The invention provides an externally-hung heat-insulating and decorating integrated external wallboard and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the external wallboard comprises an inner blade plate, an outer blade plate, a heat-insulating layer and an embedded part, and a plurality of first serrated surfaces connected end to end and a plurality of second serrated surfaces connected end to end are respectively formed on the opposite sides of the heat-insulating layer; the embedded part vertically penetrates through the heat insulation layer, one end of the embedded part penetrates through the first serrated surface and forms a first anchoring end on the outer side of the heat insulation layer, and the other end of the embedded part penetrates through the second serrated surface and forms a second anchoring end on the outer side of the heat insulation layer; the inner blade plate is poured and formed on a first serrated surface of the heat insulation layer, and the first anchoring end is buried in the inner blade plate; the outer blade plate is poured and formed on a second serrated surface of the heat insulation layer, and the second anchoring end is buried in the outer blade plate. The embedded part only bears vertical tension, and cannot generate bending moment and horizontal force, so that the embedded part is effectively protected, and the safety reserve of the external wall panel is enhanced.

Background
Along with the rapid development of the assembled building, the externally hung heat-insulating and decorating integrated plate is more and more widely applied. At present, the most commonly used externally-hung heat-insulating and decorating integrated plate in engineering is in a sandwich form and consists of an outer leaf plate, a heat-insulating layer and an inner leaf plate, which are combined together through fiber reinforced composite (FRP) connectors. The outer leaf plate, the inner leaf plate and the heat preservation layer of the traditional heat preservation and decoration integrated plate are all in a plane form, and FRP connecting pieces for connecting the outer leaf plate, the inner leaf plate and the heat preservation layer are horizontally arranged. According to the analysis in the aspect of stress, as the outer blade plate is made of concrete, the dead weight is large, and all dead weights are borne by the FRP fiber connecting piece, the FRP fiber connecting piece can bear large shearing force and bending moment. But FRP fiber connectors have better tensile properties, but bending resistance and shearing resistance are weaker, so that the safety of the wallboard structure is reduced, when the structure bears earthquake load or wind load, the wallboard structure bears power load, adverse stress factors of the FRP connectors are further aggravated, and the outer blades of the wallboard can be possibly caused to fall off, so that a larger safety accident is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides an external wall panel integrating thermal insulation and decoration and a manufacturing method thereof, which solves the technical problems of safety accidents caused by falling of external leaf plates of the wall panel due to unstable stress of connecting pieces when the existing external wall panel is subjected to earthquake load or wind load.

(2) The embedded part is embedded among the inner leaf plate, the outer leaf plate and the heat preservation layer, so that the connection strength of the embedded part is improved, the protruding ribs are formed at the two ends of the embedded part, the contact surface and the friction force between the embedded part and the inner leaf plate and between the embedded part and the outer leaf plate are increased, and the pulling resistance of the embedded part is improved; and the embedded part is vertically arranged and only bears vertical tension, so that the gravity of the outer blade plate can not generate bending moment and horizontal force any more, the embedded part is effectively protected, the safety reserve of the outer wall plate structure is enhanced, meanwhile, the waterproof cushion layer can play a role in buffering, and can bear dynamic load, so that the waterproof cushion layer has good anti-seismic performance and anti-fatigue performance, and the durability of the outer wall plate is enhanced.
(3) The external wall panel is convenient and quick to process, standardized design, industrial production and assembly construction can be realized, and the construction efficiency is effectively improved on the premise of ensuring the safety and the quality of the structure.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides an external wall panel with integrated heat insulation and decoration, comprising: the heat insulation board comprises an inner blade board 1, an outer blade board 2, a heat insulation layer 3 and an embedded part 4, wherein the opposite sides of the heat insulation layer 3 are respectively formed into a plurality of first serrated surfaces 31 connected end to end and a plurality of second serrated surfaces 32 connected end to end; the embedded part 4 vertically penetrates through the heat insulation layer 3, one end of the embedded part 4 penetrates through the first serrated surface 31 and forms a first anchoring end on the outer side of the heat insulation layer 3, and the other end penetrates through the second serrated surface and forms a second anchoring end on the outer side of the heat insulation layer 3; the inner blade plate 1 is poured and formed on a first serrated surface 31 of the heat insulation layer 3, and the first anchoring end is buried in the inner blade plate 1; the outer blade plate 2 is cast on the second serrated surface 32 of the heat insulation layer 3, and the second anchoring end is buried in the outer blade plate 2.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the first serrated surface 31 includes a first inclined surface, a first horizontal surface connected to the end of the first inclined surface and extending toward the inner blade plate 1, and a first connecting surface connected to the end of the first horizontal surface, wherein the first connecting surface is vertically connected to the end of the first inclined surface of the next first serrated surface 31 adjacent to the first serrated surface 31; the second serrated surface 32 includes a second inclined surface, a second horizontal surface connected to a distal end of the second inclined surface and extending toward the outer blade, and a second connection surface connected to a distal end of the second horizontal surface, the second connection surface vertically connecting an end of the second inclined surface of a next second serrated surface 32 adjacent to the second serrated surface 32.
In the embodiment of the invention, the heat insulation layer 3 is an extruded sheet or a hard foam polyurethane heat insulation sheet or an EPS foam sheet; the heat-insulating layer 3 may be other structures with heat-insulating effect.
Preferably, the dimensions of the two ends of the embedded part 4 are larger than the dimensions of the middle part of the embedded part 4 so as to form a pair of pull-up for the inner blade plate 1 and the outer blade plate 2. In the embodiment of the present invention, the embedded part 4 may be a glass reinforced fiber, basalt reinforced fiber or carbon fiber member; the embedded part 4 comprises a rod 41 vertically connecting the inner blade plate 1, the heat insulation layer 3 and the outer blade plate 2, and convex ribs 42 formed at two ends of the rod; preferably, the ribs 42 are disposed perpendicular to the shaft 41.
Preferably, the outer surface of the outer blade plate is provided with a decorative plate 5, and waterproof layers 6 are arranged in the seams of the decorative plates 5 adjacent to each other vertically; preferably, the waterproof layer 6 is a rubber tube.

the first serrated surface comprises a first inclined surface, a first horizontal surface connected with the tail end of the first inclined surface and extending towards the inner blade plate, and a first connecting surface connected with the tail end of the first horizontal surface, wherein the first connecting surface is vertically connected with the end part of the first inclined surface of the next first serrated surface adjacent to the first serrated surface;
the second serrated surface comprises a second inclined surface, a second horizontal surface connected with the tail end of the second inclined surface and extending towards the inner blade plate, and a second connecting surface connected with the tail end of the second horizontal surface, wherein the second connecting surface is vertically connected with the end part of the second inclined surface of the next second serrated surface adjacent to the second serrated surface.

The external wall panel with the external wall insulation and decoration integrated function according to claim 1, wherein a first clamping groove and a first bulge which are matched in shape are formed on the bottom surface and the top surface of the inner leaf plate respectively, the upper and lower adjacent inner leaf plates are clamped and positioned with the first bulge through the first clamping groove, and a first waterproof cushion layer is arranged in a seam between the upper and lower adjacent first clamping groove and the first bulge;
the bottom surface and the top surface of the outer leaf plate are respectively provided with a second clamping groove and a second bulge which are in shape fit, the upper and lower adjacent outer leaf plates are clamped and positioned through the second clamping grooves and the second bulges, and second waterproof cushion layers are arranged in the upper and lower adjacent second clamping grooves and the second bulge joint seams.
