The top of the mounting frame 1 is fixedly provided with a cover plate 21, the middle part of the cover plate 21 is provided with a position avoidance hole corresponding to the main cavity 2, and the air taking interface 18 is fixedly arranged on the cover plate 21.
A first mounting plate 22 is fixedly arranged on one side of the mounting frame 1, and the exhaust valve 7, the sampling valve 10, the air taking valve 17 and the liquid level control valve 19 are fixedly arranged on the first mounting plate 22.
A second mounting plate 23 is mounted on one side of the mounting frame 1, a third mounting plate 24 is mounted on the other side, the sample inlet 16 is fixedly mounted on the second mounting plate 23, and the exhaust interface 8 is fixedly mounted on the third mounting plate 24.
One side of the main cavity 2 is fixedly provided with a pressure gauge joint 25, and the pressure gauge joint 25 is communicated with a pressure gauge 26 through an air pipe, so that the pressure in the main cavity 2 can be visually seen.
The filter element 27 is arranged in the main cavity 2, random packing is filled in the filter element 27, and the random packing comprises a Dixon packing and a triangular spiral packing, so that oil-water separation is realized.
The output end of the liquid sample pumping hand pump 11 is in threaded connection with a first sampling bottle 28, and the output end of the liquid level control hand pump 20 is in threaded connection with a second sampling bottle 29.
In the invention, when in use, the equipment is firstly checked, all the joints are fastened, the first sampling bottle 28 and the second sampling bottle 29 are installed, the sampling valve 15 is closed, the exhaust valve 7 is opened, then a hose is connected to the exhaust port 8, the tail end of the hose is placed in a container or other positions capable of collecting greasy dirt, then the sampling joint 12 of the sampler is connected with the joint on a pipeline to be sampled by using other hoses, then the sampling valve 15 of the sampler is opened for two circles, then the valve on the pipeline is slowly opened, the severe splashing of the sample, the pollution to well sites, equipment and personnel, even the hurt of people can be prevented by the structure, the hose connected to the exhaust port 8 is observed, closing a valve on a pipeline until liquid flows out, then closing a sample injection valve 15, closing an exhaust valve 7, opening a liquid level control valve 19, pulling a liquid level control hand pump 20 until no liquid flows in the hand pump, closing the liquid level control valve 19 for 5-10 minutes, connecting a detection pipe or an exhaust pump with a gas taking joint 13 of the sampler when the gas and the liquid are balanced again due to pressure change, opening the gas taking valve 18, testing or taking gas, opening the sampling valve 10, pulling a liquid sample extraction hand pump 11, collecting water samples, opening the exhaust valve 7 after sampling is completed, confirming that the valve on the pipeline is closed, opening the sample injection valve 15, checking a pressure gauge 26, and disassembling a hose connected with the joint on the pipeline after confirming that no pressure exists; when cleaning is needed, the air pipe at the top exhaust port 8 is taken down, the water pipe at the water sample port 9 is taken down, then hot water with the temperature higher than 60 ℃ is introduced from the exhaust port 8 for flushing, a container is arranged below the water sample port 9 for receiving cleaned sewage until the discharged sewage no longer contains greasy dirt, and the proportional unloading valve 6, the exhaust valve 7, the sampling valve 10, the liquid sample extraction hand pump 11, the sampling valve 15, the air taking valve 17, the liquid level control valve 19 and the liquid level control hand pump 20 are integrated on one device, so that the sampling device is convenient to carry and use.
