Aiming at the spare tire placement and space layout design requirements of the existing saloon car, commercial vehicle SUV and multifunctional vehicle MPV, the plates such as a spare tire cover plate, a hat rack and the like are generally designed in an automobile luggage compartment, and the functions of isolating and covering the spare tire of the automobile, other tool boxes and the like are achieved. On the one hand, trunk panels meet customer and national regulations regarding odor, VOC and other hazardous volatile content. Therefore, in the process of processing and forming the plate for the back box and installing accessories, the using amount of adhesives such as hot melt glue, solvent glue, water-based glue and the like is required to be reduced. The main forming modes of the board for the honeycomb board trunk reinforced by the PP/glass fiber surface layer at present are as follows:
