背景技术
随着我国经济水平的快速发展,国民的生活水平不断提高,人们不再局限于简单的衣食住行,而是追求绿色环保、健康养生的高品质生活。而与岁月对抗,延缓衰老,保持积极向上的“年轻态”,不仅是当今社会的热点话题,也是医药学家永恒的研究课题。衰老最明显的体现就是肌肤色泽、形态、质感等外观的改变,具体表现为:皱纹、皮肤松弛、粗糙、暗黄、色素斑形成等。除了自然老化之外,工作压力大、生活节奏快、不规律的作息习惯以及外部环境的恶化都加速了肌肤老化。随着人们对外观肌肤健康的更加注重,护肤品产业在近几年得到了快速发展,全球护肤品市场呈现一种坚韧而稳定的增长,而面膜作为消费者在日常护肤中最常消费的一类护肤品,凭借优良的护肤优势受到广大消费者的追捧。目前市场上的护肤品琳琅满目,但对于抗衰老护肤品的原料研究较少,市场提供的抗衰老护肤品原料不够丰富,抗衰老护肤品研发受到限制。
发明内容
发明的目的:为了提供一种效果更好的能够美容养颜的新型面膜和药物以及制备方法,具体目的见具体实施部分的多个实质技术效果。
为了达到如上目的,本发明采取如下技术方案:
方案一:
一种能够美容养颜的新型药物组分,其特征在于,包含如下重量份的物质,
原料组分A:温泉水、丁二醇、甘油、黄原胶、羟乙基纤维素、透明质酸钠、EDTA二钠;
原料组分B:辛酰羟肟酸、1,2-己二醇、丙二醇、尿囊素、PEG-40 氢化蓖麻油;
原料组分C:玫瑰(ROSA RUGOSA)花提取物、铁皮石斛(DENDROBIUM CANDIDUM)茎提取物、烟酰胺、山梨(糖)醇、甜菜碱、丙烯酸/MA共聚物钠、辛甘醇、甘草酸二钾、积雪草(CENTELLA ASIATICA)提取物、棕榈酰五肽-4、棕榈酰四肽-7、棕榈酰三肽-1。
方案二:
一种能够美容养颜的新型面膜,其特征在于,面膜载体中包含如下重量份的物质,
原料组分A:温泉水、丁二醇、甘油、黄原胶、羟乙基纤维素、透明质酸钠、EDTA二钠;
原料组分B:辛酰羟肟酸、1,2-己二醇、丙二醇、尿囊素、PEG-40 氢化蓖麻油;
原料组分C:玫瑰(ROSA RUGOSA)花提取物、铁皮石斛(DENDROBIUM CANDIDUM)茎提取物、烟酰胺、山梨(糖)醇、甜菜碱、丙烯酸/MA共聚物钠、辛甘醇、甘草酸二钾、积雪草(CENTELLA ASIATICA)提取物、棕榈酰五肽-4、棕榈酰四肽-7、棕榈酰三肽-1。所述的面膜载体为木棉纤维。
作为进一步优选,A相中温泉水作为溶剂补充肌肤水分其重量份数100.00份;丁二醇作为保湿剂和抗菌剂其重量份数为5.00份;甘油作为保湿剂保湿其重量份数为5.00份;黄原胶作为增稠剂用于增稠其重量份数为0.10份;羟乙基纤维素作为增稠剂用于增稠,促进保水和锁水其重量份数为0.05份;透明质酸钠作为保湿剂用于保湿其重量份数为0.08份;EDTA二钠作为螯合剂用于络合反应其重量份数为0.05份;
B相辛酰羟肟酸作为抗菌剂用于新型防腐剂代替物其重量份数为 0.50份;1,2-己二醇作为保湿剂、渗透剂保湿、渗透其重量份数为 0.06份;丙二醇作为保湿剂用于保湿其重量份数为0.15份;尿囊素作为抗敏剂用于保湿、抗敏其重量份数为0.15份;PEG-400氢化蓖麻油作为乳化剂、表面活性剂用于增溶和乳化其重量份数为0.30份;

