extends vertically downwards and is provided with an opening, a blocking rib 17 which protrudes backwards and extends vertically is arranged at the rear side of the detergent box 200, and the blocking rib 17 is correspondingly clamped into an opening arranged on the buckle 5; preferably, the blocking rib 17 is gradually inclined outward from top to bottom to guide the buckle 2 to elastically deform and slide downward until the upper cover 4 is correspondingly buckled to the opening of the detergent box 200, and then the blocking rib 17 is correspondingly inserted into the opening of the buckle 5. Preferably, the rear side of the upper cover is provided with two buckles, and the two buckles are respectively positioned at the left end and the right end close to the upper cover, so that the stability of buckling at the rear part of the upper cover is ensured, and the buckling fixation between the upper cover and the shell of the detergent box 200 is firmer.
In this embodiment, a circle of downward turned-over edge 81 is arranged on the periphery of the upper cover 4, and the opening of the housing is correspondingly adhered and wrapped by the downward turned-over edge 81 so as to hermetically cover the buckling connection part of the upper cover 4 and the housing; preferably, the opening of the housing is provided with a circle of upwardly protruding slots 79, and the lower surface of the upper cover 4 is provided with a circle of corresponding downwardly extending insertion ribs 78, so that when the upper cover 4 is correspondingly fastened to the opening of the detergent box 200, the insertion ribs 78 are correspondingly inserted into the slots 79 to enhance the sealing performance of the connection.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, in the present embodiment, the periphery of the upper cover 4 is provided with a downward turned edge 81, the top of the casing of the detergent box 200 is provided with a sealing rib 84, the sealing rib 84 protrudes outward, and the outer peripheral surface of the sealing rib 84 is in sealing contact with the inner wall of the downward turned edge 81, so that the joint of the upper cover and the casing of the detergent box forms a surface seal.
Meanwhile, an inner clamping protrusion 80 protruding inwards is arranged on the inner side of the lower flanging 81, an outer clamping protrusion 82 protruding outwards is arranged on the periphery of the sealing convex rib 84, the inner clamping protrusion 80 is correspondingly arranged on the lower side of the outer clamping protrusion 82, so that the two clamping protrusions are correspondingly clamped and fixed after the upper cover 4 is buckled, and further the fixed assembly between the upper cover and the detergent box shell is realized.
In this embodiment, still be equipped with the grafting muscle 78 of the vertical extension of round at upper cover 4 downside, the casing lateral wall extension of grafting muscle 78 along detergent box 200, the top of casing lateral wall is equipped with and pegs graft the corresponding slot 79 of muscle 78, in order to make the lower extreme correspondence of grafting muscle 78 insert the slot 79 after upper cover 4 lock, and make the inside and outside of grafting muscle 78 and the corresponding sealed laminating of slot 79 lateral wall, and then realize that upper cover 4 seals through grafting muscle 78 with detergent box 200 casing junction, further improve the sealed effect of detergent box upper cover 4 periphery lock junction.

As shown in fig. 1 to 9, in the present embodiment, an automatic dispensing device is disclosed, which includes a detergent box 200 installed in a water box 100, a detergent cavity 20 is disposed on the detergent box 200, and a water outlet 42 is disposed at the bottom of the detergent cavity 20; a water retaining structure is arranged at the water outlet 42 to guide the water flow to flow out of the washing powder cavity from the vertical direction to the horizontal direction.
The water outlet with the water retaining structure is arranged below the detergent box, so that the washing powder water horizontally flows out of the washing powder cavity from the water outlet, the smoothness of water outlet is improved, and the situation that the water outlet water flows into the washing powder cavity from the water outlet in a choked manner is avoided; meanwhile, accumulated water in the water box is separated from the water outlet through the water retaining structure, so that the condition that the accumulated water at the lower part of the water box flows back into the washing powder cavity through the water outlet is prevented.
In this embodiment, a water outlet cavity 45 recessed downward and protruding from the bottom wall of the detergent box 200 is disposed on one side of the washing powder cavity 20, and a water outlet 42 vertically disposed on one side wall of the water outlet cavity 45 is provided for the washing powder water in the washing powder cavity to flow out.
In this embodiment, the water outlet cavity 45 is disposed at the rear side of the washing powder cavity 20, and the front side of the washing powder cavity 20 is provided with an injection port 2 for injecting water and washing powder; the front side wall of the water outlet cavity 45 is provided with a vertically arranged water outlet 42, so that the washing powder water flowing out of the washing powder cavity 20 flows out horizontally and forwards, the situations of backward diffusion and sputtering with other parts at the rear part of the water box 100 in the falling process of the washing powder water are further avoided, the washing powder water directly flows to the front side of the water box and flows into the washing machine along a channel arranged at the front side of the water box, and the running smoothness of the automatic feeding device is further improved.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the detergent box at the front side of the water outlet 42 is provided with an inclined surface 44 which gradually inclines downwards from the water outlet to the front so as to guide the effluent water flow to flow downwards obliquely; preferably, the upper side of the inclined plane 44 is flush with the upper side of the water outlet 42, and the lower side of the inclined plane 44 is flush with the middle of the water outlet 42; further preferably, a horizontally extending transition surface is provided between the upper side of the inclined surface 44 and the upper side of the water outlet 42.
