Detailed Description
In order to solve the technical problems in the prior art, the application provides a method and a device for detecting faults of an air conditioner and a driving circuit, which can simply, quickly and efficiently locate fault points without replacing devices and are convenient to maintain.
In order to better understand the above technical solutions, exemplary embodiments of the present application will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present application are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present application may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
In order to better understand the technical solution, the technical solution will be described in detail with reference to the drawings and the specific embodiments.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for detecting a failure in a driving circuit according to a first embodiment of the present application.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, a driving circuit of an electric control board of a compressor in an air conditioner is composed of 6 switching tubes, for example, 6 IGBTs (Insulated Gate Bipolar transistors), and the driving circuit is used for driving the compressor, where S1 to S6 represent the 6 switching tubes IGBTs, 6 IGBTs of S1 to S6 are controlled by a main control chip of the electric control board, and a Motor represents the compressor.
Specifically, when the main control chip outputs the PWM signal to control 6 switching tubes, a voltage waveform as shown in fig. 3 is formed on the interface of the 3-way input U, V, W of the compressor, where Vu represents the voltage of the U phase relative to the neutral line, Vv represents the voltage of the V phase relative to the neutral line, Vw represents the voltage of the W phase relative to the neutral line, Vu-V represents the voltage between the U-V two phases, Vv-W represents the voltage between the V-W two phases, and Vw-U represents the voltage between the W-U two phases, as shown in fig. 4.
When the electric control board is damaged, the compressor cannot be driven, and at this time, the reason that the electric control board is damaged may be that 6 paths of PWM driving signals output by the main control chip are abnormal or that 6 switching tubes have faults, so that whether the electric control board has the faults or not can be determined by measuring U, V, W.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for detecting a failure in a driving circuit according to the embodiment of the present application includes the following steps:
and S1, continuously outputting 6 paths of PWM driving signals to corresponding 6 switching tubes.
It can be understood that, in the normal operation mode, if the electronic control board or the compressor has a fault, the electronic control board stops outputting the 6 PWM driving signals after detecting the fault, and at this time, since the 6 switching tubes are not turned on, the voltage between U, V, W is 0.
Specifically, for convenience of measurement, it is necessary to continuously output 6 channels of PWM driving signals, so that the voltage between U, V, W can be kept stable, and therefore, it is necessary to set a detection mode in which the main control chip does not detect the compressor feedback signal, does not determine the compressor fault, and only continuously outputs 6 channels of PWM driving signals to the corresponding 6 switching tubes.
And S2, acquiring the voltage between any two phase output ends of the driving circuit.
In one particular example of the application, the voltage between the U-V, V-W, W-U terminals on the electronic control board can be measured using the alternating voltage range of the multimeter.
And S3, judging whether the driving circuit has faults or not according to the voltage.
In one embodiment of the present application, determining whether a driving circuit fails according to a voltage includes: judging whether the voltage is within a set voltage range; if not, judging that the driving circuit has a fault. The set voltage range can be calibrated according to actual conditions, and can be 150-270V, for example.
Specifically, after voltages Vu-V, Vv-w and Vw-U corresponding to the U-V, V-W, W-U wiring terminals are acquired, each voltage is judged, if the Vu-V, Vv-w and Vw-U are all 150-270V, it is indicated that the 6-path IGBT has output, and the driving circuit of the electric control board has no problem, and if only one of the Vu-V, Vv-w and Vw-U is not 150-270V, it is indicated that the driving circuit of the electric control board has a problem and the electric control board needs to be replaced.
It can be understood that if the driving circuit of the electric control board is normal, it can be determined that the compressor is out of order and needs to be replaced immediately.
Further, in an embodiment of the present application, the method for detecting a failure of a driving circuit further includes: and after detecting that the air conditioner enters the overhaul test mode, executing the step of continuously outputting 6 paths of PWM driving signals to the corresponding 6 switching tubes.
Further, in an embodiment of the present application, the method for detecting a failure of a driving circuit further includes: after receiving an instruction of entering a forced refrigeration mode sent by an indoor unit, detecting the current of a compressor; judging whether the compressor is connected with the driving circuit or not according to the current; if not, the air conditioner is controlled to enter a maintenance test mode.
Preferably, in order to facilitate entering the detection mode, an entry mode is particularly provided. Firstly, the connecting wire of the outdoor compressor is unplugged after power failure, then the power is supplied again, and a command for entering a forced refrigeration mode is sent through a forced key on a main control panel of the indoor unit so as to control the air conditioner to enter the forced refrigeration function. After the outdoor unit receives a command of entering a forced cooling mode sent by the indoor unit, a main control chip of an electric control board of the outdoor unit detects the current of the compressor and judges whether the compressor is connected with the driving circuit or not according to the current, for example, when the current is smaller than a preset current threshold value, the compressor is judged not to be connected with the driving circuit, and at the moment, the air conditioner is considered to enter a maintenance test mode.
After the air conditioner enters the maintenance test mode, the main control chip of the outdoor unit electric control board executes a corresponding program, the driving control mode of the compressor adopts a speed open loop and current closed loop mode, a compressor feedback signal is not detected, the fault of the compressor is not judged, and 6 paths of PWM driving signals are continuously and fixedly output to 6 corresponding switch tubes.
And finally, respectively measuring the voltage between U-V, V-W, W-U wiring terminals on the electric control board by using an alternating voltage gear of the universal meter, judging each voltage, if the voltages Vu-V, Vv-w and Vw-U between the U-V, V-W, W-U wiring terminals are all between 150V and 270V, indicating that 6 switching tubes have output, and a driving circuit of the electric control board has no problem, and if only one of Vu-V, Vv and Vw-U is not between 150V and 270V, indicating that the driving circuit of the electric control board has a problem and needing to be replaced. And if the electric control board is normal, the compressor can be judged to be in fault, and the compressor needs to be replaced immediately.
The technical scheme in the embodiment of the application at least has the following technical effects or advantages:
according to the detection method for the faults of the driving circuit, the 6 paths of PWM driving signals are continuously output to the corresponding 6 switch tubes, the voltage between any two phase output ends of the driving circuit is obtained, whether the driving circuit breaks down or not is judged according to the voltage, and therefore fault points can be simply, quickly and efficiently located under the condition that devices are not replaced, and maintenance is facilitated.
