The application provides a high temperature screen protection device suitable for foldable mobile terminal (like cell-phone, panel computer etc.), avoids flexible display screen to be in the atress state of buckling under high temperature state, and under the high temperature state promptly, flexible display screen must keep leveling the state of not atress to guarantee that flexible screen does not break down under high temperature. Under high temperature environment, the device can drive flexible display screen and get back to the shakeout state from fold condition, guarantees that the screen is in the level and smooth unstressed state under the high temperature condition, avoids appearing the flexible display screen rete that the high temperature leads to and peels off (peeling) and unevenness (unevenness) scheduling problem.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the mobile terminal includes a flexible display (not shown) and a folding mechanism 10, wherein the folding mechanism 10 is assembled with the flexible display. For example, the folding mechanism 10 forms an accommodating space in which the flexible display screen is accommodated. The folding mechanism 10 is used to make the flexible display screen in a folded state or a flattened state. For example, the folding mechanism 10 itself may be foldable, and folding the folding mechanism 10 may bring the flexible display screen into a folded state. The folding mechanism 10 may include a rotating shaft 11 and a pivoting member 12 provided corresponding to the rotating shaft 11, and the folding mechanism 10 is divided into upper and lower two parts, which are pivotable by the pivoting member 12 and rotate along the rotating shaft 11. The flexible display screen may have a bending region (not shown) corresponding to the rotation axis 11 and non-bending regions (not shown) at both sides of the bending region. That is, the flexible display screen can be folded or unfolded along the rotation axis 11, i.e., from a folded state to an unfolded state, or from the unfolded state to a folded state.
The high temperature screen saver device of the present application includes a logic controller 21, a temperature sensor 22, a status sensor 23, and a status control module 24, which may optionally include an alarm 25. The logic controller 21 is used for receiving signals from the sensors and controlling the actuation of various functional elements according to a predetermined control logic. The logic controller 21 may be integrated on the motherboard of the mobile terminal or implemented by using the processor of the mobile terminal, or may be independently configured. A temperature sensor 22 and a status sensor 23 may be disposed on or fixed to the folding mechanism 10, the temperature sensor 22 is used for detecting the ambient temperature, and the status sensor is used for detecting the status of the flexible display screen to indicate whether the flexible display screen is in the folded state or the flat state. For example, the temperature sensor 22 may be a resistance type temperature sensor, and the status sensor is used to determine whether the flexible display screen is in a folded state or a flat state, and may be implemented by using an infrared sensor, a light sensor and an ultrasonic sensor. For example, the state sensor sends out a signal, and whether the flexible display screen is in a folded state or a flat state is judged according to the size of the reflected signal.
The state control module 24 is disposed on the folding mechanism 10 and coupled to the temperature sensor 22 and the state sensor 23. The state control module 24 is used to adjust the state of the flexible display, for example, to change the flexible display from a folded state to a flat state. State control module 24 may cause the flexible display to change states in one or more ways, some of which may contribute primarily to the state change and some of which may play a secondary role.