In this embodiment, the two sides of the inclined plane 44 are respectively provided with a water retaining rib 43 extending vertically to prevent the effluent from diffusing to the two sides; preferably, the extending direction of the water blocking rib 43 is parallel to the axial direction of the water outlet 42; preferably, the rear sides of the two water blocking ribs 43 are hermetically connected with the corresponding side edges of the water outlet 42.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the water outlet cavity 45 is a curved surface or an inclined surface which gradually inclines downwards from the left side to the right side to the middle part, so as to guide the outlet water in the water outlet cavity 45 to converge and flow towards the middle part of the water outlet 42, thereby preventing the outlet water from diffusing towards the two sides.
In this embodiment, the rear side of the washing powder chamber 20 is a water outlet portion 48, and the extending direction of the water outlet portion 48 is perpendicular to the drawing moving direction of the detergent box 200; one side, the front side and the rear side of the water outlet part 48 are respectively sealed, and the other side is communicated with the main body of the washing machine powder cavity 20; the bottom wall of the water outlet part 48 is recessed downwards to form a water outlet cavity 45, and the bottom of the front side wall of the water outlet part 48 is provided with an opening to form a water outlet 42; preferably, the width of the outlet portion 48 is smaller than the width of the main body of the laundry powder chamber 20 to increase the pressure of the outlet water flow.
In this embodiment, the washing powder cavity 20 includes a water inlet portion 46, a connection portion 47 and a water outlet portion 48 sequentially arranged from front to back, and the top of the water inlet portion 46 is provided with an injection port 2; the connection part 47 extends along the pulling direction of the detergent box drawer 200, the front end of the connection part 47 is communicated with the rear side of the water inlet part 46, the rear end of the connection part 47 is communicated with the left side of the water outlet part 48, and the radial width of the connection part 47 is gradually narrowed from front to back.
In this embodiment, the bottom wall of the powder cavity 20 is an inclined surface inclined from the inlet to the outlet to guide the inflow water in the powder cavity 20 to converge and flow toward the outlet 42; preferably, the bottom wall of the outlet chamber 45 is sequentially divided into an inclined portion, a horizontal portion and a vertical portion from the side opposite to the side communicating with the body of the laundry powder chamber 20, the inclined portion is an inclined surface gradually inclined downward toward the horizontal portion, the bottommost portion of the inclined portion is connected with the horizontal portion extending horizontally, the vertical portion extends along the vertical surface, the lower end of the vertical portion is connected with the horizontal portion, and the upper end of the vertical portion is hermetically connected with the housing of the detergent box 200.
Example eight
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the present embodiment discloses an automatic dispensing device, which includes a detergent box 200, wherein the detergent box 200 is provided with at least one chamber for containing detergent; the top of the chamber is provided with a liquid injection port 3, one side of the liquid injection port 3 is provided with a convex rib 50 protruding downwards, the convex rib 50 is provided with at least one horizontal scale mark, and each horizontal scale mark is respectively arranged in parallel and level with the liquid level of the detergent with corresponding amount in the chamber in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
In this embodiment, the chamber of the detergent box 200 is provided with a plurality of horizontal scale lines, and each horizontal scale line is respectively arranged in parallel with the liquid level of the detergent with different dosage, so as to respectively prompt the user to add the detergent with corresponding dosage into the chamber.
The convex rib protruding downwards is arranged at the liquid injection port of the cavity of the detergent box, so that the scale marks are arranged on the convex rib to correspondingly prompt a user to inject the detergent with the corresponding height of the maximum value, and the phenomenon that the user injects the detergent into the cavity too much to cause overflow is avoided.
In this embodiment, the pouring outlet 3 is a horizontally disposed square opening, and the rib 50 is disposed at the middle of the rear side of the square opening, so that the user can visually observe the scale lines of the rib after withdrawing the detergent box.
In this embodiment, the protruding rib 50 extends along the inclined plane that inclines forward gradually from top to bottom, and the scale mark is provided at the front side of the protruding rib 50, so that the front side of the protruding rib 50 is provided obliquely upward correspondingly, and the user can observe the scale mark conveniently.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the lower side edge of the protruding rib 50 extends along a horizontal line, and the bottom edge of the horizontally arranged protruding rib 50 forms a horizontal scale line to remind the user to stop injecting the detergent when the detergent level is flush with the lower side edge of the protruding rib during the injection of the detergent. It is further preferred that the bottom edge of rib 50 define a horizontal scale that is level with the level of the maximum amount of detergent stored in the chamber.
