所述基础层是以由钢、铁或铝材料组成。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是：直接在金属基层表面上设置装饰作用的结构，再在外侧添加耐磨层，使得整个金属制品结构简单，耐磨性能好，相对节省材料，造价低。
