The dual-comparison circuit comprises a dual-voltage comparator, the model of the dual-voltage comparator is LM393, a first inverting terminal of the dual-voltage comparator is electrically connected with an output terminal of the analog switch unit, a first non-inverting terminal of the dual-voltage comparator is connected with a first fixed voltage, a second non-inverting terminal of the dual-voltage comparator is electrically connected with an output terminal of the analog switch unit, a second inverting terminal of the dual-voltage comparator is connected with a second fixed voltage, a first output terminal of the dual-voltage comparator is connected with a positive power supply through a pull-up resistor R215, a second output terminal of the dual-voltage comparator is connected with the positive power supply through a pull-up resistor R216, a common terminal between the first output terminal of the dual-voltage comparator and the pull-up resistor R215 is electrically connected with a negative electrode of a switch diode D3, a common terminal between the second output terminal of the dual-voltage comparator and the pull-up resistor R216 is electrically connected with a negative electrode of a switch diode D4, and a positive electrode of a switch diode D3 is connected with the positive power supply through a resistor R2, the anode of the switch diode D4 is connected with the positive power supply through the pull-up resistor R2, and the common end among the switch diode D3, the switch diode D4 and the resistor R2 is the output end of the double comparison circuit. Wherein the first fixed voltage is greater than the second fixed voltage. The voltage value ranges of the first fixed voltage and the second fixed voltage are threshold value ranges. In an embodiment, after the resistor R204, the resistor R205, and the resistor R206 are connected in series, one end of the resistor R204 is connected to the +5V operating voltage, one end of the resistor R206 is grounded, a first fixed voltage is obtained at a common end between the first resistor R204 and the resistor R205, and a second fixed voltage is obtained at a common end between the first resistor R205 and the resistor R206.
When the switching value analog signal is within the threshold range, the output end of the double comparison circuit forms a high level; when the switching value analog signal exceeds the threshold value range, the output end of the double comparison circuit forms low level.
When the voltage value of the switching value analog signal is within the range of the first fixed voltage and the second fixed voltage, the first output pin of the dual-voltage comparator outputs a high level, the switching diode D3 is cut off, the second output pin of the dual-voltage comparator outputs a high level, the switching diode D4 is cut off, and the output end of the dual-voltage comparator circuit obtains a high level. When the voltage value of the switching value analog signal is greater than the first fixed voltage, the first output pin of the dual voltage comparator outputs a low level, and the second output pin of the dual voltage comparator outputs a high level, so that the switching diode D3 is turned on, and the switching diode D4 is turned off, and a low level is obtained at the output terminal of the dual comparison circuit. When the voltage value of the switching value analog signal is smaller than the second fixed voltage, correspondingly, the switching diode D3 is turned off, and the switching diode D4 is turned on, so that a low level is obtained at the output end of the double comparison circuit.
The analog switch unit turns on each path of analog switch by polling every 100ms, so that the double comparison circuit detects the state of the external security equipment, namely when the security equipment is in a normal state, the double comparison circuit outputs a high level, when the security equipment is in an abnormal state, the voltage value input into the double comparison circuit is not in a threshold range, and at the moment, the double comparison circuit outputs a low level.
