本发明涉及燃气气体,特别适用于金属切割用混合气体。
目前金属切割用乙炔,切割时废渣多,被切工件表面光洁度差,而且乙炔提炼成本高,环境污染严重。
本发明的目的是克服上述缺陷,提供一种混合气体替代乙炔用于切割金属。
本发明的方案是这样的:用丙烷钢瓶充装10公斤液化石油气,添加浓度为99.5%的甲醇20毫升。
本发明的优点在于节约能源,无污染,成本低,而且切割时工件上缘不易烧塌,下缘不易挂渣,切割精度高。
本发明是这样实施的,用丙烷钢瓶充装10公斤液化石油气时添加浓度为99.5%的甲醇20毫升,生产充装设备,工艺流程与现有民用液化气充装类同。使用时只需将气割枪与钢瓶用软管连接好,就可按常规进行金属切割。