In this embodiment, the detergent box 200 includes a detergent cavity 8 and a softener cavity 21, the tops of the detergent cavity 8 and the softener cavity 21 are respectively provided with a corresponding liquid injection port 3, and one side of each of the two liquid injection ports 3 is respectively provided with a protruding rib 50 protruding downwards, so that the maximum liquid storage height of the detergent cavity or the softener cavity is prompted by using a horizontal scale line arranged on the protruding rib.
In this embodiment, the liquid inlet 3 is provided with a cover plate 7 correspondingly covered, and one side of the cover plate 7 is hinged to the detergent box 200, so that the cover plate 7 can be installed on the detergent box 200 to be opened and closed by being turned upwards. Preferably, the rear side of the cover plate 7 is hinged to the rear side of the square pouring outlet 3, so that the cover plate 7 can be opened and closed by being turned around the rear side of the cover plate 7 from front to rear.
In this embodiment, one side of the cover plate 7 is provided with a handle part 72 protruding outward and extending horizontally, and a gap is formed between the handle part 72 and the top wall of the detergent box 200, so that a user can open the cover plate by using the handle part 72.
In this embodiment, a circle of flow guiding surface 51 is disposed on the top wall of the detergent box at the periphery of the liquid injection port 3, and the flow guiding surface 51 is a tapered surface gradually inclined downwards from the periphery to the inner periphery to guide the added detergent to flow into the chamber from the injection port.
In this embodiment, the inclined included angle between the diversion surface 51 and the horizontal plane is less than the inclined included angle between the convex rib 50 and the horizontal plane to further increase the inclined angle of the convex rib, and the maximized convenience of customers observes the scale marks arranged on the convex rib.
Example nine
As shown in fig. 1 to 11, in the present embodiment, there is disclosed an automatic dispensing device including a detergent box 200 installed in a water box 100, the detergent box 200 having at least one chamber for receiving detergent therein; the water inlet pipe 49 of the washing machine is communicated with the spray opening 58 or the washing powder inlet 76 arranged on the water box 100, the water inlet pipe 49 is provided with a Venturi tube 54, the Venturi tube 54 is provided with a negative pressure hole 53, and the negative pressure hole 53 is communicated with the liquid outlet 33 of the chamber, so that the washing agent stored in the chamber is pumped into the inlet water flow and flows into the water box from the spray opening 58 along with the inlet water flow. Preferably, the outlet of the venturi tube 54 is communicated with the mixing chamber 91, so that the extracted detergent and the inlet water are mixed in the mixing chamber 91, and then communicated with the spray inlet channel 57 through the outlet of the mixing chamber 91, and then discharged through the spray port 58 provided at the end of the spray inlet channel 57.

In this embodiment, the water inlet end of the spray water inlet channel 57 is communicated with the negative pressure suction structure, the tail end of the spray water inlet channel 57 is provided with a spray port 58 for spraying water into the water box 100, and the air hole 66 is arranged on the spray water inlet channel 57 close to the water inlet end.
In this embodiment, the top of the water box 100 is formed by a top cover plate 55, a cover plate 56 horizontally laid correspondingly is disposed on the lower side of the top cover plate 55, the top cover plate 55 and the cover plate 56 are welded together by a fusion process, a flow channel structure for water to flow and to be hermetically disposed is formed between the top cover plate 55 and the cover plate 56, a part of the flow channel structure forms a spraying water inlet flow channel 57, the water inlet end of the spraying water inlet flow channel 57 penetrates through the cover plate 56 to be communicated with a negative pressure absorbing structure, and the tail end of the spraying water inlet flow channel 57 is provided with a spraying port 58 penetrating through the cover plate 56 to be communicated with the lower portion of the water box 100.
In this embodiment, the cover plate 56 is provided with an air hole 66 for communicating the spray water inlet channel 57 with the interior of the water box 100, and the air hole 66 is provided with a vertically arranged control valve 67.
In this embodiment, the suction channel 64 is communicated with the spray water inlet channel 57 through a negative pressure suction structure, two spray ports 58 for injecting water into the water box are arranged at the tail end of the spray water inlet channel 57, and a water homogenizing rib 59 is arranged between the two spray ports 58 to make the water inlet flow uniformly flow to the two spray ports 58.