包含如下重量份的物质,
原料组分A:温泉水、丁二醇、甘油、黄原胶、羟乙基纤维素、透明质酸钠、EDTA二钠;
原料组分B:辛酰羟肟酸、1,2-己二醇、丙二醇、尿囊素、PEG-40 氢化蓖麻油;
原料组分C:玫瑰(ROSA RUGOSA)花提取物、铁皮石斛(DENDROBIUM CANDIDUM)茎提取物、烟酰胺、山梨(糖)醇、甜菜碱、丙烯酸/MA共聚物钠、辛甘醇、甘草酸二钾、积雪草(CENTELLA ASIATICA)提取物、棕榈酰五肽-4、棕榈酰四肽-7、棕榈酰三肽-1;

开启冷却水,开始降温,;温度降到50-70℃时,加入原料组分搅拌溶解开,无固体;降温到45℃以下,加入原料组分C,搅拌均匀;
温度降至室温后,组分完全溶解,出料;
出料后,请验送检;
检验合格后灌装、包装;成品请验,检测合格后发给检验报告;成品入库。

采用如上技术方案的本发明,相对于现有技术有如下有益效果:本专利选择铁皮石斛作为研究对象,提取有效成分,结合燕窝、积雪草、玫瑰等天然植物提取物,添加多种活性物质,使中药提取物与现代技术结合,制备抗衰修护铁皮石斛面膜。为市场提供一款专门延缓衰老的护肤产品。实验组和对照组在使用产品后皮肤经皮水分丢失值都在降低。但添加了铁皮石斛多糖的实验组的经皮水分丢失值降低幅度较大,皮肤屏障功能在改善,说明铁皮石斛多糖具有显著的改善皮肤屏障功能的作用。

下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。本专利提供多种并列方案,不同表述之处,属于基于基本方案的改进型方案或者是并列型方案。每种方案都有自己的独特特点。
现有技术只是将铁皮石斛提取物作为其添加物,未能确定具体物质。本发明将铁皮石斛具体有效成分铁皮石斛多糖提取,并加入积雪草、燕窝、玫瑰花提取物,采用多物质协同作用更有效地抗衰修护。所用面膜基布为木棉纤维,市场上尚未使用。

包含如下重量份的物质,
原料组分A:温泉水、丁二醇、甘油、黄原胶、羟乙基纤维素、透明质酸钠、EDTA二钠;

工艺操作规程
1、检查各设备、器具清洁合格,设备试运行正常。
2、按配方要求,精确称量各物料,并复核。
3、接通设备电源。
4、将组分A加入均锅内,搅拌加热至70-80℃溶解,保温20-30 分钟。
5、开启冷却水,开始降温,。温度降到50-70℃时,加入原料组分搅拌溶解开。(质量控制点B)
7、降温到45℃以下,加入原料组分C,搅拌均匀。
8、温度降至室温后,组分完全溶解,出料。
9、出料后,请验送检。
10、检验合格后灌装、包装。(质量控制点C)
11、成品请验,检测合格后发给检验报告。
12、成品入库。
质量控制点
A:搅拌10-30转/分钟,温度升到70-80度,保温20-30分钟。
B:搅拌溶解开,无固体。
C:灌装过程中按标准要求检测净含量,应符合标准要求。
功效评价
模糊综合评价法评价面膜功效
采用感官评估法获得所制得的平衡修护铁皮石斛面膜的感官参数(具体的评价指标见表5-1),再采用模糊综合评价法对所获得的感官数据进行综合评估,评价面膜功效。结果见表5-3。

感官评估法志愿者要求:15人,年龄25-55岁,身体健康,女性志愿者应避开孕期和哺乳期,遵从以下规定:志愿者经过培训,能准确的表达自己的使用感受;在测试前12h不要使用化妆品;不能在同一天参加两个测试;测试前一个小时之内不允许用餐或者喝含有咖啡因的饮料。志愿者基本数据见表5-2。