The logic controller 21 is connected or coupled to the temperature sensor 22, the status sensor 23 and the status control module 24. The logic controller 21 receives signals from the temperature sensor 22 and the state sensor 23, and controls the state control module 24 according to a predetermined control logic to adjust the state of the flexible display screen to be in a folded state or a flattened state. Specifically, the logic controller 21 determines whether the ambient temperature from the temperature sensor 22 exceeds a predetermined threshold (e.g., 40 ℃) and determines whether the flexible display screen status from the status sensor 23 is in the folded state. When the ambient temperature exceeds the predetermined threshold and the flexible display screen is in the folded state, the logic controller 21 controls the state control module 24 to flatten the flexible display screen, so that the flexible display screen is in the flattened state. The state control module 24 does not actuate when the ambient temperature does not exceed the predetermined threshold or when the ambient temperature exceeds the predetermined threshold but the flexible display screen is in the flat state. The high-temperature screen protection device can be provided with an independent power supply system, and normal operation can be guaranteed even if the mobile terminal is in a power-off state.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the state control module 24 includes a drive motor 241. The drive motor 241 is connected or coupled to the pivot member 12 of the folding mechanism 10. The drive motor 241 may be connected to the pivot member 12 directly or through a transmission mechanism (e.g., belt and gears) to the pivot member 12. The driving motor 241 is used for providing power, and when the driving motor 241 is matched with the pivoting member 12, the flexible display screen can be moved to the flat state or the folded state. When the ambient temperature exceeds the predetermined threshold and the flexible display is in the folded state, the logic controller 21 controls the driving motor 241 to drive the pivoting member 12 to flatten the folding mechanism 10, so as to move the flexible display to the flattened state. Fig. 3 shows the folding mechanism 10 in the closed state, and fig. 4 shows the folding mechanism 10 in the flattened state.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the state control module 24 includes a first magnetic element 242, a second magnetic element 243, and a magnetic controller 244. The first magnetic element 242 is disposed on the folding mechanism 10 on the side of the rotation shaft 11. The second magnetic element 243 is disposed on the folding mechanism 10 at the other side of the rotating shaft 11. For example, the first magnetic element 242 and the second magnetic element 243 are respectively located on two opposite sides of the folding mechanism 10. When the folding mechanism 10 or the flexible display screen is in the folded state, the first magnetic element 242 and the second magnetic element 243 are close to each other. When the folding mechanism 10 or the flexible display screen is in the flat state, the first magnetic element 242 and the second magnetic element 243 are far away from each other. The magnetic controller 244 is coupled with at least one of the first and second magnetic elements 242, 243. When the ambient temperature exceeds a predetermined threshold and the flexible display screen is in the folded state, the magnetic controller 244 controls the magnetism of at least one of the first magnetic element 242 and the second magnetic element 243 such that the magnetism of the first magnetic element 242 and the second magnetic element 243 is the same to provide a repulsive force to move the flexible display screen to the flattened state. When the folding mechanism 10 is closed, the magnetic controller 244 controls the magnetism of at least one of the first and second magnetic elements 242, 243 (e.g., by a change in current) such that the magnetism of the first and second magnetic elements 242, 243 is opposite to provide an attractive force to maintain the folding mechanism 10 in the folded state. Of course, the magnetic controller 244 may also be coupled with both the first magnetic element 242 and the second magnetic element 243, as long as the first magnetic element 242 and the second magnetic element 243 can be controlled to repel or attract each other.
In the present embodiment, the state of the flexible display panel is changed by driving the motor 241, and the magnetic driving unit including the first magnetic element 242, the second magnetic element 243 and the magnetic controller 244 plays an auxiliary role. Therefore, the action of folding or flattening the flexible display screen is smoother.
Optionally, the alarm 25 is adapted to issue an alarm to alert the user when the ambient temperature exceeds a predetermined threshold. The alarm 25 may be an audible alarm or indicator light, which may be a separate component or may be integrated into a speaker or indicator light built into the mobile terminal. When the ambient temperature exceeds a predetermined threshold and the alarm 25 sounds an alarm, the user may respond to the alarm from the alarm 25 and the logic controller 21 may decide whether to control the state control module 24 to flatten the flexible display screen based on the user's response. The response to the alarm from the user annunciator 25 may be to turn the alarm off via a button, to manually flatten the flexible display screen (which may be done by detecting the flexed state of the flexible display screen), or to make a predefined action. If the user responds, state control module 24 may not perform an action. If the user does not respond and the flexible display screen is in the folded state, the logic controller 21 controls the state control module 24 to flatten the flexible display screen, so that the flexible display screen is in the flattened state.
In this application, work as ambient temperature surpasss predetermined threshold value just flexible display screen is in during fold condition, will flexible display screen shakeouts, makes flexible display screen is in shakeout state.