In this embodiment, the tail end of the spraying water inlet channel 57 is provided with two branch channels which are separated by a fork, and the two branch channels are respectively and correspondingly provided with a spraying port 58; the tail end of the spraying water inlet channel 57 is provided with a water homogenizing chamber 60 at the forked part, and a water homogenizing rib 59 vertical to the water flow direction is arranged in the water homogenizing chamber 60 so as to guide the water flow of the inlet water to uniformly flow to the branch channels at the two sides; preferably, the water homogenizing rib 59 is arranged in the middle of the water homogenizing chamber 60, and a certain gap is respectively formed between two sides of the water homogenizing rib 59 and two side walls of the water homogenizing chamber 60.
In this embodiment, the spraying opening 58 is disposed at the front of the water box 100, so that the spraying water directly flows to the water outlet disposed at the front side of the bottom of the water box 100 and flows into the washing tub of the washing machine.

In the embodiment, a control method of an automatic dispensing device is introduced, detergent stored in a chamber is pumped to a pumping flow channel and then mixed with inlet water to flow into a water box, and in the process of pumping the detergent, the detergent box is pumped into the pumping flow channel at intervals to feed water, so that the amount of the inlet water flowing out of the pumping flow channel is detected, and the pumped detergent amount is accurately obtained.
Through the mode, the flow sensor can realize the purpose of accurately and quantitatively detecting the adding amount of the detergent only by detecting the inlet water; meanwhile, the problems that the detection precision of the flow sensor is insufficient and the like due to the fact that the viscosity of the detergent is different from that of the water inflow are effectively avoided.
In this embodiment, the suction flow path is alternately communicated with the detergent storage chamber and the water inlet line at intervals of a certain period of time to alternately suck the detergent and the water inlet; and detecting the water inflow flowing out of the suction flow channel in a time period when the detergent storage chamber is communicated with the suction flow channel, wherein the detected value is the amount of the detergent pumped correspondingly in the process.
In this embodiment, the interval time period needs to be shorter than the time for all the detergent flowing into the suction flow channel; preferably, the communication time of the suction flow passage with the detergent storage chamber and the water inlet line is different, and the communication time of the suction flow passage with the detergent storage chamber is less than the ratio of the volume of the suction flow passage to the flow rate of the detergent.
In this embodiment, the switching time node of the reversing valve provided at the inlet of the suction flow channel is determined such that when the set time period t1 is reached, it is automatically determined that all the detergent in the suction flow channel is discharged, and the switching is correspondingly switched to be communicated with the inlet water; and when the set time period t2 is reached, the suction flow channel is automatically judged to be completely filled with the inlet water, and is correspondingly switched to be communicated with the detergent.
The method can also be adopted to automatically judge the medium in the suction flow channel so as to determine the switching time node; for example: in the process that the suction flow channel is communicated with the detergent storage chamber, if the detection accuracy of the flow sensor is changed, the suction flow channel is judged to be completely filled with the detergent, the suction flow channel is switched to be communicated with the water inlet pipeline, and the single-time put-in amount of the detergent is the maximum volume of the suction flow channel.
Or a quantitative mode is adopted to judge the medium in the suction flow channel so as to determine a switching time node; for example: when the suction flow channel is switched to a time node communicated with the detergent storage chamber, the measured value of the flow sensor is accumulated to obtain the water yield flowing out of the suction flow channel, when the measured water yield reaches the single maximum input amount of the suction flow channel, the reversing valve is adjusted to enable the suction flow channel to be communicated with the water inlet pipeline, after the water inlet time reaches the set time T, all the detergent in the flow channel is washed clean, the reversing valve is adjusted again to enable the suction flow channel to be communicated with the detergent storage chamber, and the detergent extracting procedure is executed again.
In this embodiment, the specific process of the control method of the automatic dispensing device is as follows,
s1, starting working of an automatic releasing device;
s2, communicating the suction flow channel with a water inlet pipeline until water flows out of the suction flow channel;
s3, the suction flow channel is communicated with the detergent storage cavity, and the detergent is pumped into the suction flow channel;
s4, detecting the water inflow flowing out of the suction flow channel, and judging whether the detection value reaches a set input amount or not; if the step S6 is executed, if the step S5 is not executed;
s5, judging whether the detergent flows out of the suction flow channel or not; if yes, stopping detection, adding the detection value into the accumulated value, and executing the step S6; if not, continuing pumping the detergent;
s6, communicating the suction flow channel with a water inlet pipeline until water flows out of the suction flow channel;
s7, judging whether the accumulated value reaches a set putting amount or not; if the result is reached, executing step S8, and if the result is not reached, executing step S3;
and S8, stopping the automatic feeding device.

Claims (7)

1. a circle of flanging bent downwards is arranged at the opening to guide the moving track of the bolt and prevent the bolt from being separated from the opening;
the front side and the rear side of the lock tongue are respectively provided with a vertical limiting column which extends upwards, the limiting column is arranged on the outer side of the opening flanging, and the upper end surface of the limiting column is in corresponding fitting contact with the lower side of the upper cover.