5.2皮肤状态参数测定
5.2.1方法
将志愿者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组使用平衡修护铁皮石斛面膜(本专利配方),对照组使用未添加铁皮石斛多糖提取物的面膜。使用多功能皮肤测试仪的皮肤弹性探头测定志愿者使用前(第0 h)和使用后(第4h、第8h)的皮肤状态参数(包括皮肤含水量和经皮水分损失)。
使用方法:清洁肌肤后,将1片面膜展开贴于脸上,15min后揭离,清水冲洗干净。
5.2.2结果
5.2.2.1皮肤含水量

使用面膜第4小时和第8小时后,实验组和对照组在使用产品后皮肤含水量都得到了很大提升,到第8小时有所回落,说明所制面膜具有较好的提升皮肤含水量的作用,且持续时间大于8小时。同时,添加了铁皮石斛多糖的实验组相对于对照组皮肤含水量提升更多,皮肤含水量回落速度慢,具有显著性差异,说明铁皮石斛多糖具有显著的提升皮肤含水量的作用。
5.2.2.2经皮水分丢失
表5-5皮肤屏障功效数据
由表5-5可知,实验组和对照组在使用产品后皮肤经皮水分丢失值都在降低。但添加了铁皮石斛多糖的实验组(本专利配方)的经皮水分丢失值降低幅度较大,皮肤屏障功能在改善,说明铁皮石斛多糖具有显著的改善皮肤屏障功能的作用。
使用木棉纤维这一新型面膜基布。木棉纤维是锦葵目木槿科内几种植物的果实纤维,属单细胞纤维,是一种纯天然无污染的植物纤维,广泛分布在热带地区。被称为“长在树上的羊绒”和“植物软黄金”。首先,从化学组成看,木棉纤维的伴生物中含有黄酮类和三萜类物质,这些物质都是木棉纤维具有抗菌作用的根本原因;从形态方面看。木棉纤维高中空,比表面积大,使得木棉纤维内部富含氧气,使得厌氧菌和霉菌类的微生物的繁殖代谢作用和生理活动也会受到抑制。其次,木棉纤维亲肤柔和,吸湿性强。木棉纤维具有很好的透肤性,易吸收液体。不易变形,具有很好的贴合度。最后,木棉面料的后整理加工流程为:木棉针织物→煮练→柔软整理→脱水→烘干→拉幅定形,比传统后整理工艺流程省去了碱缩,漂白和增白等工艺流程。操作简单。且可以降解,有利于环境,是现代社会生活的上佳选择。
2.添加多种中草药萃取物。面膜精华液以铁皮石斛提取物为主,萃取多种植物精华,相互协调,共同发挥抗氧化、修复等作用。
A.铁皮石斛提取物:铁皮石斛为兰科植物铁皮石斛Dendrobium officinaleKimura et Migo的干燥茎,为中华九大仙草之首,其药用历史悠久,《山海经》中已有记载,早在秦汉时期的《神农本草经》中就有“主伤中,除痹,下气,补五脏虚劳羸瘦,强阴,久服厚肠胃
”的记载,将其列为“轻身延年”的圣药。
B.积雪草提取物:积雪草为伞形科积雪草属植物积雪草 Centella asiatica(L.)Urb.的干燥全草,属于多年生匍匐草本植物。《神农本草经》中记载:“主大热,恶疮痈疽,浸淫赤熛,皮肤赤,身热”。
现代药理学研究表明,积雪草具有抑制瘢痕增生的药理作用,促进损伤修复的药理作用。能够修补受损细胞。
C.玫瑰花提取物:玫瑰花是蔷薇科植物玫瑰Rosa rugosa Thumb的干燥花蕾。在我国已有两千余年的种植及药用历史,是我国古典医学典籍中的一种常用药材。玫瑰花提取物又称玫瑰精油,因其产量低,被称为“液体黄金”。其含有的总黄酮和总多糖具有强烈的抗氧化性能,有效清除自由基,延缓皮肤衰老,减少皱纹,使皮肤保持年轻态。不仅如此,精油分子量小,能够进入深入皮肤清除污垢,抗菌消炎,舒缓皮肤敏感症状,深入补水,提亮肤色,使皮肤光滑柔嫩。
中药护肤品在我国已有千年的历史,在《山海经》《神农本草经》
《本草纲目》等古代中医药名著中均有相关记载。中药吗面膜作为中药化妆品的一种常用剂型,以其独特的护肤机制,使中药的药效得到良好的发挥。面膜对皮肤的护理作用主要是通过3种方式:封包作用、溪水作用和粘附作用。组方研究是中药面膜研发的核心,根据病症选择药物。皮肤的保湿是延缓皮肤衰老、保持皮肤弹性的重要条件,也是皮肤护理类化妆品的基本功能之一,在化妆品的研发过程中受到重点关注。铁皮石斛为兰科植物铁皮石斛的干燥茎。相关记载以及现代研究均表明其有较好的抗衰老和抗氧化活性。
作品的先进性:应用用木棉纤维这一新型面膜基布;在传统面膜制备工艺的基础上,添加铁皮石斛、积雪草、玫瑰花和燕窝等有效成分,开发一款修复和延缓衰老的面膜。
开创性地,以上各个效果独立存在,还能用一套结构完成上述结果的结合。
以上结构实现的技术效果实现清晰,如果不考虑附加的技术方案,本专利名称还可以是一种新型面膜。图中未示出部分细节。
需要说明的是,本专利提供的多个方案包含本身的基本方案,相互独立,并不相互制约,但是其也可以在不冲突的情况下相互组合,达到多个效果共同实现。

Claims (8)
1.一种能够美容养颜的新型药物组分,其特征在于,包含如下重量份的物质,
原料组分A:温泉水、丁二醇、甘油、黄原胶、羟乙基纤维素、透明质酸钠、EDTA二钠;
原料组分B:辛酰羟肟酸、1,2-己二醇、丙二醇、尿囊素、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油;
原料组分C:玫瑰(ROSA RUGOSA)花提取物、铁皮石斛(DENDROBIUM CANDIDUM)茎提取物、烟酰胺、山梨(糖)醇、甜菜碱、丙烯酸/MA共聚物钠、辛甘醇、甘草酸二钾、积雪草(CENTELLA ASIATICA)提取物、棕榈酰五肽-4、棕榈酰四肽-7、棕榈酰三肽-1。
2.一种能够美容养颜的新型面膜,其特征在于,面膜载体中包含如下重量份的物质,
原料组分A:温泉水、丁二醇、甘油、黄原胶、羟乙基纤维素、透明质酸钠、EDTA二钠;
原料组分B:辛酰羟肟酸、1,2-己二醇、丙二醇、尿囊素、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油;
原料组分C:玫瑰(ROSA RUGOSA)花提取物、铁皮石斛(DENDROBIUM CANDIDUM)茎提取物、烟酰胺、山梨(糖)醇、甜菜碱、丙烯酸/MA共聚物钠、辛甘醇、甘草酸二钾、积雪草(CENTELLA ASIATICA)提取物、棕榈酰五肽-4、棕榈酰四肽-7、棕榈酰三肽-1。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种能够美容养颜的新型面膜,其特征在于,A相中温泉水作为溶剂补充肌肤水分其重量份数100.00份;丁二醇作为保湿剂和抗菌剂其重量份数为5.00份;甘油作为保湿剂保湿其重量份数为5.00份;黄原胶作为增稠剂用于增稠其重量份数为0.10份;羟乙基纤维素作为增稠剂用于增稠,促进保水和锁水其重量份数为0.05份;透明质酸钠作为保湿剂用于保湿其重量份数为0.08份;EDTA二钠作为螯合剂用于络合反应其重量份数为0.05份;
B相辛酰羟肟酸作为抗菌剂用于新型防腐剂代替物其重量份数为0.50份;1,2-己二醇作为保湿剂、渗透剂保湿、渗透其重量份数为0.06份;丙二醇作为保湿剂用于保湿其重量份数为0.15份;尿囊素作为抗敏剂用于保湿、抗敏其重量份数为0.15份;PEG-400氢化蓖麻油作为乳化剂、表面活性剂用于增溶和乳化其重量份数为0.30份;
C相铁皮石斛多糖作为皮肤调理剂用于抗衰、抗氧化其重量份数为8.00份;积雪草提取物作为皮肤调理剂用于抗氧化和促进受损肌肤愈合其重量份数为4.00份;玫瑰花提取物作为皮肤调理剂用于淡化斑点其重量份数为3.50份;烟酰胺作为皮肤调理剂用于调理皮肤其重量份数为1.00份;山梨醇作为保湿剂、抗菌剂用于保湿、抗菌其重量份数为0.05份;甜菜碱作为渗透剂用于保湿、渗透其重量份数为0.15份;丙烯酸/MA共聚物钠作为增稠剂用于增稠,促进保水和锁水其重量份数为0.05份;辛甘醇作为柔润剂用于保湿、柔润其重量份数为0.15份;甘草酸二钾作为皮肤调理剂用于舒缓抗敏其重量份数为0.50份;棕榈酰三肽-1作为皮肤调理剂用于收缩毛孔、紧致肌肤其重量份数为.10份;棕榈酰五肽-4作为皮肤调理剂用于收缩毛孔、紧致肌肤其重量份数为0.10份;棕榈酰四肽-7作为皮肤调理剂用于收缩毛孔、紧致肌肤其重量份数为0.10份。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种能够美容养颜的新型面膜,其特征在于,所述的面膜载体为木棉纤维。
5.一种能够美容养颜的新型面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,
包含如下重量份的物质,
原料组分A:温泉水、丁二醇、甘油、黄原胶、羟乙基纤维素、透明质酸钠、EDTA二钠;
原料组分B:辛酰羟肟酸、1,2-己二醇、丙二醇、尿囊素、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油;
原料组分C:玫瑰(ROSA RUGOSA)花提取物、铁皮石斛(DENDROBIUM CANDIDUM)茎提取物、烟酰胺、山梨(糖)醇、甜菜碱、丙烯酸/MA共聚物钠、辛甘醇、甘草酸二钾、积雪草(CENTELLA ASIATICA)提取物、棕榈酰五肽-4、棕榈酰四肽-7、棕榈酰三肽-1;
将原料组分A加入均锅中,搅拌加热到70-80℃,保温20-30分钟;
开启冷却水,开始降温;温度降到50-70℃时,加入原料组分B,搅拌降温;
降温到45℃以下,加入原料组分C,搅拌均匀;
温度降至室温时,出料,取样化验,陈化24小时以上;
检验合格后灌装,包装,成品检验合格,入库。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种能够美容养颜的新型面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,将组分A加入均锅内,搅拌加热至70-80℃溶解,保温20-30分钟;
开启冷却水,开始降温,;温度降到50-70℃时,加入原料组分搅拌溶解开,无固体;降温到45℃以下,加入原料组分C,搅拌均匀;
温度降至室温后,组分完全溶解,出料;
出料后,请验送检;
检验合格后灌装、包装;成品请验,检测合格后发给检验报告;成品入库。
7.羟乙基纤维素、EDTA二钠、辛酰羟肟酸、1,2-己二醇、丙二醇、尿囊素、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、玫瑰(ROSA RUGOSA)花提取物、铁皮石斛(DENDROBIUM CANDIDUM)茎提取物、烟酰胺、山梨(糖)醇、甜菜碱、丙烯酸/MA共聚物钠、辛甘醇、甘草酸二钾、积雪草(CENTELLAASIATICA)提取物、棕榈酰五肽-4、棕榈酰四肽-7、棕榈酰三肽-1中的一种或者多种在制备美容养颜的物质中的用途。
8.铁皮石斛多糖在制备美容养颜的物质中的用途。
